Simpatico artigiano nella tranquilla zona del fiume West a due isolati dal fiume Deschutes al parco First Street Rapids. Sebbene la casa sia stata ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, conserva ancora il fascino di una casa "lunch box" originale costruita dai taglialegna durante le loro pause pranzo negli anni '20. Un facile 5 minuti a piedi dal centro o prendere la pista fluviale per una bella passeggiata o una crociera in bicicletta in qualsiasi momento. Goditi tutto ciò che il centro ha da offrire: negozi, gallerie, ristoranti o dirigiti verso i famosi birrifici di Bend o i percorsi per mountain bike. Il fiume Deschutes con Drake Park, sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta, kayak e tubi sono a pochi passi di distanza e il Monte. La stazione sciistica di Bachelor dista solo 30 minuti in auto. Il tuo soggiorno include l'uso di due biciclette da crociera con caschi e lucchetti, un modo perfetto per esplorare la zona. Our stay was so comfortable. My husband and I slept a sound sleep through the whole night, every night. We typically wake up a couple of times a night. It was a nice neighborhood, too. We walked the river trail as much as we could. We would definately stay again!

Easy access to just about everything, and within walking distance of town. House easily accommodates up to 4 people, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Owner is lovely and very responsive. Not a fancy/stylish place but comfortable and a comparatively good value for Bend.

The perfect house in the perfect location. Well stocked and the garage access was so important. We were here on 90 degree days and the window Ac unit and fans worked great for us. Thank you Pat for everything !

This is a cute and comfortable rental property in a perfect location. This home is close to walking trails, a short walk to downtown and within walking distance to an off leash dog park if you’re traveling with your pup. The owner is extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommend staying at this rental while you experience everything Bend has to offer!

This is a really comfortable and thoughtful rental property. Can't beat the location, 10 minute walk (or less) to downtown, including breweries, restaurants, theaters. Very comfortable in both bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, washer/dryer + cruiser bikes. Loved the snack in the fridge, nice touch. Pat was super kind in her communication. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in this property was delightful. It had all the amenities I would want in a small property, so my family and I were quite pleased with the stay. The location is one of the best things, being within walking distance of downtown. The property manager was very responsive and friendly, and helped to make this a pleasant experience. Overall, we were very happy with this property.

This home was nothing but perfect. The location is close to the downtown area. Also very convenient to hikes and outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

The rental property is conveniently located to downtown and the river walk. Also liked the fact that the garage was large enough to accomodate a sedan and a large truck. The second bedroom is a bit small, but for two adults, but works. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with dishes, but could benefit from more dinner plates and a few more serving dishes.

Cute 1920s home, perfect for a place to crash between floating the river and checking out down town. There is a singluar window AC unit in the livingroom which lends the back of the house and most notably the second bedroom to be pretty warm in the summer. While the area feels safe, opening the windows isnt an option for all travelers so be mindful of a cool-off plan.
Otherwise, Pat is fantastic. The home is well kept and well appointed, the yard is beautiful,
and the chairs on the front porch are perfect for morning coffee! The sheets and beds are comfortable and the shower and bath are nice.

This house gives you easy access to bend and the river by walking or bike. Super awesome locatiin! Great neighborhood. The river trail is only 3 blocks away. One good size bedroom with bathroom and one very small bedroom with access to backyard. Host was great. Used their onsite bikes whick was awesome. They had a desk to work from off the kitchen but wifi was spotty. Great cherry tree in front yard. House is dated but clean.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. We chose this house because of it's proximity to downtown and because it had room for the four of us, plus two dogs.
We all quite enjoyed our stay. The fenced yard was great to hang out in and let the dogs meander about.
We enjoyed the bikes a bit, riding over to Drake Park and on the trail at the 1st Street Rapids park.
I'd have to say this is one of my favorite homes I've rented. It is a relaxing place to stay after being out and about all day.

We had a wonderful time in Bend for a long weekend. The house worked well for our needs which was mainly a place we could stay with our two dogs. The house was clean and well supplied. We were not at the home except at night as the weather was wonderful so we were out walking, hiking, eating, etc. The furniture could use a refresh as the sofa and love seat were not very comfy (sank down a ways on them) and the master bed a bit hard (but that is just my personal preference). The small yard was well fenced for the dogs. The location was good as close to the river and a trail to that very close.

The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the location was excellent-within walking distance to nearby downtown attractions and the Deschutes River trail. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated. The landscaping was nicely designed and made sitting on the front porch very pleasing. Two bikes came with the house which we used a lot to explore Bend neighborhoods I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bend.

Wonderful vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The house was lovely and clean, in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood. Pat was so very kind and attentive when our daughter accidentally left a special blankie from grandma in the house after checking out. Thank you! We had so much fun exploring the outdoors around Bend and walking everywhere from the house was so convenient and nice in the mornings and evenings.

Wonderful house with a great location
Our family enjoyed our stay. It's a great 2 bedroom house walking distance from shops and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. Being able to store our bikes in the garage was a definite plus, as was the enclosed yard (for our dog to run around in). I would certainly stay here again on future trips to Bend.

We found the house convenient to all we wanted to do . The boy liked the fact there were bikes to use. All the info provided matched with what we found at the house -- no surprises . If we ever get back to Bend we would try to stay here again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Week
We really enjoyed staying at Pat’s house for our Thanksgiving week away. It was the perfect location to walk into town for coffee or beers, a quick drive to lots of hiking and walking trails and the fully stocked kitchen was wonderful to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. Pat was very easy to communicate with and was even thoughtful and left us a treat in the fridge and a couple treats for our pup. We would highly recommend Pat’s house as a place to explore wonderful Bend from!

Perfect locale
This lovely, well-appointed home had everything we needed and the owner was so hospitable. We just loved being a couple blocks from the Deschutes River Trail. We look forward to returning again!
