My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga! The staff were very kind and hospitality. Breakfast was great! Enjoy being close to the eateries and interstate. For next trip, will book with Beaumont again.

It was a great room and quiet. How ever I was charged a $150 dollars and the clerk said it would refund in 24 hours I was told this by night and day shift, it has now been 8 days and my back has not received a refund, Bank blames merchant merchant blames bank. Why did the hotel clerk say 24 hours I even offered cash if would take longer than 24 hrs to refund my $150

I’m so happy that we choose this hotel. The colors of the room and bathroom were pleasant. The bathroom mirror was gorgeous. Very comfortable sleeping.

The hotel is beautifully clean the renovations have been nice. However, great showerhead but absolutely no water pressure! The staff was so accommodating, even put my ice bottles into the freezer for me overnight so that I could travel with ice in my cooler.

This property is a little tricky to find but follow the directions they give you and you will arrive just fine!

1st room assigned on 2nd floor was dirty/had dirty used towels in bathroom , smelled of cigarette smoke. Called downstairs and they immediately asked if we wanted to move rooms. Next room on 3rd floor was fine. It’s def a motel that has been refurbished and renovated face lifted. Not a new build by any means. The elevator is loud and has broken components. The breakfast was just so-so. The eggs were BAD and salty. The coffee was weak. It served our purpose of having something available and safe close to Parkridge Medical.

The first hotel room we checked into had a strong smoke odor despite us specifically requesting a non-smoking room and the bathroom floor appeared dirty. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and immediately gave us a new room and apologized for our inconvenience. When we checked into our third floor room, it was humid but improved as we adjusted the air. In the light of day, the hotel appeared much better than when we first checked in. The breakfast was adequate and the dining room was clean. This is a fine place to stay if you are looking for lower budget options but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk employee was very nice and professional, however, the noise in the room was terrible. First, the airconditioner was very loud, and sounded like a jet taking off every 15 minutes. Needless to say, i didnt sleep all night. Second, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. NO PRIVACY!!

Hotel was chosen because of its ratings. When I arrived at the property, I was disappointed. It’s located in a sketchy area and the property looks old and worn. I could not cancel. Very disappointed on the “good” and highly recommended rating it had.

We had no hot water, the smoke alarm started chirping at 1:00 AM. But the customer service rep came right away to take care of the alarm. The bed was comfortable and the air worked well.

Baymont is a unique brand. These are typically older buildings that have been upgraded or remodeled to modern standards. All Baymonts are in different stages of this process. This particular one looked as if they have fully-remodeled. Its a Wyndham product so you know it will be nice and it is.

It was in a good location for our needs and seemed to be a safe area. It is a little tricky to find because it is behind another hotel, but the email with directions that we received after booking were very helpful.

The parking lot was a little shady, wasn’t sure about at first. It was a nice hotel. Located close to everything. My family lives off the next exit and this was a nice place to stay. I would just suggest to watch who parks in the parking lot.

The room was extremely humid, so I thought it was just the room. I asked them to change the room, they sent someone to check the ac unit instead. It was working fine, which wasn’t my issue. I don’t know why it was humid but it was! I went back downstairs and asked them to change the room. Finally they did, which was useless because it was on the same floor which was extremely humid! I slept so uncomfortable! Thank goodness it was just one one night

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk worker was friendly. The area around the hotel appears to be safe but I did see a police officer hanging out in the parking lot for a few minutes. They could definitely use a new elevator but no big deal. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very spacious, which was a plus. Overall, good hotel and I would stay here again.

Ms. Patel at the front desk was amazing! So friendly and and helpful. The team that did housekeeping was also very efficient and accommodating of us bringing our dog Charlie.
