Our family group all stayed at the house which was very well equiped and the owner was very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had entered. We brought food with us and the kitchen worked well for us to heat up and serve our meals. The backyard was great for the kids to run around. Location made it easy to get to campus. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience. The owners made us feel welcomed and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We had some issues with the TV and dryer, but they quickly took care of the issue. Thank you for making our visit extra special.

Home was very clean and spacious Hosts went over the top with the chocolate gift basket and popcorn. Our group stayed there for the New Year and Winter Classic Definetly stay there again. Hoping to book this home again this spring.

Had a great stay. The house is updated and well kept. Nice new towels were a plus as well. There were ten of us there and nobody had to take a cold shower as the water heater kept up just fine. They left coffee, donuts and milk which was another nice surprise. Overall great place to stay.

Four couples and our kids stayed here for a graduation in Berrien Springs, MI. Our hosts were gracious and seemed to have thought of everything. The house was beautiful and spotless. There was a playard for our child to sleep in, beautiful plush white towels, stocked with soap, kitchen and cleaning supplies, etc.

We had a fabulous stay in South Bend. This was the perfect house for our graduation celebration. Our group of 8 traveled from 4 states to celebrate! It felt like we were home. The house was so clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the two sitting areas was a perfect way to spread out and enjoy conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The donuts, milk and coffee were a nice touch. We even enjoyed the rain - we haven't seen rain in Arizona for months! Great stay - I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful home to share a game weekend with our children and grandchildren. Owners made us feel so welcome - doughnuts upon arrival and lovely touches to make our stay comfortable and fun!

We stayed here with 8 adults and 4 kids, the kids were 5 and under. The house was great for the adults, the yard was great for adults and children. They left us donuts and milk and water, there is a washer and dryer in case you need it. It was pretty great. We even had a mishap and they helped us through it. The stay itself is great, the only reason I didn't give 5 star is because there was not an easy way to have us all sit together, even with a card table it was hard since the dining table only sat 4. Also, because the house was not childproof, it's a trilevel, so 2 sets of stairs and we tried putting up a baby gate but the wall was not strong enough for a pressure mount one and we put a whole in the wall, thankfully we were able to fix it and owners didn't charge us for it, we patched it up. Anyway, there is a large mirror there that's low. So overall I recommend this house for people but if you have kids under 2, think creatively about the stairs.

We had a fabulous stay at this very clean and well appointed home! Nina communicated with us at every step and is a fabulous host. Fridge had milk and water and there were delicious pastries awaiting our arrival. This is the first place we will look to book when we return to South Bend!

This is probably the best vrbo home we've ever stayed in...and we've stayed in many over the years! It is beautifully appointed and all the beds and linens are plush and plenty. Nina and Joe have thought of everything one might need during a stay away from home. The patio and yard are perfect for dining and outdoor games. Doughnuts and milk upon arrival were such a lovely touch. Can't say enough good things about this rental. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were so thankful that we were able to stay here during our son's graduation. The house was very comfortable and very clean! Everything we needed was there to make our stay wonderful, including delicious treats on arrival! Prior to arrival, Nina was always very easy to get in touch with and answer any of our questions. It was easy to tell they are wonderful hosts and have thought of every detail to ensure their guests have a good stay! We especially enjoyed being able to hang out in the living room area as a family, as opposed to being in several different hotel rooms. Then, able to spread out in cozy beds when that time came too! Thank you!

This house is spectacular! We were greeted with fresh donuts, coffe, milk and bottled water for our arrival, loads of popcorn for the downstairs movie room and the house was absolutely spotless! The mattress' are comfortable, the beds aplenty and the location of the house is perfect for a Notre Dame Football get away! Thanks to Nina & Joe for making our stay memorable! We will be back again! Nina did a great job decorating this house-so comfy and inviting! Great house for couples and for hanging out with friends. Close uber ride to campus. Definitely will be staying again in the future!

Very clean and realy liked the layout ! Nina's attention to detail was a welcome sight after the 12 hour drive. My only complaint if you could call it one is not having another bathroom with 7 girls in the house. Would rent from her again in a heart beat, thank you. Matt

Overall, it was very god place to stay especially for big family. Only one issue we had was the upstairs bathroom. The tub was sort of clogged, water runs very slow sane thing with the toilet. I reccommend this property.
