We loved this location! Our first time staying at this location and really nice all around! Walk to Coligny in the morning to get coffee was just a bonus. Loved it!

The location of this property right on the beach was amazing. We walked or biked everywhere, never moved the car. Kendall is amazing with communication and service!

Loved how accommodating the owners were for a small fee out groceries were already in our fridge when we arrived making it very easy to settle in. Our only feedback is space is very limited and it felt like storage areas were filled with owners extras. I would recommend more wall storage space to help minimize clutter of our belongings while staying. But we 100% would return again!!

We have stayed at this villa before but not at this unit. Wow what a view. Also the unit is furnished with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We loved bike riding on the beach! Kendall & Jeremy are great to deal with and we will be staying here again for my wife's birthday next year.

The condo was as described and the owners were very responsive. Perfect size for the two of us. Would definitely book again.

Unit was updated and clean. Ocean view from balcony was great, only short walk to beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs and bikes that were included were so convenient, we used them daily. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Everything was as advertised. The host left Perrier and cookies on the table. We would have no problem staying at one of the host's properties in the future.

Overall the unit was in excellent condition. The host left us a bottle of wine and cookies that was much appreciated. I will say the sofa needs replaced and the toilet handle fell off (a minor fix). Everything else was great. Seaside is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We have stayed in several units on that property. Would stay here again.

Great location and the amenities were as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving. During check-in we noticed several welcome gifts from the owners. We enjoyed the cookies, but did not partake of the wine. There is shopping and dining within walking distance. If you are looking for a place to stay, you should give it a try.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great and you can see the ocean right from the balcony. We ran into some minor issues, but she was very quick to help us address them and take care of them. This place is best suited for two adults and/or two small children as the sofa bed probably needs updating. But overall we’d stay again! You’ll love the location and cookies were left for us.☺️

My husband and I stayed for our 3 year anniversary and it was perfect for just the two of us. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. And it was a short walk down to the beach!

Enjoyed a nicely appointed condo close to Coligny Circle. Directions for using the TV and remotes is needed.

Great location to shops and dining and had everything we needed for a great vacation!

Overall an excellent experience. Can't beat the location, so close to the beach and coligny plaza. Bedroom was a little cramped and need a full length mirror. Thanks, we'll be back!

Small, cozy, and everything you need for a getaway to Hilton Head! Easy beach access and great location!

The unit is updated and nice......the halls and entrance to the unit...which is a condo type situation .....need updated carpet and some TLC but is acceptable....

With all that’s happening this year, we needed a beach getaway. The property was kept extremely clean and that was noticed immediately upon arrival. The location of this property was ideal. We would definitely stay at this property again. Only complaint was trying to get a reply to our signed bike contract with a lock code. But it really didn’t create an issue. We would love to know if these owners own one of the direct beach front condos in this development.

Perfect place for two adults. Property is in a great location and really does have a great beach view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. It has pretty much everything you need. It could use a little refresh as far as the sofa, shower curtain, bed linen/pillows. Prosecco and cookies left as a welcome gift were such a thoughtful touch. We had everything we needed with clear instructions so it was not necessary for us to communicate with the owner. We would return.

Loved the property. It honestly felt we had our own condo on the beach. Was able to cook when we wanted and go out and try local places. They even had chairs and towels and toys for the beach. Bike rentals on property for free. Perfect spot. Next time I go back will definitely be my option or one of the units with a direct view of the beach at the end of the hall. We will back during fall I bet.

We stayed in Kendall's property only one night for a quick trip. Everything was exactly like the description and pictures. Close to the water and you can see the ocean from the balcony. This was so nice with young kids. The unit has been recently updated and was very clean upon arrival. My girls were extremely excited about the gourmet cookies left on the table for us!! There was also two coffee pods laid out for us for the Kureg machine. (There is another coffee maker in the cabinet if you want to bring regular ground coffee instead of the pods.) We only ate breakfast in the kitchen, so I can't comment on how well the kitchen was stocked. The kids also absolutely loved the built in bunk bunk beds... only thing I would change there is an update to the ladder. The foot holes were a little small for my 10 year old's foot. Luckily she did not have to get down in the middle of the night in the dark. Other than that, they were very convenient and they even wanted to play in the beds when we came in to avoid the rain. There are some beach chairs and even bikes provided for you down in the bike area (not sure of the bike sizes or how many, as we did not have time to use them.) This is a huge money saver if you are wanting to rent bikes. No need because they come with the unit! The unitl is also very close to the laundry room so that's very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and the check in was very simple. Kendall was very responsive and she's a local which is even better. Only complaints are that the overall complex needs an update. The carpet in the hall outside of the room smells like pee and needs to be ripped up and replaced with tile, LVT or laminate. The pool area was a little dirty and needed some attention. The elevator could use some cleaning. Also we couldn't find the dumpster to put our trash bag in as we were leaving. The location may need to be added to the checkout instruction list. (We asked another tenant and it wasn't a big deal. ) Other than that, we very much enjoyed everything and would stay here again! Thank you Kendall!

We arrived about 11, went to the beach, went to the pool for a little bit. Both were beautiful and clean, went and grabbed lunch, before we knew our condo was ready. It was just as advertised! Beautiful, clean and tight in the middle of everything. We are in the process of pick our next time in HHI. We will definitely be staying here. Thank you Kendall

Had a great time here. The villa was very comfortable and well appointed. My only issue was the listing said there was a beach umbrella and there wasn't. I did notify Kendall and she has said she will fix the listing. Not overall a big deal but wished I would have known so I could have brought mine from home. We would surely stay again! Kendall and Jeremy were fantastic to rent from! Communication was super quick and this was the cleanest condo/complex we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in quite a few over the years. We loved the cozy feel of this 1BR condo and coffee on the balcony every morning with an ocean view was our favorite part! The condo had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! We appreciated having the nice beach chairs and toys for the little ones! Thank you so much!! We had a great week!
