This was a 20+ year annual trip for a group of women friends. We had a wonderful time in this lovely rental. Amazingly well stocked kitchen (dishes, pans, etc), nice big table to seat us all (7) and comfortable beds. Loved the location of being walking distance to beach and downtown Long Beach.

Great location. Great view from loft of the beach. Super clean. Everything we needed. Easy walk to town. We will definitely stay here again.

This townhome was a perfect getaway with our kids and grandkids. It's a quiet oceanfront corner unit with unobstructed views of the sea-grass and ocean. The decor is tasteful and comfortable and the open concept kitchen/living space made for a perfect family gathering. Weston--the property manager, was very attentive and super quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for a great coastal getaway!

Beautiful property. My wife and I met my sister in law and her husband for a stay on the coast. We walked the beach the boardwalk and up to the shops. So awesome to be able to walk everywhere. Ice cream shop Scoopers is a must do for all ages! We did not eat out during our 4 day stay. The kitchen in this rental is perfectly stocked with everything you need. The dishes, drink ware and silverware all set a lovely table. Not one complaint The whales name is Harold for those wishing to know. This unit should be named The Whale House. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to relax by the ocean with a short walk to the beach and town. The house was perfect, it was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable also. I would highly recommend! My teenage daughter didn't want to leave at checkout! Great place!!

In all businesses there will be hiccups. The difference in a successful business that you want to return to and one that leaves you angry is how the hiccup is handled. In our case, we needed to contact the owner with our concern. We were able to reach him through a few numbers given and he and his colleagues fixed the issue. It wasn’t a huge issue and it did not ruin our stay. He made it right in a timely manner and therefore this is going to be a great review. Location: Perfect. Oceanfront and a few blocks from the best restaurant in town, Castaways. Damn good chowder. The world famous Cottage bakery is also in very dangerous proximity. Unbelievable selection and service. Between these two places, you will not need to go anyplace else for food and treats. The townhome is very tastefully decorated, better than any other place we have stayed. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds and sitting furniture were really comfortable. Because it is an end unit, the views from inside and out are fantastic. There didn’t appear to be any other people in the block of townhomes so it was very quiet and peaceful. If I were to point out one thing in the listing that I somehow overlooked, it would be the stairs. This is my fault for hastily making the reservation. It was not the best choice for two women well into their 80’s. They managed but it kept me on edge. On the other hand, those stairs get you up to a really great vantage point. I will rent it again.

We loved the property it is in quick walking distance to town and right on the beach. The view is spectacular. Very well appointed and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching the deer who came to visit every day. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

We stayed here for two nights to get our feet back after going on a 7 day cruise. The views were amazing and the seats were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the beach was close. Lots of wildlife to watch while we were there. Exactly what we needed to relax before our 3 day drive home.

This is a very expensive property, worth fixing some issues. Master bedroom: bed so high you slip off unless you sit far into the bed. Then feet end up 1' above floor. Floor slick; getting out of bed slippery from this height. So, bed height too uncomfortable. Why two suitcases in room? PLEASE PUT IN 2 COMFORTABLE (but not huge) chairs to sit on, get dressed. 2nd floor bedroom needs also at least one chair. Overall, maybe fewer ornaments, so there is more room to put things on, less clutter. And . . . there was NOT A SECOND KEY with the manual.

We had the perfect time visiting, enjoying the view and appreciating the beautiful atmosphere of this property. We needed rest and left restored.

Wonderful time knitting by the sea. Such a great condo. Wonderfully appointed with everything we needed and more. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

We had a very nice stay here for the weekend. The townhouse is just against the dunes and has easy beach and walking path access. The kitchen has one of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of good towels. My only caveat is that if you plan on sleeping in, none of the rooms is dark after sunrise. Other than that it is a great place to stay. I would return again.

We arrived in a heavy storm that included coastal flooding warnings. I tried contacting the owner (Weston) around 4 for tips on emergency situations, but for 10 hours we did not hear from him, and the backup number was unavailable for consult. Lights flickered on and off and the fireplace didn’t work. Weston finally texted letting us know he “didn’t check his app every second.” He later accused us of being “snarky” after offering to contact the propane company ourselves. He later wrote that he had contacted the propane company, but we were told that they hadn’t heard from him. The propane company later told us that they did stop by to check after we gave them explicit instructions on how to get in, but we heard nothing and could only go by their word. At this point we didn’t know what to believe. Ultimately, it would have been an easy fix if someone had communicated with us. Weston could have been helpful but wasn’t and did not keep us informed. We found out he was vacationing in Hawaii and did not have a reliable local backup. There are also two sets of steep steps and a persistent flood light on the next door property shining into the bedrooms.

This unit is spacious, fully stocked with everything you could think of and then some. We stayed over Thanksgiving with family and everyone was comfortable. We couldn't get the fireplace to work nor the tv in the downstairs bedroom. We messaged through VRBO twice with no response. We could have called/texted the # in the information binder but it was a Holiday and we didn't want to bother anyone that much. We also did not want to take time out of our day to wait for repairs (we have had to do this with other rentals- not here). I know the fireplace was not user error as we have a similar one and all three men in the family couldn't get it to work :) we think the propane to it was turned off somewhere other than at the fireplace. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would return...but will definitely make sure everything is working holiday or not.

We were celebrating our two wives reaching 80 years old. Upon arriving we were met with two long flights of stairs and a loft bedroom with no accompanying bath. The dining room table has a monstrous display which appeared to be very heavy and immovable so we couldn't play cards. The location and furnishings were excellent, but the first day we were distracted with contractors installing a new deck and railing in front of us. After traveling, a nap was an impossibility with the construction and noise in our face. The internet was usually not available and the TV was unable to do it's updates. The garage was locked and full of storage so we had to park outside. The next door visitors had use of their garage. Beach access was excellent. We didn't cook and ate out at several good restaurants. If you are a middle age family, this is probably an expensive, but okay choice, but for us ... we won't return.

This condo is great all year round, it’s location to the beach and also to town is perfect. The condo furnishings make you feel you are right at home. It has everything needed to have a great stay.

Long Beach, Washington. Natural beach at it best. Property provides fantastic views. Great access to shopping, restaurants, lighthouses, parks, etc. Accommodations perfect for six. Would I stay there again? Yes.

This house is beach and boardwalk access, amazing views. We had a group of 7 slept comfortably actually the beds were so comfy. Very clean! The kitchen had everything you'll need for cooking. You can drive on the beach and have a fire. And the house is walking distance from town. Don't miss Waikiki beach at Cape Disappointment. The upstairs room could use an extra fan but thats in no way a complaint just an observation.

I’d say this was the best equipped kitchen I’ve experienced! They have everything! The location was as described. So close to the beach. Gorgeous views and a fun town. We happened to book for the kite festival weekend which was a bonus!
