Piano terra al Las Palomas Resort. Aggiornato a luglio 2016. Goditi questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situato al piano terra dell'edificio Diamante Fase 1, oltre 2000 sf di patio con vista sulle piscine, fiume pigro, a pochi passi dalla piscina del bar e dalla spiaggia.
Diamante 105 dispone di una cucina dal design aperto che sovrintende al soggiorno. Il centro di intrattenimento ha una TV a schermo piatto da 60 pollici con soundbar, Netflix e DVD.
Il soggiorno ha anche una zona pranzo confortevole per sei persone.
Tutte le 2 camere sono dotate di letto king size e TV a schermo piatto da 48 pollici con Netflix e DVD.
Lo spettacolare patio è dotato di un tavolo da pranzo per 6, sedie, sedie a sdraio e un tavolo rotondo extra alla fine del patio con vista su tutti i servizi e sulla spiaggia.
Diamante 105 è situato vicino al patio grill, gratuito per tutti gli ospiti, gode del parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito, di tutte le piscine e dei ristoranti che offre Las Palomas Resort.

The condo is very clean, well equipped, and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The condo is located near the pool, beach, and bar area which made it easy for our family to make trips back and forth. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo/resort.

Very frustrating check in. Go to check in and the lobby is closed to phase 1, nothing but a small sign on desk to tell you where to go to check in. Go to condo no sign to tell you where to go. Like park in garage and it’s the first floor. Signs or good directions would be nice.
Staff is beyond amazing and helpful. They go out of their way to help and keep the property beyond clean.
Go to check out knowing lobby was closed went to where we checked in. Front is being worked on and no sign to tell you where to go to check out. Walk in no one around so we figure they’re closed. By this time we just want to leave. Finally an employee takes us the back way into the lobby and we check out.
MAJOR RECOMMENDATION - SIGNS, SIGNS, SIGNS TO LET VISITORS KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON!!!

Overall this rental is in a excellent location. We really enjoyed our time here as a family. The property itself is absolutely amazing. The apartment has most of the essentials you will need and is perfectly located next to the pool, pool bar, and beach. This apartment is in phase 1 and the only hot Jacuzzi that was open was in phase 2 which is just a short walk away. The large pool in phase 1 is heated and was very comfortable to swim in even at night. Our oldest son who slept on the hideaway said it was horrible so if you have more than 4 people staying here keep that in mind. Other than that everything was as expected and in very good condition. Fabrizio is a excellent host who went above and beyond to be accomodating. We would definitely stay here again if we had a group of 4 people or less.

This room at Las Palomas is everything!! The location is perfect. The bed in the master does cave in in the middle and the cup options in the kitchen could use a replenishment. But nothing beats the closeness to the beach and spacious size of the condo. We definitely hope to stay again!!

We loved this property, highly recommend! The location is the best part, it is close to the pool, the bar and the beach with out the need of an elevator. It was clean and spacious and we had access to netflix for movie watching at night. It was also safe for our 2 year old to roam with out breaking things. 10/10 recommend.

We have been coming to las Paloma’s for over 15 years. We enjoy all their amenities, the hot sun, the beach, the pools, phase 1 has always been our favorite. Now with three phases, it’s nice to have all the options for pools and lounge areas.
Having a first floor condo, is definitely the way to go! My teens and family loved it. One of our favorite places to stay for sure. Would like to come back and book again. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and amazing patio, with lounge chairs, tables all that you need to enjoys the beautiful views and get a great tan.

Overall the stay was good, the kitchen had almost everything we needed and it was the ideal location to beach access, pool w bar and slide for kids. However my husband and I had the worst sleep ever and we have stayed at many of these resorts. The mast room bed caved in the middle to it would pull you into middle and was not comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and woke up aching each time, thankfully the hot tub helped however that was down one of the days for paint. We did inform the owner of this issue, he was not very helpful or understanding so unfortunately we won’t return .

First, Fabrizio (owner) was amazing. Very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know before arriving. He even sent a video showing exactly how the AC system operated. The location of this unit is amazing, it is literally STEPS from the beach and pool bar. The patio is massive and has perfect sunset views. The rooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed (with the exception of seasonings, but we forgot ours at home so we can take the blame for that). We would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed being on the 1st floor being very close to the pool, not having to take the elevator
down to the pool and beach. The pool was warm and the drinks were fantastic.
