Ottimo per le foglie d'autunno đ City Overlook si trova nella cittĂ appena sopra il centro di Chattanooga, in un terreno boscoso di 2 ettari e mezzo. Parti ed eventi severamente vietati. Questa struttura ha accesso immediato al centro e interstatale (I-24), ed è comodamente posizionato tra il centro e l'Hamilton Place Mall. Lo chalet al secondo piano ha un muro unico di finestre che incornicia le vedute del centro di Chattanooga, Lookout Mnt. E Signal Mnt, ed è un luogo luminoso e soleggiato in autunno e inverno. Lo spazio ha pavimenti in legno nel soggiorno, camino a gas, elettrodomestici inox, arredamento contemporaneo, balcone privato coperto tra gli alberi, e ca. 1300 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, con una cucina completamente attrezzata. Wifi in fibra ottica EPB. Lo chalet dispone di due ampie camere da letto con moquette, entrambe con materassi in schiuma di memoria, con 400 fogli di cotone egiziano con conteggio delle minacce. Lo chalet è un grande appartamento su un unico livello costruito su una residenza privata che potrei stare occasionalmente.
Lo chalet si trova lungo un vialetto ghiaiato lungo e stretto che è un po 'ruvido e può essere fangoso. Il vialetto può essere difficile da girare dentro. Lo chalet si trova in un lotto boschivo naturale con erba e paesaggio minimi. Questa posizione è appena sopra il centro città , quindi si potrebbe sentire il rumore della città e il traffico in lontananza.

Tremendous view from the ridge top in a secluded location surrounded by trees. Everything was as expected.

The house was just as listed. The tree growth has blocked a small portion of the view, but it was still amazing.

Thank you Rodney! The house setup, the amenities, the view, and feel of the home was fantastic. We needed a staycation away from home :). This place provided us the opportunity for a wonderful view of the city and mountains where we could spend time together playing board games, cooking food, and resting. We went out once a day to adventure around and always looked forward to coming back :). Logistic to know for those who come: be ready to back up to get in and out of the drive or do a 3 point turnaround at the house. Not a problem for us even with a quarter ton truck. Great home away from home âĽď¸

We loved our stay at this cute tree house the natural light and view during the day was amazing and city lights at night were breathtaking. This rental had everything you could need as far as convenience. Each room had multiple wall outlets good for us and our baby monitor and plenty of closet space . The location was perfect. Felt very secluded, but also close to town at the same time in the city, but not in the city. The noise outside did not bother us too much honestly didnât really hear it much inside,more from the balcony obviously but still traffic noise wasnât that bad I will say I did enjoy the balcony wish I couldâve enjoyed it a little bit more, but a family of wasps decided that it was theirs. That was another thing that was also conveniently located under the sink wasp spray, but they just kept coming back and Iâm a scaredy cat. Having a washing machine and dryer was also great . Would definitely stay here again wonderful rental

We were very comfortable and had all theâthingsâ we needed. The view from the windows was magnificent and magnetic as I couldnât stop looking! The driveway was a small challenge the first time we used it but no problem once we figured it out. Chattanooga was a fine hostess. Thanks Rodney for a great VRBO stay.

Rodney was an excellent host who went out of his way to make sure that all of our accommodations were met. We had a minor issue with tv/internet and he exceeded our expectations of remedying the problem in a timely manor. House was clean and comfortable with great views!

Enjoyed the view the most! Easy access location. Nicely furnished and great communication. I was a little nervous after seeing reviews about the âroad noiseâ. Puuhhhlease! Yes the interstate is part of the (distant) view and if you try to- you can hear occasional road noise but itâs not disruptive at all!!! Iâm triggered by sleep disturbances and experienced NONE! It was a great stay and the surprise bottle of wine was an unexpected and lovely touch! Give this place a try!

Wonderful stay. The view is magnificent. Very clean and accommodating. Close to Lookout and Signal Mountain. 2 really great restaurants in the neighborhood. Local grocery store very close and easy to get to. Loved our getaway.

The condo had a great view of downtown and was very clean. The deck is a little slanted, so we didn't sit out there, but the view from inside was so great that it didn't matter. It can be tricky to turn around in the driveway, but we managed it well. It is close to everything and we had a wonderful time. It was private and lovely.

Great location for an overlook of Chattanooga! Very private and had everything we were looking for! Only ding, the windows could have been a bit cleaner for the view. We understand that it is basically on the third floor and difficult to clean but they do have pressure washers that can do it. The porch was great to see the view!

Beautiful views and easy to get to downtown and Lookout Mountain. Once you figure out where the driveway is, it's easy to get to and private. House was clean, quiet, and spacious.

The view is amazing! The property is clean, and has all the basics you need. What isn't there is at the grocery store about 5 minutes away. The location is great too. It took us less than 10 minutes to get downtown.

Rodney was an awesome property manager making it super easy to check in and out. The views of the city were spectacular and it was an extremely cozy home to stay in. Very close to downtown! Sugar's Ribs was an excellent restaurant located just at the bottom of the hill. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed her more than once and love it! The view on our last night was one of the most amazing sunsets I've ever seen! The place is perfect and easy to get anywhere. Communication with Rodney is easy and he's very responsive. A+ stay.

House was very clean, simple layout with plenty of room. Very convenient to downtown, 7-12 mins depending on traffic. Conveniently located near a brand new Food Lion. Beds were very comfortable, plenty towels and wash cloths. View and sunsets were unreal.
