We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family vacation. This condo slept 3 couples comfortably each having their own room. The view from the balcony was amazing and perfect for drinking morning coffee and evening sunset. We loved being steps from the beach and so appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, and even a beach umbrella! The pool was nice and heated with plenty of lounge chairs and we used the community poolside grill as well. We traveled with an infant so the included pack n play and high chair was so nice to not have to fly with those items. We enjoyed nearby restaurants, the bird sanctuary next door, and seeing dolphins right out front! Thank you for hosting us, we'd love to return.

Would give this condo 4.8 stars. Great condo and the location in the complex can’t be beat! 3rd floor up and direct ocean front. Great to see kids if they go on and off the beach.

What we didn’t love:
Sliding door in master were broken and did not open- such a disappointment as we love to sleep with the sound of the ocean
Broken screen door for the sliding doors in the family room so either had to have the doors closed or open without screen (watch out for birds!)
No TV remote in the bedroom with one bed. Nice TV but no way to use it
Pool area just okay. Some broken umbrellas and lots of wasted space. Smaller pool. Needs a facelift. No night swimming
Overall:
Nice unit in an older complex. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful.
The direct ocean location can’t be beat!

There are absolutely no complaints about this place. The whole process from start to finish was perfect, minus the fact we had to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at your location. We have been wanting to try a stay on the Gulf side of Florida for a bit now and we fell in love with the sugar sand! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were definitely a plus on the days that were a bit cloudy and cooler.
Just a note to add to your property description though. We rented a 15 passenger van for our group (10 total) and it definitely does not fit in the parking area underneath. Gratefully there was additional parking outside. We almost didn't make it though the parking garage with the van due to the height (by a hair).
Overall it was a great place to stay. Thanks again for having us:))

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and love it! Very clean and literally steps from the beach. We saw dolphins several days while relaxing on the patio. The owners, Ken and Ellen, couldn't be more friendly to work with and everything you need is in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!

Very nice third floor condo steps away from the beach beautiful Gulf views. Nice floorplan for entertaining with open plant kitchen dining entertainment area.

This condo delivered just as promised! Clean, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. We four adults appreciated having three large beds. Covered parking is a plus. Everything worked as it should. We would return.

Location, Location, Location!!
This is a very nice property on one of our favorite areas of Gulf Blvd. Everything we needed for a week on the beach or a day at the pool was there! Located close to our favorite restaurants, grocers, and shops....we had an excellent stay.
Ken and Ellen are excellent with communication and always responded. We look forward to future contact and thank them for trusting us in their property. Thank you!

Amazing Views!
Our extended family group of six enjoyed a wonderful week at this great condo! The sunsets and expansive beachfront views were stunning - we loved the balcony. The condo was clean and spacious with all of the supplies you need for family cooking. The pool area was well-maintained with lots of space; it was easy to find a shady spot, and never too crowded. Communication with the owners was great, and the location of the property can't be beat! We will be back!

Spent time with our daughter and grandsons. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. Beautiful beach and lovely salt water pool. Sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Lots of memories made ❤️

Fabulous place with stunning view and great location.
My family and I were able to spend a wonderful week at this spacious, clean, and comfortable place overlooking the ocean. It was a perfect location and allowed 10 of us to gather with enough room and all amenities. The host is amazing. He promptly answered questions we had and was generous to safely return an item we accidentally left behind after departure.

Beautiful view
This condo was perfect for our family's visit to FL. The views were stunning. We had all the space we needed, it was easy to find and centrally located between St Pete's and Clearwater. We would come back here again if we are ever in the area!

Perfect view!
We very much enjoyed our stay! Only issue was a small bit of black mold in the master bathroom shower. Could stand a good cleaning with bleach. Everything else was clean and lovely. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Week Getaway!
My husband and two daughters wanted to get away for a week to unwind after the crazy year. The condo was so perfect for us. We wanted to spend time away from big groups of people and the beach was perfect for that. We also did some hiking and outdoor explorations. The location was so close to everything - less than a half an hour away for us. The condo was the perfect size and everything we needed was there. We mostly sat outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The sunsets were out of this world and we saw dolphins swim by. We hated to leave but we cannot wait to return next year!

Condo was exactly as described. Very roomy and kitchen had everything we needed. Nice washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. Comfy beds and large master. Balcony area was very large with en-suite. Pool area was nice with heated pool and hot tub and grilling area. Very close to the water on a very clean beach. We will stay there again!!

Great Place
The property was perfect, and the view from the balcony was well worth it especially when we had a clear night to see some great sunsets. The place had everything we needed and was nicely decorated with comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely go back.

Great stay and location!
The property was a perfect location right on the quiet beach and was well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, chairs and cooler already stocked in the condo! The check in was easy, the owners were very responsive and the guests/residents we met during our stay were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, beautiful view
This was a last minute trip for us, so we were very fortunate to find this place. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, looking out over the gulf, with the prettiest sunsets. The room was supplied with everything you could need. Beach chairs and an umbrella, towels and a cooler, and the kitchen had everything we needed as well. We brought our bikes with us and were able to ride up and down the beach and all over the town, as they have a designated lane for bikes, which is very nice. Lots of good restaurants close by and a couple cute coffee shops. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Indian Shores area! We had a great time, thank you Ken and Ellen!

So close to the beach
Very nice unit with a million dollar view of the beach. The size of the unit was plenty for 5 adults and the beds were all very comfortable. Being so close to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this well equipped place again. Nice job Ken and Ellan; your personal touches were appreciated.
