La cucina gourmet è grande con quasi tutti i comfort. L'isola ha un fornello a gas a 5 fuochi e un lavandino ed è predisposta per sedersi su un lato dell'isola. I banchi circostanti forniscono ulteriori aree di lavoro insieme al forno a convezione, speciale Advantium / forno a microonde e un enorme frigorifero con acqua purificata e ghiaccio nella porta. C'è un frigorifero aggiuntivo nell'area di servizio che ha anche ghiaccio aggiuntivo.
Immediatamente fuori dalla cucina è personalizzato, posti a sedere per banchetti per un grande gruppo.
Anche in questa stessa grande sala della cucina c'è l'enorme sezione in pelle abbastanza grande per l'intera banda e un centro di intrattenimento con TV a schermo piatto da 65 pollici con audio surround, Blu-ray e DirectTV.
Accanto alla Great Room c'è una sala che ha un bellissimo tavolo da biliardo e un tavolo da pranzo formale. Tutto scorre senza soluzione di continuità insieme. Anche se è un grande spazio con meravigliosi soffitti alti, è ancora caldo e non cavernoso.
La camera da letto principale n. 1 ha un letto king size con una grande sedia a sdraio per due e un bagno privato con cabina doccia con comandi per due docce separate contemporaneamente. C'è una vasca idromassaggio, un bidet e un doppio lavandino.
Master Bedroom # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con un set di letti estraibili e un bagno privato.

Quasi ogni stanza ha un'illuminazione dimmerabile per creare l'atmosfera per ogni occasione. Con più lucernari in tutta la casa c'è un'abbondante illuminazione naturale.
Lo spazio esterno non è certamente trascurato in alcun modo. C'è un ampio patio coperto con tavolo in una zona e un'altra area ha vignetta con un divano e sedie imbottite. L'ampio mazzo consente di radunarsi o cenare dentro e fuori dal sole / dalle stelle. Un piacevole focolare portatile e sedie possono essere goduti nelle serate fresche. La piscina recintata e riscaldata è abbastanza grande per giocare o esercitarsi. La cucina esterna ha una grande griglia a infrarossi a gas, lavello con acqua calda / fredda e una bevanda integrata per rinfrescare alcuni dei rinfreschi preferiti. Il sistema audio aggiungerà atmosfera ad ogni occasione. E un sistema di nebulizzazione di fascia alta può togliere il bordo in una giornata calda e asciutta. C'è anche un prato di buone dimensioni per il gioco e il contrasto con il mazzo. Infine, poiché l'interno ha un'illuminazione spettacolare, l'abbiamo portata anche all'esterno per facilitare il divertimento sia di giorno che di notte !!
Il parcheggio non è un problema con lo spazio garage per due veicoli e lo spazio carraio per altri sei.

This was THE BEST house for our family’s Labor Day weekend together! Our older son and his wife, their 2 year old, and 3 month old stayed in the room with a queen bed and twin bed. Owners had a pack n play (& also a high chair and booster seat) for the baby to sleep in. This room is nicely situated on one end of the house separated from the commotion of the main living area. It also has its own bath for the most part as it is only shared with everyone else when coming in from the patio/pool area. Our other teen and young adult children and my husband and I had spacious comfortable rooms on the other side of the main living area. It was such a comfort to have the gate around the pool and high door handles on any door that led to the back patio/pool area for the safety of our adventurous 2year old grandson. While most of our activities were at ASU in Tempe or in Scottsdale, the house was an easy 10-20 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. We had a few logistical questions before our stay and the owners were east to communicate with and very accommodating when they could be and had good explanations when they couldn't be.

Catherine’s house was a the perfect place to gather with our friends and their kids. She and her husband were very gracious hosts and made everything easy. There was so much space that despite having 4 kids and 4 adults it never felt crowded and everyone had their own place to hang out. The backyard was amazing, as was the pool. We didn’t explore the area as much as we wanted to because of the blazing heat, but it’s in a great location close to everything. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Phoenix area.

Amazing property located within 20 minutes of downtown Phoenix! This house was absolutely stunning and spacious! Had everything we could have needed or asked for.
Owners were local and ver helpful! Came over at 2 am when we arrived to walk us through the hosue and make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for better owners!

Our stay was amazing. The home is beautiful and spacious with great floor plan that gave each of us our
'space'. Thoroughly enjoyed our entire time there and took full advantage of the beautiful pool as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes and glassware. We were there to enjoy our granddaughter's wedding and this home was very close to the venue! Thank you! Would stay again if occasion arises!

This property is easily the best property we have stayed at in AZ! The inside is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were incredible. There were 8 of us so we used almost every bed in the home and we all agreed that the mattresses were top notch! We also cooked all but one dinner in the amazing kitchen. The backyard is beautiful, and the patio with the misters was just perfect. Cannot say enough about the house, it was awesome.

Came down with my family and some friends. There was 9 of us and plenty of space. We hiked the Usury mountains in the AM and sat by the pool all afternoon. We enjoyed all of the games by the pool. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the desert.

Such a wonderful place for a larger group (7 adults 4 children)
We had friends for dinner one night (we cooked all but one night) We had everything we needed for all meals, smoothies, drinks, etc. Two refrigerators, speaker system inside and outside. An amazing large couch for comfortable seating. Heated pool, plenty of outdoor seating, lots of safety for keeping the children safe around the pool. Just a great all around place with very kind, hospitable hosts.

