Nuovissimo rimodellare settembre 2017! Bella nuova cucina completamente attrezzata con granito, armadi in bambù ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Nuovo bagno con doccia e infissi in granito e piastrelle. Nuova pavimentazione in piastrelle in tutto. Stessa favolosa vista sull'oceano dal lanai e attrezzatura da spiaggia gratuita per l'uso. Sugar Beach Resort è l'unico posto in cui molti dei nostri visitatori alloggeranno, anno dopo anno. Un'ampia spiaggia di sabbia dorata si affaccia sulla proprietà e, a pochi secondi dall'edificio della nostra unità, la più lunga spiaggia a piedi di Kihei ti aspetta.
Una bellissima piscina e spa si trova vicino all'oceano, e la spiaggia a pochi metri di distanza è un posto meraviglioso per concludere la giornata con uno dei tramonti spettacolari di Maui. "Dina's Sandwitch", il bar e la griglia in loco serve alcuni dei migliori panini dell'isola. È anche un ottimo posto dove incontrarsi per un cocktail. Non c'è da stupirsi che abbiano una valutazione di 4, 2 stelle su Yelp.

Location is great, it is right on the beach and shaved ice, bakery and ABC convenience store are within a few minutes walk.
The property grounds and facilities are very clean, parking is easy, pool and bbq area are great. The location is central to anywhere you need to drive to.
The condo itself is very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities needed and overall it is a very nice home.

The unit was the most comfortable of the 3 that we stayed in this trip. We had everthing we needed, lots of beach gear, and incredible location right on a gorgeous beach, and central to lots of food, shopping, beaches and more! Very nice unit, quick response from host and lovely resort!

This is a great property with a great location. The unit is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. It has a very nice kitchen with all that you will need. Plus the outdoor grills make for a great option for dinners in (plus you get to meet some friendly folks as you cook your dinner). There are lots of extras for the beach in the closets, from nice beach chairs, to coolers, to toys if you have kids.
The view from the balcony was great. On the 2nd level so private but with a good view overlooking the pool area and out into the the bay, the boats, and paddlers. The beach is great for nice leisurely walks (one of which is to the bakery where they have scones to die for).
We had one question for Sherry and she was super responsive and easy to deal with.
The office has a nice concierge which was very helpful in exploring the island and pointed out some sites we might have overlooked and helped us schedule our snorkeling trip.
Would definitely recommend, as it was part of what has been a great 2 weeks in paradise.

First I have to say how amazing Sherry is, fast to get back to you and makes you feel like a friend reaching out. Accommodations is exactly as stated. Loved our trip and room we booked for next year already.
The staff at the resort are so hard working and grounds are very well kept. Lots of chairs at the pool to choose from.

It had been more than 20 years since my last trip to Sugar Beach, and it was exactly what I remembered. Sherry’s place was perfect for me and the kitchen and bath were nicely updated. It had all the essentials including beach chairs, a cooler, and some sand toys (if you have kiddos). Great view of the pool and beach with amazing sunsets. Close to Kihei town but away from the busy area. The beach is excellent for morning/evening walks. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the South Beach Resort. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. AC in the unit was also a plus as were the views of the ocean from the lanai. We would definitely come back!

This property was beautiful and so clean! Sherry was wonderful about answering our questions. It did get really windy on this side of the island around lunch time so it wasn’t a beach that we would just hang out at, but it was still a perfect place to stay as we were always on the move driving places! We would definitely recommend sand would love to go back someday!

Room was updated and a lot nicer than a lot of other rooms we visited. Everything worked well and the property manager was very responsive. Air conditioning worked well but the bedroom was a little warmer. Also, we would have preferred blackout curtains in the bedroom. We were very pleased with the room and property.

It was nice to take a morning walk on the beach each day. The pool and grounds were well taken care of. Great location, close to everything. Will love to visit again.

The condo is nicely furnished and well equipped for all needs. When you sit on the lanai, you overlook the pool and the beach, but the shops are directly to your right. Sugar Beach is a bit of a drive to restaurants and shops in Kihei and Wailea. You can walk on the beach, but there was some run off, so the water was not clear to swim in. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the grounds are impeccably cared for.
Our check in time was 3:00. We arrived at 3:20 and the cleaner was apologetic, but asked us to come back in 40 minutes.
Even though check out time was posted as 11;00, the code on the door turned off at 10:30, and the cleaning service knocked on the door at 10.
Despite these minor inconveniences, it is a lovely condo in a lovely setting and we would stay here again.

We have been to Sugar Beach Resort before and love this location. This unit is as described. It was very clean, nice starter amenities and Sherry was a dream to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit. We hope to return in a few years. Thanks again Sherry for all your help!

We were VERY impressed with Sherry’s condo that we recently stayed in for our first trip to Maui. It was very centrally located for our needs, and the grounds are very beautifully kept. Less busy but conveniently located retreat
This property was affordable and simple in a good way. Everything you need - a place to cook, rest, launder while enjoying beautiful Maui and a pretty view, pool and hot tub. On a long stretch of beach for nice walks and lovely sunsets. Centrally located so drive to all points of interest are not too far. Would definitely stay again.

Number 202 is a great condo with a friendly host! Nice view and love the Sandwich shop and beach on property. This property is centrally located in beautiful Kihei for touring the island, close to the airport, shopping, fun local restaurants and big box stores. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Apartment; Lovely Resort
This condo/apartment was sparkling clean, airy, quiet, and simply beautiful. Lovely views from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped. Owner was very helpful, with detailed yet simple check-in instructions and an elaborate "tip" sheet for local restaurants, etc. Special shoutout to the managers of this resort: The grounds are absolutely immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The pool was clean, and the barbecue grills scrubbed every morning. Our thanks to the owner and the property managers for a lovely stay. (P.S. The Sand Witch -- on-site -- was a surprisingly cute bar and restaurant; check it out.)

Best stay In Kihei!
This condo was perfect! Spacious with everything needed except food and bottled water. The keyless entry is great, especially when walking just a few steps to the beach. No need to take a key or keycard. Nothing to lose. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony. The place was spotless, NO BUGS! The owner even included laundry soap pods, dishwasher detergent, all the oils and seasonings needed for cooking. I can’t say enough… IT WAS PERFECT.
