no breafast the location was great

the villa needs repairs , it was not clean , garbage not pick up ants all over, problem with appliances, air condition was not great for the whole house it needed 2 more because it was hot, the smell of the sewer coming from the shower of the back bathroom,the fridge were making noise waher machine was water coming from the bottom . the owner should spend money on the property instead of just collecting it.

The apartment was super clean and modern, we really enjoyed our time. We arrived to San Vito lo Capo very early and they let us check in earlier, we really appreciated that.

The only thing that could be improved is the bed, which was very very hard. Every night we woke up when trying to turn the side and every morning we had a sore back or neck. Very uncomfortable, which is a shame because other than that, the apartment was really perfect.

The garden and the bbq area are excellent

The apartment looks much more dated than in the pictures, the toilet was rather smelly, they said it was because of the rain.

The aircon was good

The check in process was awful. We were told we had to go to the agency to check in, which is in the center. So we did and we waited outside for 30min, then we were told by the very rude agent that she was checking someone else in and we and we had to wait another 20min. Then we booked us un and she just spoke on the phone to someone else the whole time and just ignored us. You have to pay 72 EURO for sheets and pillow?! Such a rip off. Then we had to walk all the way back to the accom (it was 33 degrees) for her to show us things. The photos are nothing like what the place looks like. It was so so disappointing. We got completely catfished. When we went to check out, she was late and forgot to bring our 100euro deposit so we had to go back to the agency to get it which was such a hassle because we were catching a bus to Palermo. The location on booking.com is of the agency, not the accom. We thought we would be near the beach, we ended up being kms away. I would never go back. The agency woman was just soooo rude. Really disappointing.

Appartamento Deluxe- via Florio Nice apartment. Basic but with great air condition system. Comfortable mattrasses. Sea view from some parts of the terrace

To check in and receive the keys hasn't been really fast and smooth as it should be. Warm water limited quantity per day.
