Un bellissimo, tranquillo e accogliente casetta lungolago con oltre 300 piedi di litorale di godere. L'abbondanza di alberi permette di rilassarsi mentre oscillare in amaca o rilassarsi sul ponte spazioso tuttavia, chi preferisce il sole può godersi i raggi sul molo privato. Siamo stati benedetti per aver fatto così tanti ricordi meravigliosi con la nostra famiglia e amici nel corso degli anni e la speranza che si farà anche ricordi durante la vostra vacanza sul Lago di Norman.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con porte scorrevoli in vetro su un ampio ponte con vista sul lago. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello con un pieno sul fondo e una doppia in cima. Un bagno Jack e Jill con doppi lavandini separa le due camere da letto. Ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera da letto con TV via cavo e un lettore DVD.
La cucina è dotata di nuovi aggiornamenti per soddisfare le tue esigenze.
La camera familiare dispone di una fantastica vista sul lago con soffitti cattedrale, ventilatori a soffitto con luci 3, un 50 pollici HD TV a schermo piatto, stereo, lettore DVD, e internet con una zona pranzo delizioso.
Il 2 ° bagno completo è dotato anche di una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

This is our third stay at Doug and Janet's property, and they NEVER disappoint!! Four grandkids' now ages 4, 6, 15, and 18. Everyone as usual had a GREAT time fishing, swimming, kayaking, swinging on swing set, hammock, and smores at the firepit. Property has Everything you could possibly need and more for your stay!!! Once again Doug, THANK you for the Unforgettable Memories!! We Shall Return!!!

This beautiful cottage is right on Lake Norman. The grounds are meticulously kept and extremely gorgeous!
The owners are very helpful, friendly, and very eager to make sure your stay is perfect!
I was with my 95 year old mother who uses a walker, and she got around very well in this cottage. Loved watching boats and jet skis. As well as the duck families every morning!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was very quite and peaceful. If you are a fisherman, this is the place for you. Owners responded within 10 minutes to any questions or concerns. Beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep.

The property was beautiful and the cottage was comfortable and inviting. The hosts were awesome! Doug answered my texts quickly and offered answers to any questions we had. The dock was perfect for our pontoon boat. It was quite windy most days, but the lake was still lovely.

Thinking about our wonderful stay. We were in the area for a wedding and came in a few days ahead and relaxed at this beautiful spot. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the quiet and then each evening with a glass of wine. Everything is clean and all the things needed for a great stay are available. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home and gorgeous lake views. Very convenient to all amenities in area. It was a little too chilly for us to go out on lake--would love to do that on a future visit. Only suggestion I have is to provide a few throw blankets in living room for chilly evenings.

This cottage/cabin with boat accessible dock located back in a cove on Lake Norman is the perfect vacation getaway. The cottage is fully furnished with many extras. There is a campfire ring, kayaks , hammock. A very nice boat dock that was also great for fishing. We will definitely book this one again.

We have stayed at this cabin multiple times and never been disappointed. Doug and Janet are the best owners to deal with. The cabin is convenient, clean, cute, comfortable, well equipped and most of all fun. The dock is great for fun in the water. Our week here was perfect. Thank you Doug and Janet.

If you're looking to enjoy the perfect lakeside setting, look no further, this is it! Located at the water's edge but only minutes by car to civilization for shopping and sightseeing.
Rustic cabin atmosphere contributes to the feeling of being on "Walden Pond"!! Thanks to our hosts for making this great place available for us to enjoy!

My adult children stayed here while in town for a family wedding. Quaint, cozy cabin right on Lake Norman with nice dock and space to swim and float. They had a blast jumping off 2nd tier platform. We look forward to other family & friends renting this place over the years.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage is VERY well maintained - all the deck lights work :) I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place with a wonderful location. We really enjoyed the crows nest. The kids jumped many times. They saw some great fish, caught some too.

Great property owners. Probably the best lot on the lake in that area. Only negative is the couch furniture, not comfortable for me but every one is different.

We're so glad we took this short get-away! It was
conveniently located to restaurants, but it made us feel we had really gotten away. The house is a comfortable size, equipped with everything we needed. The view of Lake Norman from the large porch and the dock is great! The size of the grounds really gave us privacy and we loved all the Japanese maples and garden statues. There were many water amenities, but we preferred to watch others! We're hoping we can go back soon!

This was an absolutely incredible cottage. The view is simply beautiful. The cottage was so clean, and felt like home. The dock set up is pretty sweet. Loved the stereo system. Was nice being able to fish in comfort at the dock. The owners were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this cottage. We travel often and this was by far one of best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend this cottage!

We LOVED the house and the lake and sitting on the dock! We only wished the kayaks were cleaned and ready to go, we would have loved to use them but we did not. We also went and ate at the Blue parrot one day for lunch, it was very enjoyable.We would love to come back

This was our second time staying at this property. It is great. Cozy and perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen, flooring, and furniture has been updated since 2020 and is very nice. This is a very comfortable, clean, lake cabin. The location is convenient to grocery, boat launch, restaurants, and bait shop. It is quiet. We enjoyed the kayaks and caught quite a few fish. There is a great swimming area for the warm water months and the dock is on deep water. The hosts are great to work with and we will be back.

We loved everything about our stay. The property owner had the house ready for early check in, the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our own meals, the bed was SO comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.
The view! I loved sitting on the back porch. We would definitely stay again.

We live in Fla. and our kids and grandkids live in Concord. So this was absolutely wonderful to experience such a property together. We stayed 4 days and never left, but the grocery store is only 5 minutes away. One morning while having cofee, a group of deer came and enjoyed the back yard, and another beautiful day we took the kayaks out and fished. Thank you for such gracious hospitality! We want to return in the summer!

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend and although the kitchen is on the smaller side it didn't feel small because of the open concept, we had plenty of space to spread out. It was well stocked with every pan/appliance/utensil you would need to make a meal. The property is beautiful. It sits on a point so the neighbors were not visible, it felt very secluded. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and Mooresville was a short drive. We had a great weekend and hope to enjoy this property again when we can enjoy the water and dock on a warm summer day.

I highly recommend and we will definitely stay again next time we plan a trip to NC. Property was absolutely beautiful and the owners were amazing to work with. I would send a message and they responded very quickly. Everything was very clean! They made our stay very easy with easy access and binders with any information you needed.

This property was just as described! Such a beautiful and relaxing property! We enjoyed that it was close to shopping and restaurants! We were a couple who went with another couple and it was perfect for all of us! It would also be perfect for a family with children. I texted the host a couple of times and he responded quickly. Having two bathrooms and laundry facilities made this rental even better!
