Condo is great. No frills, but clean and nice, functional spaces. Very easy short walk to bus stop to get to Park City or Deer Valley mountains. Juan was very helpful and responsive in understanding what kitchen appliances, etc. would be available. Only disappointment was that the futon which the listing lists as a part of the King bedroom was actually a trundle in the bunk room, which is already pretty tight quarters for 4, let alone 5. So ultimately that bed was not functional for an additional person. Overall would definitely go back and stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Juan & Alexandra's place! We were a group of 9 in town for Sundance, even though it was virtual. We were able to connect to all of the apple TVs and watch our movies, which was great. The house is amazing! Very clean, well stocked, and huge, with plenty of space for everyone. We also made great use of the hot tub :) I would definitely go back!

The house was perfect for our group's ski trip to Park City. Short walk into town, and super close to the bus stop. House was clean, and everything was as advertised in the listing. We had a great time.

We would definitely rent this home again for our annual family ski trip. The home is spacious, very clean and well stocked. And you can’t beat the location - just a short walk to the free shuttle stop and a couple of stops later you’re at Snow Park lodge. Thank you to the owners for ensuring that we had a great stay!

Extremely well maintained and clean 4+ Bedroom house located just a block off the connecting road between downtown Park City and Deer Valley. Easy 10 minute walk to the middle of Old Town Main Street, has wonderful views of Park City Resort and furnished very nicely. Garage a little small to park a Suburban or similar sized vehicle, but otherwise couldn't ask for more. Definitely a place that I would recommend and rent again. The owners are extremely friendly and easy to work with!!!

We enjoyed this property, super close to bus station. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in terms of bedroom and bathrooms. We had a family accident about a month after booking this home which caused some of our party to not be available for the vacation.The owners went above and beyond during this incident to ensure that we were able to enjoy our trip anyways. Would recommend this house to my friends and family!

Very comfortable, well furnished home and less then a 10 minute walk to Main street. The 3 local ski areas are great and ridiculously close. The hot tub is 2 steps from the back door and felt great after skiing all day. We had a great time and will recommend Park City and this home to our friends.

We had a wonderful time. The house is nicely furnished with all the necessary appliances. Great location, a quick bus ride to Deer Valley and The Canyons or a short walk to the lovely town of Park City (and Ski lift). Perfect vacation destination.

This was my first time visiting Park City and my main concern was that we were on a good location and able to move around without a car rental. Well, my expectations were exceeded!, the house is perfectly located. You literally walk 100 feet to the bus stop and within minutes you are where you need to go via the Park City busses - they are free by the way. The house is very well stocked and has a very nice layout. It is quiet and peaceful, it also feels new and the quality of furnishings is very good; from the furniture in the living room to the bunk beds for the kids. This is a house that is loved by their owners, if you rent homes for vacations, then you know what I’m talking about. The hot tub is fantastic, gives you something to look forward to when your legs are tired from skiing – the resorts are amazing and I can’t stress how easy it is to get to them, from the door of the house you are literally on a chair in Park City or Deer Park in less than 15 minutes, Canyons is a little further of a bus ride but well worth it as well. The house was spotless when we arrived, not just a quick dusting but I mean a real cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, all very clean and well organized, no funny smells, thoroughly clean, newer carpets throughout, odorless refrigerator – newer, top of the line appliances too. We did some cooking and it was perfect, there is also a Weber outside that we took advantage of. The house has a double garage which is perfect for gear if you come in the summer and there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone, plenty of privacy too. Kids loved the adventurous and cozy loft and we loved the ample spaces in the house, the high ceilings are nice and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Overall it was a fantastic choice and can only hope that the homeowners continue to make it available. (A quick note, we left an iphone charger and the owners made arrangements to get it back, awesome service by caring owners, thanks!)

House was roomy and well maintained. Lots of room for a 3 generation family vacation. Good access to ski slopes and Park City's Main Street which has lots of shopping and restaurants. Owners were easy to deal with. They responded to our questions quickly.

Beautiful place. Home is perfectly located close to Main Street and close to ski resorts. Walking distance to Old Town and bus stop makes it very convenient to get to any ski resort. Perfect setting!

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable house and would definitely stay there again if we came back to Park City. The house is very well set up for a large group, with a spacious living room and bedrooms on different floors, allowing privacy. Shuttle buses to the slopes and the supermarket stop very frequently just two minutes away from the house, and you can walk to Old Town. We highly recommend this house!

There were cousins, aunts, and moms staying together at your house from all around the world I am in Brazil, we had california, georgia, one from baltimore, liverpool, england, london, england. It was one of the best trips we could have ever imagined and without a doubt that was 100% down to your house - your house was not only beautiful, but it was spacious and designed so well that it never felt overwhelming with all of us It was an easy walk to Main Street - and the shuttle was right there too! It was amazing how prepared you were - from the soaps, shampoos, towels, dehumidifier in each room, extra blankets, essentials in the kitchen and so on - the bathrooms were wonderful and plentiful, the bedrooms were spacious and relaxing. We would, and hopefully will, stay there again the next time we come for sundance! We had the time of our life and then to make the week even better, My brother and his movie won the Sundance award for Best directors for a US documentary!

I love Park City and we visit frequently for skiing as well as summer holidays. We stayed for a week with our 4 year old daughter and a couple of friends with 2 kids and had a fantastic time. Location can't be beat. The home is conveniently located next to the Park City bus line and a short walk from Main Street. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a great plus for us and the kids!! The owner is incredibly organized, so everything was extremely easy. Has everything you would want... comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, great living room and kitchen, heated garage, etc. We will definitely rent this again and again. Overall, it's easy for me to highly recommend the house and the owner.

My wife and I stayed at this house for a week in July 2013 and not only was this an absolutely perfect location (walking distance to Main Street, although there's also a shuttle stop right on the corner), but the home is beautiful and very comfortable, with very spacious bedrooms and common areas and very nicely furnished. Even though we only needed 1 bedroom, this is a great house for larger groups, so we'll definitely go back with family or friends. If you're looking for a house to rent in Park City / Deer Valley, you can't go wrong with this one.

The house has a great location, just a few meters from the bus stop which is always good when traveling with kids. All the areas of the house are very spacious and comfortable for big groups, and each of the 4 bedrooms have their own good size bathroom. But the best part is the hot tub on the back deck, essential after a long ski day!

We stayed at this house for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it - it is very practical, spacious and has great views. The house is a walk away from both Park City and Deer Valley - the city bus passes in front of the house and makes for easy transport to/from town. The house has 4 bedrooms, an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and ample bathrooms. The house also has a very practical jacuzzi in the yard that gives for a great apres-ski relaxation.

What a great place for a vacation! My first time in Park City and I will be back! This is a lovely, comfortable home with all the amenities. It is a stone's throw from the bus stop, and within walking distance of the main strip. We were on a family vacation with three generations. Except for anyone with serious physical disabilities (there are lots of stars), this houses s perfect for any group! Couples, families, seniors - all will enjoy the great layout.

We were a group of 8 adults and the house was extremely convenient and homey for our stay. We had great access to the Old Town, played cards in front of the fireplace and sat in the hot tub after some amazing skiing - it's hard to complain! We did have a few issues with the oven - we are big on cooking, but the property manager was very friendly and responsive. My personal favorite aspect of the house was the 4 full bathrooms which made the transition from apres ski to evening seamless, even with such a big group. Would love to come back to this house, it was a fantastic choice for us!
