Benvenuti a Edge Water Lodge. Questa è una proprietà completamente ristrutturata. La struttura dispone di 10 camere da letto e 4 bagni. È proprio sull'acqua. Il ponte ha accesso dalle camere da letto al secondo piano. Questo è ottimo per famiglie e gruppi numerosi. Tutti i televisori a schermo piatto in ogni stanza. Master Suite ha una vasca idromassaggio e 2 caminetti elettronici. Questo nuovo cottage dispone di 9 letti queen size, 1 letto singolo e 4 divani letto e può ospitare 26 persone. La casa ha AC! È stato completamente rinnovato e ha tutto nuovo di zecca. Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della strip. Hai una magnifica vista sul lago e accesso privato. Lenzuola, asciugamani freschi, piatti, posate e utensili da cucina sono forniti C'è una lavastoviglie. Wifi e cavo anche fornito. Siamo ammessi animali domestici .. Propano Grill con gas fornito. Legna da ardere anche fornito Check in è 16:00 e Checkout è 11:00. Il parcheggio è appena fuori dal lago rd ed è per un massimo di 12 auto.

The house was really great because we could all be together! 10 bedrooms left us close, but still spread out enough! And with four bathrooms, there was always one available when needed!! We enjoyed fires in the fire pit every night, and thank you for the Firewood provided! The kitchen living room area was big and open Where we could cook and socialize With family at the same time. Very close to the strip easy to walk to everything. We were concerned about the beach access, but all of us made it down to the beach without much problem. It was a great stay! We would definitely consider coming back next summer!!

Property was good. Edge of Geneva on the Lake partiers. Band at bar across the street was loud and terrible. Not owners fault. Music stopped at 11:00 PM. Toilet in master bathroom needs attention. Did not always stop running water.
Electric was out for 3 hours. Called owner who notified electric company. Handled nicely.

This is our second stay at this location. It is a beautiful lodge in a nice location and conveniences. While paying a premium price, you expect a high standard: Im disappointed that the upper balcony was unkempt and trashed as this is where I enjoyed my reading and morning coffees the prior visit. It even had a broken bench laying down. Embarrassing really. It was also evident that housekeeping was in a hurry and didn't check under beds etc.

Property and location have something for everyone. GOTL is a throw back to to much simpler time. Great for all family ages. The property is perfect for large gatherings. Plenty of bedrooms and 4 full baths make it very accommodating. Lot's of kitchen supplies and seating areas.

This property was extremely clean and as advertised! Plenty of room to enjoy our girls' weekend. Location was excellent! We were able to enjoy the strip and left the cars parked in the ample parking lot. Recommend this property for your next getaway!

This house is thoughtfully designed for a large group vacation. It is optimized for bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large common area.
It was perfect for our group and would definitely rent again.
The only thing the listing omitted is the fact it is within walking distance of a magic shop, which was a huge win for our group!

Property in need of repair, updating, cleaning. Bedroom ceiling leaking into trash cans. Hole in bedroom wall. Swept up pounds of sand on floors. Throw rugs were filthy and dirty dishes in dishwasher. One and done. Wont go back.

This place met all our needs. A bedroom for each of us and plenty of off-street parking. There’s no real ‘beach’ area (steep downhill to cement barriers, that’s why only 4 stars for “accuracy of listing”) but the dining room windows face out to lake and sky, great view. Do not lean or sit on the railing of the upstairs deck! Rainy weather prevented us from enjoying the fire pit and outdoor areas, but it was plenty comfortable inside. Location was safe, clean, quiet (but oh, the sound of the wind and waves, rooms on the lake side are not quiet!). Would love to return in warmer weather but the autumn visit was pretty sweet too.

The property was okay. Outside of the Master bath, the remaining bathroom should be handicap accessible with bars for a shower. The entry to the home was not accessible for wheelchairs. Was disappointed with the back that the individuals could not go down to the water due to the hill and it being risk.

Edgewater lodge was perfect for our large group of ladies. We enjoyed the location/walkability, the lake views and the large space for us to gather and feel comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for other large groups looking to enjoy everything GOTL has to offer!

Great locattion. Waterfront right in the middle of the strip. Close to everything on the strip, but set back enough to be quiet.

The location of the house is great. It's on the strip but back away from the road so the noise is isolated. It's on the lake but a like hike down the hill to get to it. The main gather area was nice and big enough for all of us. The only issues are the cleanliness of the outside. There are spider webs and dead bugs everywhere around the outside. Needs some deep clean attention inside and out. Overall great place for large group. Plenty of parking as well but it's gravel and dirt so that all goes into the house making the floors dirty. And parking lot muddy and deep puddles when it rains

Spent a long weekend at Edge Water Lodge with a group of 20+. There is plenty of gathering / hanging out space. Overall condition of the property is very good. Everything was clean on arrival. The house sits right on the lake, and the views are A+. You'll need to be spry to get to the water. Picnic tables and grill are on a nice patio. The fire ring is great with lots of wood available and comfy adirondack chairs. The location strikes a nice balance between secluded and easily walkable to all of the attractions on Lake Rd through Geneva-on-the-Lake. Highly recommended.

Our family decided to do something different this year and have Easter at the lake. The property was perfect. Lots of space, clean and the kitchen was perfect for having a family Easter dinner. We had an amazing time with fires by the lake and the view was unbelievable. An amazing experience.

January isn't the best time to be on Lake Eerie, but we were warm and cozy with great views of the lake. Under and hour to Cleveland, which made fun outings easy. Price was super affordable compared to similar places, and cleaning/checkout policies were very simple and reasonable.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family celebration. Plenty of space , plenty of parking and great location. They didn’t have any paper towels and when I reached out they addressed the situation and brought some by. I couldn’t locate an iron anywhere in house and when I reached out about one I never got a response back. Floors look like they could use a good mopping, but overall the house was clean. Would I come back… ABSOLUTELY! My family had a blast!

Had no idea what to expect during summer at GOTL and this place ended up being a perfect spot. It was roomy enough for our big group, had plenty of fun places to hang out and enjoy the great view, was within walking distance to have fun exploring and go on wine tours, and most of all, the owner was great at communicating with us. Some of the beds seemed like fulls and not queens, but it didn’t matter, checkout was easy, and we had everything we needed. The place is well loved but I expected that with a place that can host such big groups. LOVED sitting on the back patio. Would return!

My family were very pleased with the house, it was exactly as advertised. The only thing we found lacking was places for all of our clothes but that was a minor inconvenience. This was the first time we have been there and found it very relaxing with plenty of things to keep us entertained. We most certainly vacation there again next time our schedules permit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property and would love to come back in the future! We had nine adults and one infant. We were able to comfortably have meals together and play board games around the dining room table or in the living room. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the huge amount of firewood made available to us so that we could make mountain pies and s’mores or just spend time in the evenings together by the fire. We loved the fact that the house had 10 bedrooms and four full bathrooms. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops, easily. What a great home! I think I would have given it 5 stars if the mattresses had mattress pads on them, and then had the mattress fitted and flat sheets. On almost all of the beds, there were only the fitted sheets directly on top of the mattresses. Those sheets seemed to either be the wrong size or stretched out because several of us had the fitted sheet slip off while sleeping and awoke to find ourselves laying directly on the mattress. This happened to us numerous times a night for the week.
I think that it would be helpful in the future to purchase mattress covers, and new sheets that stay on the bed without slipping off. Another small thing would be to add some bedside table lamps for the bedrooms. It would be a nice touch and helpful for evenings.
Otherwise, we were super pleased with our stay!
