Questo bellissimo tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio è stato completamente ristrutturato con finiture di fascia alta. Cucina completa con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, finestre insonorizzate, porte e pareti. Piani in marmo in tutti i bagni, pavimenti in parquet, Smart TV HD da 60 "con navigazione in rete, sistema audio BOSE. Lavatrice / asciugatrice, balcone con splendida vista e grill esterno. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV, bagno completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, TV. Il terzo BD ha un Queen Bed bunker e tween in cima. L'appartamento si trova nell'angolo dell'edificio con un facile accesso a Vail. Villaggio o villaggio Lionshead.

We had a great time in Vail due in large part to the fantastic layout and amenities of this property. Our kids had a great time in the gigantic bathtub and on the enormous, cushy couch and enjoyed seeing their favorite TV shows on what might be the biggest TV in the world. The kitchen is adequately equipped and everything was super clean upon arrival.
We had an issue with the heating on the middle floor where our two kids were sleeping, but the super nice property manager, Pablo, came out within a few hours to fix everything. He is as nice as all of the other reviews claim - seriously kind and even talked to my super social four year old while she peppered him with questions about thermostats!
We're familiar with Vail and recommend this location HIGHLY for families - you can walk easily to Lionshead Village kids ski school, the library and Imagination Station. It was also a perk to have the car right next to the door for loading and unloading.

Great location! Very convenient parking spot right in front of the condo. Nice condo. The only downside was the microwave wasn’t working and the sliding glass door upstairs wouldn’t lock.

We were very happy with this condo. It is one of the few remodeled condos in vail in this price range. The parking spot in front is awesome!

Perfect Location, Great Floorplan for Families or Groups of Couples
We stayed here for three nights over Labor Day weekend & enjoyed the property. Parking is right in front of the entrance, Vail Village is only a five minute walk, and the layout of the house is highly conducive towards groups. There were several minor inconveniences with the property (most notably that the dishwasher didn't work) but the property manager responded promptly and attempted to address our concerns, even hand washing our dishes for us. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Beautiful condo with tons of room.
The only drawback was that the heating system (I believe it is a water based system) was a bit loud in the master bedroom (the living/family room is above the master, and when the heat kicks on, it is a bit loud in the master bedroom).
Oh, and finally, the manager, Pablo was extremely responsive to inquiries.
We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect stay for a few friends or a couple of young families
Amazing location - right next door to the hospital, across the street from the free bus shuttle.
The apartment is absolutely perfect: clean, well equipped and very pleasant to stay in.
Out group had an amazing weekend and will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great condo in Vail
This was a great condo. We were in Vail for a conference and this unit was the perfect unit for us. Easy access to the resort, right on the bus route and the was fully furnished with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns and super easy to communicate with. Thanks again....

Vail Get Away
Skaal Haus was a great property with close proximity to both the Vail and Lionshead Villages in Vail. Nicely remodeled unit with very modern designs, amenities and plenty of rooms for a family with guests. Located directly on the bus route was a nice option as well, once you arrive you can either walk or ride the free town bus anywhere in town. Looking forward to our next visit to Vail!

All in all it was a good experience and I would consider it again. Proximity to village was perfect, and we were able to walk everywhere as we had hoped.

Location, great redesign, comfortable beds, soothing colors. If you like a modern appeal, this place delivers an experience unlike you are to find in mountain towns. Walking to Lionshead or Vail Village is a short jaunt away. The Four Seasons is next door and provide great restaurant and bar options for a drink or watching a game. Each room is equipped with a large flat screen TV that offers, Netflix, Apple TV, etc. Just bring your password and your set for a night in after a long hike. Pablo was easy to work with as the manager. The couple we were traveling with is looking to rent again in late October.

Living the Good Life in Vail!
This exquisite, newly-renovated, modern condo is perfectly located within walking distance of all of the best shops and restaurants--everywhere from Vail Center to Lionshead, in the opposite direction. You don't even need a car to get to the ski school and lifts. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with all-new kitchen appliances and top of the line gadgets. I am a gourmet chef, and found everything I needed, including beautiful china, glassware, and cutlery. The deck has a large state-of-the-art grill, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The extra-large master bath Jacuzzi is a dream, and perfect for relaxation. The all-one-floor, ground-level master suite is a cozy hideaway with a convenient washer and dryer. The icing on the cake was the solicitous, beautifully-mannered manager. This condo is going to be in great demand once the word gets out--I would book it soonest!
