All as advertised. Property and property management were excellent. Very safe area, very clean and the unit and the complex including the pool were very well maintained. All the personnel were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend (though bed could use a new mattress.)

First time in Aruba with my partner and after doing much research on where to stay, we are so glad we chose the perfect home. Everything about our stay was amazing from location, to views, to private penthouse rooftop, to the pools, easy access to the beach, cozy home (all the beach amenities you need), etc. The best part about our stay was the staff, every encounter with the people truly shows you why it’s called One Happy Island. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, private, relaxing & fun time in Aruba. Can’t wait to be back!

Had a fantastic time, easy to get around with the transit system, the property is lovely and well maintained. The place has everything you need, including tumblers for drinks at the beach, beach chairs wirh arm straps to carry them easily and a cooler. The only complaint, and I should have said something but I didn't and that's on me, is that the cooler they provide for the beach had no handle so we never used it for that, which was unfortunate. Also, the bed could definitely use an upgrade. And the AC isn't very strong in the bedroom. But nothing that was untolerable by any means. All in all had a great stay here!! The security were ultra friendly also! Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was well stocked and very clean, gave 4 on cleanliness only because pigeons on balcony made it unuseable until we brought chairs inside after cleaning. ALL inside was spotless!! Nice pools and steps from Eagle Beach! Condo had beach chairs, towels, everything!! Kitchen very well stocked!! Hot tub on roof top was wonderful! Check in a breeze and ALL Staff WONDERFUL! We would stay here again!!!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Oceania property. We always enjoy the property & everyone we interact with throughout our stay. We love it here.This stay was definitely not as good as our last two. This unit was good, but definitely had some let downs. 1st and foremost, I want to say the birds are absolutely ridiculous & saying upon check in "we've tried everything" seems unrealistic. Other units have changed the light on the balcony or they've attached items to the tops of their outdoor lights to prevent the bird from staying on it. There was bird poop all over the balcony, chairs & grill. We were sure to take picture's to show just how awful it was. We were unable to go outside and enjoy the view, eat our meals or relax. It was a big disappointment for us. The other two unit's we stayed in did not have this problem, so saying everything was tried, seems like a copout. Only having 3 bath towels for the week was also something we were not prepared for. We understand that there is laundry in the unit. But having to wash our towels almost daily wasn't what we planned to do while on vacation. Some more towels, even just two more, would be really helpful. This will not prevent us from returning to Oceania in the future, but we would not stay in this unit again. We want to be outdoors, taking in the beautiful view from our balcony. Morning breakfast out there would be nice. Not swatting aggressive birds & dodging bird poop. You could prevent it, other units have.

Beautiful and quiet property on beautiful beach. The property manager asked for information from us in advance but never provided the check in information. I called them the day before we left and we called many times on our way to Aruba and after we arrived. We also drove to the rental company office and it was closed. They could have sent me a text or e-mail with the check in information but did not. They also did not return numerous voice messages. They eventually answered our call and were at the resort to check us in. That was pretty stressful and should have been avoided. The unit had electrical problems with outlets for the coffee maker and toaster, patio door would lock with no way to unlock and could have left us stranded on the 5th floor patio, and the kitchen sink faucet was leaking below the sink. These were fixed the first two days but were not new problems. After we finally reached someone and the repairs were completed we had a great week.

Everything was just perfect! The condo and property is immaculate. The staff was so friendly and helpful. With our flights being delayed we were concerned about a late check in but they made everything so easy. We are already planning to come back next year!

Wonderful condo with an amazing view! My husband and I loved staying here. We absolutely loved Aruba. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit again and would definitely stay here again when we do.

Very impressed and would stay again. Would like to have had a couple of fans to help keep the bedroom cooler at night. Filter in refrigerator needs changed. water runs very slow.

My wife and I had never been to Aruba before and chose it for our 2 week vacation. While searchimg VRBO for.a condo to rent we became a bit overwhelmed with all the amazing choices. We made our decision of.a condo and could not have been happier. The condo was perfect for our needs. Quiet, private balcony, clean, location and it was a bonus with the private roof top hot tub. Prestige Properties manages the rental and they were amazing to work with. Communication with the was quick and easy. Will definitely be back and will stay at the Oceania again.

Our first time on Aruba, this condo was more than we could've hoped for. Super spacious, super clean, killer view of turquoise ocean, quiet. 2 minute walk to the most gorgeous and un-crowded beach. Short walk to beach bar and restaurants. Convenient to nightlife and restaurants and shopping at Palm Beach and Oranjestad. Great location mid island for exploring in all directions. Comfortable medium firm bed, sofa, and chairs. Tons of storage. Really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. Rooftop private jacuzzi was to die for! Didn't use the pools much but they were clean, and the courtyard was pretty and well kept. Only criticism is that it could've been better stocked. Had some salt and pepper, Pam spray, 1 roll paper towels, a few rolls t.p, coffee filters. You definitely will need to go shopping (nearby!!!) because there is no napkins, no cooking oil, no sugar. Prestige does a great job managing this place. We can't wait to return.

