Un Dwell Urban Mid Century Home aggiornato situato nella desiderabile Queen Anne, situato in alto sopra la strada tranquilla con vista territoriale e Cascade. Situato a pochi minuti da South Lake Union. Amazon, Expedia, Facebook, Google. ... Hip grande cucina completamente attrezzata, ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio, fornello a gas e uscire sul ponte privato, mobili da giardino, barbecue e cortile appartato. Il piano principale ha anche due belle camere da letto (una con TV). Bellissimo bagno con vasca da bagno Zuma simile a una spa, grande vanità da bagno galleggiante Duravit completamente attrezzata con lenzuola. Il piano inferiore offre una spaziosa sala ricreativa, TV 55 ", materasso Air-Bed, se necessario, giochi. We had a lovely ten-day stay visiting family. The host was gracious and we enjoyed the Queen Anne location. Everything in the the house was well stocked and in good condition. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard.

This was the best, most generously equipped house that we have ever stayed in. We would have ben very happy and comfortable to stay for weeks. I only hope that this house will be available for our next visit to Seattle.

From my earliest communication with the owner, we knew this would be a special experience. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentsl homes, none so thoughtfully and generously equipped and stocked. The kitchen has everything you will need and more. From games to spices and foil and wraps, this house is equipped like home. We played cards and board games, cooked on the grill and enjoyed every minute on the patio and in the house. The location is excellent and the property was beautiful and spotless. Tons of towels, pillows and comfortable beds, and well appointed laundry room. And, we were amazingly comfortable on some of the hottest days of the summer. We plan to stay there again!

This is our second stay at this VRBO and hands down our favorite place to stay, home away from home, beautiful, walkable neighborhood, pet friendly, top notch clean with the most coziest beds and bedding! Large soaking tub and walk in shower. Every amenity is available. The host has thought of everything and provides above and beyond. I’m addition he is proactive with communication and available when needed with questions. The host wants to ensure you have a comfortable, hassle free experience. Fenced backyard is perfect if you bring your dog companion. Food and water dishes provided for your four-legged bestie!

Absolutely beautiful home with high end kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and stunning backyard. The space was just what we needed while moving our son into his dorm at Seattle Pacific University (just steps away). While at the house we enjoyed playing games, having a backyard BBQ and creating family memories! Can't wait to return.

My family and I had the most wonderful trip in Seattle and having a lovely property to come back to at the end of the evening made all the difference. Matt was extremely hospitable and the property was perfect for my family of four. The location was great for the places we went to. We have stayed at many rentals, and Matt's house is truly one of the best we've been at. The house was extremely well-equipped and immaculate. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there are many thoughtful touches: maps, guidebooks, games, many extra towels. We enjoyed the backyard area as well. Matt was friendly and easy to deal with. Location was convenient to many areas of Seattle. Will definitely book again when in WA.

Absolutely incredible property. High end finishes and literally anything you would ever need (coffee, toiletries, bottle of wine, kitchen tools, cookies, fresh flowers, extra bedding, laundry detergent, etc)! I have a bad back and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The additional downstairs den is so comfortable and easy to hang out in. The location was also great - a short walk up hill to QA but also very easy to use back streets around seattle. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

This home is beautifully stylish as well as welcoming and comfortable. It was amazingly equipped from a dog bowl, to multiple coffee makers, to a gazillion cups of all sorts. A brand new washer and dryer, extra linens. The private back yard with a big deck, a lawn, table, umbrella, and a gas barbecue was where we spent a lot of time. The huge tub and huge glass shower beautiful and fun. The entire home was IMMACULATE.
Matt’s house provided everything we could possibly need and more in a beautiful and enjoyable environment. We had a great stay.

The 4 of us , plus dog, LOVED this house. The owner supplied EVERYTHING you could imagine. Full kitchen complete with spices, coffee, all equipment. Fresh Flowers , cookies and wine awaited us. Short drive to many places of interest. Enclosed back yard , great for kids and dogs. Matt was easy to reach and very accommodating. STAY HERE. You won’t be disappointed.

The house was a great location in Queen Anne to get to UW, close to Fremont with lots of restaurants and fun shops. It was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, nice backyard. We would definitely stay there again!

Matt’s home exceeded our expectations on every level. From the fabulous neighborhood and couldn’t-be-easier check in process to a gorgeous, spacious home that was squeaky clean and beautifully appointed, this house had it all. I know firsthand what it takes to host a home like Matt’s.
He clearly pays impeccable attention to detail. We enjoyed being home and enjoying the house and yard as much as we did prowling around Seattle. Well equipped kitchen, luxurious bedding and towels, comfy beds, great layout…even wooden hangers, cupboards of toiletries and a laundry room. Welcome goodies and flowers, wifi, a parking pass.
I can’t say enough about just how perfect this home was for our two couples meeting up with other family in Seattle. Matt had a sincere interest in taking care of us, accommodating our requests and providing information along with providing us with a beautiful space.
I was convinced (given the condition of the house and everything in it) that this was a brand-new listing, but then I found reviews going back to 2016, so I know otherwise. I can only say wow. And thank you, Matt.

This was truly an amazing house. From the layout to the little details that Matt the owner did through out the home was to make sure the renters had everything that was needed for your stay. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Definitely looking forward to staying there again in the future when we visit family again.

Great for families
We had a wonderful stay in this house! Matt was easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was impeccably well stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes, cups, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, outdoor chairs, towels, etc. There was even a bin of sports balls in the back yard for our boys to play with. These conveniences really made it feel like we were just at home and not in a rental. We will try to stay here again the next time we are in town.

The house had plenty of great community space upstairs and the downstairs den was a great retreat for the teenagers. The neighborhood is gorgeous and great for family walks with the dog. Pike’s Market is minutes away!