This place is as good as it looks and even better in person. Homeowners have taken tremendous care. The location is quiet and yet just a quick 10-15 min Uber ride away to Tempe or Scottsdale. We stayed with 4 adult couples and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool table and swimming pool were a hit. Pool was 84 degrees and very comfortable even in 45-50 degree weather. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless clean, and the house is fully stocked for anything you could need, including multiple refrigerators for large groups.
The hosts also do a walkthrough with their guests upon arrival. We appreciated this attention to detail, felt like they cared about us as guests and about their rental home - and it shows in how well it is taken care of. If we are back in the Phoenix-Mesa area we will certainly stay again!

The property was beautiful, just like the pictures. Loved the fenced in pool and security measures. I could think of nothing that we needed that was not there. We had a small issue (our fault) and Brent was there in 10 minutes to help us. Was great for a large group.

For most of the last 15 years, there are seven or eight of us college classmates who get together every year in a different location. It is not always easy to find a house that meets our criteria but this beautiful home in Mesa had everything we were looking for and more. A fabulous kitchen where we could prepare meals, a living room large enough for good conversation and movie watching, and tons of other amenities. Even though it was hot while we were there, the large covered patio with ceiling fans made it easy to spend most of our time outdoors. The hosts, Catherine and Brent, were generous and very accommodating. In fact, it was the first home we have ever rented where the hosts greeted us at the door, gave us a tour and answered any questions. After that, they left us alone unless we had another question or need and then they were right on it! This is a beautiful and well appointed home in a great neighborhood that is well located to many attractions, restaurants and other services.

We came to Mesa for our son's wedding. We were greeted by the owners who walked us through the home showing us all the amenities the home had as well explaining home systems. The back yard was amazing! Beautifully landscaped, lush lawn, great travertine patio, outdoor kitchen, and of course the very inviting pool. It was a great quiet place to relax with family. The landscape lighting made it great even late into the night. The home was beautiful inside and well laid out for our family. Everything was on one level with no steps which made it great having our 80+ year old mothers with us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Home is the perfect place for family to get together and enjoy a spacious, well equipped, emaculate, fun home. The pool and pool table were awesome. Plus, we brought a bocce ball set and played on the grass. Everything about the home is well thought out to make the perfect weekend or extended stay. We attended spring training game and home is extremely close to Sloan Park but easy access to all of Phoenix. Enjoyed a perfect AZ family time long weekend.

My sister and I, along with our husbands, our children and our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to spread out and have fun. The large kitchen was well appointed and stocked, making meal prep easy and fun! Sleeping arrangements were perfect and the large bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The large backyard was safe for the little ones to enjoy as the pool was safely screened off. The large couch in family room comfortably fit all of the adults and the kiddos. This is a beautiful and clean home and the owners were friendly, accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home and we appreciate everything the owners did to make our week together as a family a memorable and joyful experience!

The location, layout, and amenities of this house were perfect for our family of 7! The ages of our children range from 13-24. The common areas were ideal for meals, playing games, and watching movies. We stayed over Christmas and Catherine put up a beautiful tree for us to enjoy! The extra touch of a walkthrough of the property upon check in made it even easier to enjoy all the house provided. Every convenience and detail were thought of! The heated pool, pool table and yard were great for extra activities enjoyed by all. We will definitely stay again!

Catherine and Brent’s home was truly our home away from home as soon as we walked in. Cozy, family oriented, plenty of room and fun to be had at every turn. Our group of 8 ranged from 12 to 77 years old and everyone loved it. The pool was used heavily each day, as well as the outdoor kitchen and patio. Fresh oranges on the trees were a delight! Yahtzee and the pool table were also favourites. It seemed everything we wanted to see was so close (shopping, food, fun, museums, etc.). This was truly the best family vacation we’ve ever had. Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay! The spaciousness of the house, the design of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and yard provided everyone with lots of room when needed. Cooking in the kitchen and having fun in the yard was a treat because of the size! Good location too! The owners were very pleasant to deal with, and very open to adding a grab bar in the bathroom of need which made this very accessible home even more so! A great home for all ages!!

The house was very clean and neat including the grounds and pool. My sons and grandsons liked the pool table. The women appreciated the modern kitchen. The spare refrigerator was very handy, for all our soft drinks and bottled water. Everyone liked the soft water and RO for drinking and cooking. The tour of the house was excellant and was not given huriedly.

Birthday Getaway
The owners have really out done themselves with this retreat. The home provides such wonderful space and amenities. We were a group of 10 and never felt as if we were on top of one another. The kitchen has ample space for cooking as a family and seating to join in on the conversation as meals are prepared. The patio, outdoor kitchen and pool area are simply amazing!! I generally do not sit outdoors in extreme heat but the misters REALLY help make it comfortable to soak in the Vitamin D. I would definitely recommend booking this house for your next home away from home.
I love the house so much but want to make a few suggestions so please do not see them as negatives.
1. Service workers should be limited during guest stays. We were at the home 5 days 4 nights. There was a service worker at the home everyday but 1. Our 1st morning after traveling we were awakened by lawnmowers at 6am.
2. A smart tv for streaming movies in each room would be great. We had 2 gamers in the house without a tv in their room to connect and play. A couple that likes to watch tv before going to sleep.
AGAIN overall, this house is the way to go!! Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