The views from the balcony and the rooftop were excellent. The property felt very safe. The beach in front didnt get too crowded and having the cabanas on the beach is a huge plus to stay all day on the beach without getting too much sun. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The Oceania staff was amazing and the property managers were very thorough and responsive. The condo provided all the comforts of home, and then some. We would not hesitate to come back here in the future and are hoping to do so sooner than later:)

I love this property. The views are awesome, the grounds are well kept, and the pools are clean. The bed and pillows need updating. The ice maker doesn't work well but other than that, we would stay here again. Thank you Prestige.

Quiet condo
Across from Eagle Beach. Beautiful view. Nice condo with pools. Not a resort with bar and restaurant. Rooftop area could use some new loungers with the hot tub. Very well supplied with beach stuff, towels, and basic domestics to get started.

Great location
This place was better than I had hoped. Right across the street from Eagle Beach, the south end where there are fewer people. Condo came with beach chairs, cooler and floats to borrow. Sharon the concierge was awesome. Definitely recommend this property and company.

Awesome unit, well managed
We loved our recent stay at the Oceania Resort. The property was just as described and pictured. Comfortable and well appointed. Sharon and crew at Prestige were on time with everything and accommodating with directions, recommendations for restaurants, and bookings for excursions. We loved it and would highly recommend Prestige vacation rentals. The grounds of Oceania are well maintained and Eagle Beach was perfect. We went up to the high rise area for a snorkeling adventure and after seeing all the people we were sure glad we were at Eagle Beach in the low rise condos. Rooftop view from this penthouse condo was awesome too! Arubans are very nice people and welcomed us wherever we went.

Totally amazing
The view is so beautiful. It’s breath taking. Just a minute walk and you are on the best beach in the world. We will be back and will stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot in a great location to enjoy all the things the island has to offer. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is within reasonable distance of a large grocery store (15 minute walk). We rented a car and had no problem getting to wherever we needed to go. Aruba is wonderful and we hope to be back someday.

Great location and Condo had everything we required.
We enjoyed our stay at Oceania. There were a few hiccups such as no electricity or water one morning and hot tub not initially heating. The electricity and water issues was quickly resolved and Ken fixed the hot tub in under 24 hours. All of the people with Prestige were very nice and helpful. The location on the beach was beautiful. We would have liked to have had a poolside bathroom.
There were nice beach chairs, a cooler, some water floats and plenty of beach towels with clips which was really nice. We also liked having the washer and dryer in our condo.

Truly Happy Island
I visited for 9 days and truly enjoyed my visit. From the stunning view of the ocean, to the new bed and interior, this was a wonderful vacation. One evening the temperature had dropped slightly, so we decided to use the hot tub on the roof. We had one of the most amazing viewing experiences of the stars I can remember. I will be returning to this beautiful room in the future.

Wonderful condo and island
Spent 12 days at this complex on Eagle beach. Very comfortable unit for the 2 of us. Nice view of the ocean and the pool area. We sat on the lanai in the morning and late afternoon, which we were able to do because the lanai faced north. Our building, Boca Grandi, is the only one that provided shade all day. For us, that was a bonus. The sun is very intense at this latitude.
The people at Prestige are very kind and helpful. They arranged for a rental car to be delivered and picked up at the condo. Very good restaurants and great seafood everywhere.
Would recommend this unit and look forward to a return visit.

10 days of paradise
This was a beautiful property and Oceania is very well maintained. Michelle from Prestige arrived at the same time as us and we were in and at the beach within 20 minutes. The whole process of renting with Prestige was easy and simple. The unit is beautiful with stunning views. Everything you needed was supplied in the unit and available.

"One Happy Island"? ….just not us
My review is mixed. Upon arrival, there were workers right outside the front door w/ hand held chipping guns (mini jack hammers) removing the stucco, running cable, installing wire mesh. Raquel (the property's contact) said she would speak to the property manager. We never heard from either concerning this matter. This continued all day + May2nd + May5th. In addition, there was next to zero hot water our last 3 days. I feel we should have been made aware of work that was being performed prior to renting. This was NOT a spur of the moment job. This work was being done throughout the facility. I can only assume money is more of a priority than a renters satisfaction. Our trip was disappointing considering this is not something my wife and I do everyday.
That said, the unit itself is nice, it is just as pictured.
