Excellent property for a family holiday at walking distance from the beach. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Modern bathrooms. Nice balconies, incl sea view.

Perfect place to stay in Vito lo Capo. Apartament is beautiful with three (!) bathrooms. Everything what needed is inside, great location with fantastiv view from balcony and roof. Francesco is amazing, helped us with all issues we had. Fully recommend!

outstanding location, spotless facility and an overall excellent stay

Our family stayed at the Villetta for almost a month (May). Since we knew we were going to stay longer, we we looking for comfort and good location and that and much more we got. The location is the best for a family with kids - quiet, yet close to everything important (playground - few seconds - across the street, park - the same, beach - 2minutes which proved priceless when you carry floaties and stuff for kids, center-5mins max, shops - 10-12min walk, lighthouse - 15min slow walk, great cafe - 5mins, fish market - 8mins). The apartment is just beautiful, we all loved the disposition, the terrace, the roof top, the grill outside the door that we enjoyed using. The three bathrooms were spacious and well equipped as was the kitchen - we had absolutely everything we needed! Francesco, the landlord and his friend Giusseppe who gave us the keys were both incredibly helpful and extremely responsive. Francesco even went above and beyond by buying a desk for us so that we could both work comfortably during the stay. The internet was pretty stable (minus one day but that must have been the exception from the rule). Parking for one car was included and it was safe. The accomodation is dog friendly which was very important for us and our dog enjoyed laying on the terrace as much as we did. Since we stayed off the season we had a chance to only meet the local neighbours and they were as hearfelt and nice as Italians are. The cherry on the top was us finding out that there was Netflix there (even Youtube) and we could have some family movie evenings after long swims :) We LOVED this place and surely will come back ❤️

absolutely nothing, all was perfect

Location is great - very close to the beach, but not in the main street that is too crowded. The apartments is really big - perfect for 5-6 people, very good equipped (bu we didnt find teapot :( ). Two bathrooms - that is very important! Hosts are very friendly! We have a tasty surprise when we arrived)

Could be more clean. Some things need renovation. There were many ants in the living room! Uncomfortable shower.
