La vita è una spiaggia ... e sto solo giocando nella sabbia! Fantastic Gulf View !! Pinnacle Port si trova su una penisola sul lato lontano ovest appartata di Panama City Beach. Questo resort privato recintato su 22 ettari confinante con Campo Helen State Park a ovest, in esclusiva Carillon Beach a est, 800 acri Lake Powell a nord e le acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico a sud. Il lato del golfo ha un quarto di miglio di private bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca con albe pittoresche al mattino e tramonti indimenticabili nelle serate. Il lato Lake Powell ha un molo di pesca e posto barca con slittamenti per il vostro divertimento. C'è una piscina interna / esterna riscaldata con una caffetteria aperta stagionalmente con film notte sul ponte piscina. Altri servizi offerti: una seconda piscina all'aperto situata da quattro campi da tennis illuminati, sauna, palestra, bocce, shuffle board, ferri di cavallo, e un parco giochi per bambini. La nostra unità recentemente ristrutturato si trova al settimo piano dell'ala più desiderabile della torre si trova più vicino al golfo ed è un due camere da letto, due e un mezzo bagno unità stile townhouse su 2 piani. Il piano terra soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e hanno una spettacolare vista diretta sul golfo dal balcone. C'è un divano letto queen size con un nuovo materasso in schiuma di memoria e divanetto per il comfort in soggiorno. La lussuosa suite matrimoniale al piano superiore ha il proprio balcone privato con vista sul golfo di Carillon e con i suoni delle onde di notte. Ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno en suite con vasca. La camera degli ospiti con 2 letti singoli con finestre che si affacciano sul golfo e un corridoio bagno giù. Tre LED HD TV si trovano in tutto e la connessione wi-fi. Cinque minuti a ovest è scenografica Hwy 30-A con Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Acquerelli, e Grayton Beach. Viaggiare 10 minuti per l'est si trova il famoso Pier Park complesso del centro commerciale e un ristorante. E per il cliente più entusiasta Sandestin e Silver Sands outlet in Destin è a soli 25 chilometri di distanza. Venite a respirare l'aria fresca del golfo, guardare le splendide acque color smeraldo, e fare una passeggiata sulla spiaggia di sentire la sabbia tra le dita dei piedi. Goditi la vita!

This was our first time at Carillon beach and we had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a beautiful Gulf view and right on the beach. Our host was very responsive to take care of anything we needed. The condo had all the necessities we needed and we enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach!

I went with my husband, adult children, and my 2 young granddaughters to this beautiful condo on the beach. The unit was spotless, everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The view from the living area balcony was awesome! As was the view from the second bedroom upstairs. The master balcony's view was of the parking lot but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The beds were super comfortable, water pressure and the showers were great. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we used the washer/dryer once while we were there with great success. There were bathrooms upstairs and down which was very convenient. The living area had a comfy couch and reclining chairs and felt very roomy. We were on the 7th floor but rarely waited for more then a couple of minutes for the elevator. The journey from our room to the sand was no more than 5 minutes. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Burkes Beach Services and they were waiting for us directly in line of sight from our balcony. We had a couple of rainy days and the indoor pool was perfect to keep the 2yr old and 4 yr old happy. There were also tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground.
The area surrounding the Pinnacle Port Resort had everything we needed. Nearby Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, shopping, etc. but it wasn't crazy touristy busy like it is nearer to Destin.
Jeff was a fabulous host - made everything in the lovely unit easy to use and was always quick to respond.

This place has a great view, good parking, 3 elevators (never waited more than 15 seconds), 24/7 security and nice pools. Beach access is very easy and close. Condo is newly renovated. It is on the smaller side by my family of 5 was just fine in there. Would come back again.

Jeff's place was as described in the listing. It's small, but it's well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our week-stay. Jeff was great with communication and answered my texts very quickly. Would definitely recommend him as a host and his condo as a rental.

The condo was nice clean and the area was quite. There is a place for your boat if you bring one to fish. Local parks and shopping. Outlet mall was great for shopping in Destin. Also the Donut Hole was a good place to eat for breakfast. Get there early so the wait will not be long.

This condo has been updated..very modern kitchen etc. Lovely view of the sunset. Right on the beach and Lake Powell. Property owner very nice and informative. I would recommend this property.

Condo was just as pictured. Views from balconies were great . Saw dolphins every day. Easy access directly to the beach. Enjoyed the use of tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and pickle ball.

