Cottage adorabile. Decorato a tema spiaggia. Bello e leggero. Cucina appena ristrutturata, molto più spazio per riporre e bagno ristrutturato. Pareti bianche e foto da spiaggia. Ventilatori a pale in due camere da letto inferiori e anche nel soffitto della cattedrale del soggiorno. Grazioso ponte anteriore coperto ideale per quelle notti estive. Vernice fresca. Parcheggio fuori strada 2 auto. Hai una griglia a gas fornita per il tuo uso. Super cantiere per il tuo divertimento. Tanto spazio per i giochi da giardino. Abbiamo appena aggiunto una doccia esterna aperta. Acqua calda e fredda. Ottimo per sciacquare via tutto il sale e la sabbia della tua giornata in spiaggia prima di salire sul ponte per un buon cocktail per rilassarti. Quartiere tranquillo. Puoi raggiungere a piedi 5 ristoranti per famiglie. La passeggiata sulla scogliera è una passeggiata così bella intorno ai cortili posteriori delle ville con il bellissimo oceano e la prima spiaggia al tuo fianco. Puoi arrivare a Cliff Walk camminando direttamente dal cottage. Così conveniente. Un'altra fantastica area per raggiungere a piedi in 5 minuti di auto dal cottage è Sachusett Point. È una riserva naturale con meravigliosi sentieri e pittoreschi stand per la visualizzazione delle rocce attraverso i telescopi. Incontrerai anche il cervo e molte altre creature selvagge che vivono lì. Puoi raggiungere la prima spiaggia a piedi in 3 minuti. e su per la collina fino a Second Beach in circa 10 minuti. Excellent property. Spotlessly clean and well stocked. Nice yard with lots of yard toys for kids, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive throughout the booking process and stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage is spotless and impeccably maintained. Dave and Beth are excellent hosts who want their guests to enjoy their time at Surfer's Paradise. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Newport and other beautiful places to visit.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate and decorated perfectly for a beach theme. Communication with the owners was great! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Overall an amazing beach getaway! Thank you!

Perfect location, perfect cottage, and gracious hosts!
Our family had the most wonderful week in this adorable, clean and charming cottage. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the space with our family of 5. Our teenagers loved the loft and we enjoyed using the grill and dining on the private porch. The kitchen had everything we needed and the common area was comfortable and cozy. Our worries about hurricane Henri were allayed by Dave and Beth who went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable and in the know about the track of the storm. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dave and Beth were to us the entire stay. They were so kind and considerate, always there to help but also respectful of our privacy. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great week and we really enjoyed getting to know them. They take great pride in this cottage and it shows. Thank you Dave and Beth for such a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Perfect Vacation Spot
We had so much fun! Cottage is so cute and cozy and super clean. So close to beach and Newport. Owners were great - very hospitable! Super Great time - would definitely go back!!

Couldn't have had a nicer place to stay!
Surfer's Paradise had it all. Quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The cottage was just perfect; well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, outdoor games and lawn, outdoor seating and gas grill. Beth and Dave were wonderful hosts. I know where we're staying next time we go to the Newport area.

All-around wonderful!
The house is adorable; clean & well-appointed with everything you will need. The location is fantastic-a short walk to beach as well as stores & restaurants. And the hosts, Dave & Beth, are two of the nicest, most helpful people you will meet. We loved our first stay and hope to be back!

Surf, Sand, and Sun--Perfect Newport Getaway
From the arrival where we were warmly greeted by Beth and Dave to their hospitality throughout the stay I can't think of better hosts. The property itself was in a great location within short walking distance to both first and second beaches. We easily found a morning running route close by which was great! Inside the property was clean and spacious. It met all needs including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer set-up. We so enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back soon.

Just as Amazing the 2nd time around
Beth and Dave were extremely accommodating just the same as our first visit several years ago. The house was perfect add on for the second half of our beach crew. The house was very clean and in the absolute best location for 1st and 2nd beach. Would highly recommend staying with them and look forward to staying with them again.

Wonderful Summer Vacation!
My family and I stayed at Beth & Dave's property this summer, July 2019. The premises were extremely clean, stocked, and obviously well cared for. The property is a short walk to First Beach, which is beautiful and not overcrowded. If you want to enjoy the Newport area, you can get to the Cliff Walk by walking down the beach. A 10-minute drive will take you to downtown Newport.
I cannot say enough about Beth & Dave, the owners. They were always available, kind, accommodating, and generous with their time toward us. They greeted us when we arrived to begin our vacation and gave us directions throughout our stay as to where to go in the Newport area. They clearly love the Newport area and want their guests to enjoy their time, too.
My family and I have stayed at many properties over the past 10 years. None of them were as nice as what we experienced this summer at Beth & Dave's property.

Impressions after our second stay at Surfer's Paradise
We love staying at Surfers' Paradise. The cottage is immaculate, well air conditioned and easy to use. My kids can play in the yard and I don't have to worry about where they are. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many fun activities.
But the best part of Surfers' Paradise is Beth and Dave. They are kind, thoughtful and straightforward. You might not get to know them during a stay, but if you do, they are a joy to have as friends. I hope we are able to return to see them every year for our vacation.

more outdoor space than we realized
We had a great week at Surfer's paradise with our daughters and my parents. Great location made walking to the beach so easy. Our girls loved to ride their bikes on the blacktop and had fantastic fun playing hide and seek outside, playing ball and enjoying the large grassy lawn. Beth and Dave were kind, helpful and great hosts!

Perfect Family vacation!
This cottage is super clean and so cute! The photos online do not do it justice, it’s even better in person!! Everything in walking distance, outdoor deck space in case of rain, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing first family vacation here and cannot wait to return again!

Perfect cottage for a busy family!
We had an amazing stay at Beth and Dave’s cottage. The location provides ideal acess to everything ie beach, resturants, cliff walk, shopping. Dave and Beth are amazing hosts. They are so eager to make sure you have a great vacation! We loved staying there and will definitely be back!!

Absolutely an Awesome Gem!
Stumbled upon this cottage due to last-minute hotel availability--a blessing in disguise! Stayed here for two weeks while working at the Naval Base. Perfectly located with access to the beach(es), restaurants, and activities, it was better than any hotel could have offered in the area for the same seasonal price; so, my family came along too as there was plenty of space and beds. We enjoyed the morning walks near the water and afternoon bike rides. It even has a grill which made my stay all the more worthwhile.
The owners are "WICKED" awesome, very accommodating and making sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was full of all extras needed to make us feel at home for the two week stay. The online pictures do this place no justice. Immaculately clean with WiFi, we hope to be back here again and would stay at the same cottage!

Another great stay
Second year staying in one of Beth and Dave's property, this year we moved over to the slightly larger unit with a loft since there were 5 of us. The cottage was as described and had everything we needed. Location is great walking distance to 1st beach and the cliff walk. We went 4th of July week this year and a lot more people than last year both at the beach and in town which makes parking anywhere tough. Great fireworks over the harbor and very festive everywhere. Would recommend staying at either of these cottages.

Surfer's Paradise
This was a return trip after a few years' away, and everything was as relaxed and enjoyable as it was before. This was an 'empty nester' trip so the smaller cottage was just right for us. Beth and Dave were their usual helpful and friendly selves. You feel at home for your stay, and not tourist stop. Best possible location too. 5 stars.

Love it!
We have rented from Beth & Dave for two years and only have great things to say about them and their cottages.
They are meticulous about keeping up their property right down to the little details.
Their property is in a perfect location, close to 1st Beach and town which is great for our family as they like to run back and forth throughout the day!
I highly recommend the area and this wonderful rental property!!!
