I arrived in the evening and I appreciated that they already had the AC on, all the lights on in the room, and they even had the door opened to the fridge and microwave (I suppose to find it easily). Traveling as a solo female, I appreciated walking into a well-lit room. It felt safe and comfortable.

You can hear the neighbors very easily slamming doors and being noisy in general. No bottled water in the rooms.

it's nice that the location is near NMSU.

my husband and I did not actually stay after we paid for a room. This is because we have fragrance sensitivities and the hallways were extremely fragranced. Also, we felt that the rooms smelled of mildew and there were no windows open.

This is a really comfortable hotel… great, FREE parking, nice comfortable lobby and the rooms are super comfortable… great bed, love the shower and loads off outlets in convenient places to charge all of your electronics.

This property has a HUGE outdoor patio and they don’t allow anyone to enjoy a cigar on even a corner of that patio… the do provide 2 benches in the front of the hotel under a low hanging tree but there is no shade. I really wish they could carve out a little space for the cigar smokers out there!
