Benvenuti a Candy Shoppe Loft. Questa è una proprietà completamente ristrutturata. La struttura dispone di 9 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Si trova sopra il famoso Pucker Up Candy Shoppe. Questo è proprio nel cuore del quartiere dei divertimenti nella strip! La proprietà è al secondo piano. Ci sono 13 gradini sul ponte all'ingresso della casa. Il ponte ha una buca per il fuoco a gas e mobili da giardino. Questo è ottimo per gruppi numerosi. TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera con TV via cavo e Internet wireless. Master Bath ha una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna. Questa nuova casa dispone di 9 letti queen size e 2 divani letto per ospitare 22 persone. La casa ha AC centrale! È stato completamente rinnovato e ha tutto nuovo di zecca. Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della strip. Hai una splendida vista sul lago e anche l'intera striscia. Linee fresche, asciugamani freschi, piatti, posate e utensili da cucina sono forniti C'è una lavastoviglie. Wi-Fi e via cavo anche forniti. Siamo ammessi animali domestici .. Propano Grill con gas fornito. Il check in è alle 16:00 e il checkout è alle 11:00. Il parcheggio è appena fuori dal lago rd. ed è per un massimo di 8 auto.

Best place ever. Great spot well maintained.

I’ve stayed in this property before for a bachelor party, so I booked it for another one. The property is perfectly placed on the strip with easy access to any type of bar, restaurant, or shop you could think of. It also is a short walk to the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.
I would like to add that the fans in the living room did not work, nor did it looked like they had been cleaned/dusted in a long time. Also, the fans in the bedrooms seemed to be sporadic on whether they worked or not.
All in all, it was a pleasurable stay.

We just came back from our weekend stay. Loved it - there were 11 of us.
If you are a frequent VBRO-er, you know that owners sometimes use old pictures, camera tricks or exaggerate on their listing. I go into every unit expecting to be slightly underwhelmed. Since I set my expectations, I am rarely disappointed.
Kudos to the management of this unit because it exceeded our expectations.
1) the unit was VERY clean. It had enough seating, towels and open space to be comfortable.
2) the owner communicated very well. There were no exaggerations or misleading info provided.
3) The only complaint is that the bar next door plays loud music starting at 5 pm. It stopped at 1 am but it is very loud.
However, we had read the reviews and knew to expect that.
The location cannot be beat. We listened to the live music on Saturday night from the second story deck. It was like having box seats.
The adult “kids” were able to walk to the bars and restaurants and not have to worry about driving. And no searching for parking.

Perfect stay for a larger group. Short walks to every bar and grill on the strip. Super clean and enough linens for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We had a large family group to attend a wedding and the place worked out great for us. Very well stocked with paper towels/toilet paper/trash bags. Clean, we generated lots of trash and it was taken care of throughout the week. Cleaning crew checked with us midweek regarding need for towels. Great location, great experience overall. Well done. Would definitely rent again.

This was a fun spot to stay. Close walking distance for food, drink and entertainment. If your opposed to hearing outside music. It may not be the spot for you, especially on weekends. However we enjoyed it. We were early in the season and many places were closed on weekdays but still plenty of things to do. Unit was as described with easy check in and check out. 9 bedrooms was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and plenty of extra linens for pull out sofas. Could probably use some new mattresses but not bad for our 3 nights. Kids loved the candy shop below.

Found used condom under the bed. Which indicates the place was not cleaned properly. Kitchen counter tops had crumbs upon our arrival. Power went out and when I called the number to report the outage the guy was short with me and hung up before I was finished talking. I understand that he was probably busy with phone calls but I felt hanging up was not necessary.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit. Bachelorette weekend for my future daughter-in-law. Low key time playing board games. Thank you!

My extended family had a wonderful time at this property. It was week equipped and close to lots of activities and between two public beaches. The people we meet that were connected to the property were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of information about the area.

The perfect place…9 bedrooms for 11 women. Two of the rooms were larger so those were for sharing. Everyone else had their own space. With 3 bathrooms there was never an issue, Large open concept kitchen and living area. Enough chairs and couches for all too. We played games and laughed the whole time. Thank you for sharing your perfect place.

We had a great time celebrating a 30th Birthday, perfect location and perfect set up with the amount of bedrooms. Even though it was mid February, we had a BLAST at the local bars still open... Sportzerz was an easy walk and Dark Room Brewing had amazing live music and photo opportunities. All very close to this location. If you're not sure on visiting Geneva in the winter... DO IT !!

Awesome place and location! Bedrooms are roomy and down the hallway away from kitchen and family room for privacy. Plenty of room for big family and/or friends gathering as we stayed sat/Sunday for New Year’s Eve 2023!!! Views are awesome of the strip from The Cove next door all the way down to Sportsters! Will def stay again!

This place was as exactly as described on vrbo. They thought of everything right down to the holiday decorations. There were plenty of linens and towels. We had such a pleasant stay. The amount of common space was a bonus. The location was perfect. We will consider renting here again in the near future. It really was great!!

This place was amazing! I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday and it was the best disguise! It had plenty of rooms for the gathering, and a beautiful view. There was plenty of parking! Easy check in! Overall amazing! Just make sure everyone knows to go around back to get in. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our family of all ages stayed in this property and it worked perfectly! We had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of bathrooms for all. The kitchen was VERY well equipped, more than enough bedding, towels, toilet paper and other necessities. Check in and check out was an absolute breeze! Matt’s place is great for larger groups looking to stay in the GTOL area. Located right on the strip but also close to wineries and other area attractions. There was plenty of space for our group and the whole unit was very clean. The fire pit on the deck was also great and there was ample parking. We’d love to plan a yearly trip. There was enough room (9 bedrooms) for 18 family members to stay comfortably in one location. This location also had 3 bathrooms which was excellent. Having TVs in every bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room was outstanding. There was enough seats for everyone as well. If I had to provide a recommendation, it would be to have a table large enough to accommodate at least 8-10 people instead of six. But luckily, I had a folding table to use. I would definitely stay at this spot again.

The property owner got back to me so quickly with any questions I had. We had 9 couples that stayed for the weekend. We enjoyed The cove right next door both nights and did our own winery crawl on Saturday. Already looking at dates for next year to go back! Highly recommend for a large group.

We had 16 people stay in this house with 9 bedrooms and I think 2 pull-outs and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and plenty of room for cooking and having a good time. Walking distance to many of the shops, coffee shop, Old Firehouse Winery, etc., and a short drive to the beaches. Next to The Cove-there were no disturbances on the weeknights (we stayed Mon-Thurs). Matt has always responded quickly to emails and texts but we didn’t have any reason to contact him. We did plenty of cooking-the double oven and microwave and Keurig all suited our needs. All of us can’t wait to come back again!! Great location and great price!

The property was perfect. We came for Track and field Nationals and the property was perfect for our group. The space is big clean and the location was excellent. I would definitely come back to the same property again.

The house is the perfect space for a large group and the perfect location to walk the strip. The State Park is a short drive down the street. It was clean, spacious, and the owners are responsive.
Our only issue was the A/C didn’t work. They were responsive and tried to fix it a few times, but were not able to get it fully resolved. However, I won't ding them for it, because they did make it right with me with a partial refund.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this space for your large group!

Stayed here for my bachelorette with some family and friends and it was the perfect spot on the strip! 9 bedrooms and just the best space! Will book here again when I come back