Wonderful updated condo with balcony on the beach. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans and all utensils. Pictures are exact for all rooms. Very pleased with our stay. The gated community was a plus since it was a girls weekend and we felt very safe. The neighborhood the condo is in was very nice. We walked in the mornings before enjoying the beach. Beach was great since it is located away from all the business of Panama City Beach. Close enough to enjoy 30A B or drive into Panama City. I would definitely rent this condo again. Great communication with the host.

Beautiful beach condo!
My friend and I (college roommate from years ago) had a wonderful girls' week at this beautifully updated condo. The views of the Gulf were fantastic and the accommodations were very comfortable. The host, Jeff, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, from resolving a booking problem to addressing a couple minor issues upon check-in. I have never had a better experience with a host on any vacation trip. Thanks so much, Jeff!
My husband and I visited Pinnacle Port for the first time in November. We enjoyed it so much, we returned in April with friends and last week was my third trip in six months! The quietness of the area coupled with the beauty of the beach and great views of the Gulf and Lake Powell make Pinnacle Port such a special place. We hope to return soon and would definitely choose this unit again!
One note: on this visit we found the absolute best restaurant, Goatfeathers at 30Avenue. It's both a seafood market and cafe and only 3 miles from Pinnacle Port. The seafood was super fresh and cooked to perfection!

Great stay!
We loved our stay and everything about the location. No crowded elevators, beach, or noise while still being close to great restaurants. The grocery stores are only a 5-minute drive to get to. The view from the balconies was our favorite part of the trip! Jeff was great to work with and very quick to respond. Perfect spot for a family beach getaway!

Excellent getaway!
We stayed the weekend for my wife's birthday and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was exactly what we needed, far away from the hustle of PC Beach, and close enough to 30a to skip over and enjoy all the shops and cafes. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great experience! Will definitely consider returning in future. Right on the beach, great view and very close to grocery stores and sites such as Rosemary Beach. Very easy rental experience and very responsive owner.

Great unit, very nice.
The owner touched base with us to let us know the unit was ready before 4pm. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. It was classy yet simple Great location. Pictures are pretty accurate. Definitely recommend this unit and the owner!

Coziness on the Beach
The condo seemed to be newly renovated and decorated bright and beachy. We had a perfect view of the beach only steps away. We liked being in a secure neighborhood and the other guests were friendly and family oriented.

We love pinnicle port!
This is our 5th year vacationing in PCB. We always stay at pinnicle port but this year we tried a different unit. The kitchen is well stocked and whole unit is nicely remodeled. Amazing view, we will certainly be back!

Gorgeous views, quiet, private area
We loved that Pinnacle Port was in a gated neighborhood. The facility was clean and in a great location. We loved the covered pool and the playground. The owner was very helpful and easy/quick to communicate with!

Dirty Room, Soap left in Shower, DUSTY
This was the worst Vacation at PCB, We love Pinnacle Port, only place we will stay. The Condo was the worst we have ever experienced there. As we entered the Condo there was a musky mildew smell, we was told by the owner it had been shut up the week before. I hoped opening balcony door would air it out, I have Allergies & didn't realize the Condo had carpet till we arrived, that carpet was the worst I couldn't even sleep up stairs. I got so sick staying in this condo I had to go to Dr when we returned home. That Carpet needs to go!! We was told that the unit was to be renovated in November 2019. I feel the cleaning lady wasn't doing her job at all & I understand the owners are not on site so it impossible for them to know everything going on, but I hope they got a new cleaning lady she didn't even make sure the soap from previous guests was out of shower, which says tells me that she didn't clean it!

The unit was very old and dirty. The shower had mold and the entire unit was very dusty.
The owner was very nice and helpful, but the unit needs basic upgrades. Furniture and appliances are old, dishes were dirty, shower in master suite had mold. I can send pictures if needed. I would not recommend this unit to a family with small children.

Easy to book and a wonderful stay. We needed a short getaway and this condo was perfect. It’s an older, but well kept property. The condo was fully stocked and clean when we arrived. Beach area isn’t too crowded and view from 7th floor is amazing!

Great views and location, very comfortable 2 bedroom condo, excellent facilities
Pinnacle Port has a very nice beach, large heated pool, access to Lake Powell, great security, well kept grounds with playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, saunas, and a fitness room. The condo on the 7th floor has a nice view of the beach from one side and a distant view of the beach and Carrilon from the other balcany off the MBR. 2nd bedroom has a good beach view, too. Beds and furnishing are all first rate, kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. TV/internet was not good but they had just installed a new system building wide and hopefully they will get it working right soon. We will try to rent this same unit again next year if possible.

Condo was very nice and enough room for 6 of us, nice view from the balconies. Pool was nice and clean easy access to the beach.
