Siren sound was a refreshing light from the time we arrived. There was more than enough room for us with everything in a brilliant beach setting. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs to make a great meal and the grill was ready for our ateaks. The few questions we had were quickly answered. If you shop before you arrive grab a few jugs of water for coffee and enjoy your stay. Hoping to return soon and will stay here again

This was a quiet haven for me and my mom while we were in town for my brother's wedding. Walking distance to public beach access and Target. This house felt like a home!

Our stay was wonderful! The location of the property was perfect for access to all amenities. The house was decorated beautifully to stay with a beach and ocean theme. Our host, Daniela, communicated everything that we needed to know. There was no guessing. I would 100% recommend this house to a friend.

I cannot say enough how wonderful our week-long stay was! This is the absolute best location very close to beach access and close to everything we did nearby! Right down the road from Kitty Hawk heading north or Nags Head heading south. Right inbetween the two! I am so grateful I found this location and decided to book it for our first big family vacation! 10/10 recommend this beach house that comes with everything you need for a week! The only thing you will need that is not provided is towels/wash cloths. Daniela, the property owner, is very quick to respond and provided the best hospitality. We cannot thank her and Jeff for providing us the opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime for my family and myself. This truly is a home away from home and I will cherish the memories we created here. Hoping to come back to this cottage in the future!

We had the best time staying at Siren Sound for our week-long vacation as a couple! The house was very cute, clean, and full of the essentials. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, especially when we had a small issue that they were able to resolve very quickly (thank you Daniela!). We loved the location as it was very close to lots of restaurants, stores, and activities. The beach is just a short walk away and we had a blast every time we were there. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint getaway in OBX!

Just a 12 min walk to the beach where you can stay for hours. House was spacious, clean, comfortable and inviting. Front and back deck are perfect for morning coffee. Lots of restaurants and shops to visit. Just don't forget to bring your towels.

Over all it is a pretty decent place, clean and well kept. Only complaint I would have is I wish I could have put the AC around 68 degrees as it was brutally hot the week we were there

My first time to this section of OBX, but perfect place to introduce my 12 year old. Close proximity to everything we needed and wanted to do, except the horse tour but that was worth the excursion up to Corolla. Neighborhood is a mix of vacationers and working people, very friendly and old school. I didn't realize that the house was more on the bay side, but crosswalk was great and certainly walkable to beautiful, uncrowded beach!
Property owners responded to all questions immediately. Exterior was a little run down but inside was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for me, my bestie, and daughter. Only downside was that the kitchen was missing some essential tools like a collander, but nothing devastating. Overall it was a fantastic vacation in a great area. Came with bikes and beach chairs and toys.

Beachy themed home
In a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and loved the decor in the home. Was very happy we chose to stay their we didn't want a hotel cause their is is so much going on in them. So being in a neighborhood was like being at home but we're you don't have to go to work. Lol very easy to get to and not far from great restaurants and the beaches. Very pleased with the experience.

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed our week being soooo close to so many places- grocery stores, souvenir shops, the beach, the sound, Jockeys Ridge, etc. The house was VERY clean. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Comfortable and cozy
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was a great place to come back and relax after a busy day of activities. Almost everything was provided, on site laundry was a big bonus as well as the outdoor shower. All the natural light and the way th rooms were themed was beautiful.

Perfect OBX spot for exploring
We had a great stay at this home which was our first VRBO experience. The host responded promptly to my questions and the whole process went very smoothly.
The house is comfortable and cozy. We slept great - bed linens/pillows were especially nice! It's a great central location if you are like us and heading out each day to explore a different part of the Outer Banks each day. Also, the beach is a short walk away, and you can take bike rides (four bikes at the house to borrow!) along the sound on bike trails. I highly recommend this property to others!

Wonderful trip!
We had a wonderful week in the Outer Banks! This home is very centrally located which was perfect for both the beach and exploring the area. The home itself is very comfortable and we really felt right at home (even the locals thought we were locals-haha). If you forgot something, it’s probably in the cupboards (kids sippy cups, spices, etc)! The bikes and additional beach gear that are included with this property were very helpful (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys)!! The neighbors and locals were friendly! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to visit again. Owners are very responsive although we didn’t have to message them about anything during our stay! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Owners communicated well and were very kind. The property was clean and well kept. Bed and couch were super comfortable. Lots of natural light. Easy access to beach and soundside. In a residential neighborhood so it felt like staying at a friend's place rather than a rental. We would stay here again! Thanks so much for having us.

A Great Trip!
The house is conveniently located (i.e. to stores, restaurants, a walking path etc.) and super adorable. Daniela was always quick to respond to any question and we enjoyed our stay immensely. FYI - The outdoor shower was ideal for washing off the beach and all of the personal design touches made everything feel extra special. Her movie collection is terrific and we snuggled up on the giant couch to watch movies every night.

Lovely Visit
My husband and I had a great visit here. In one direction was the beach and in the other was a stroll along the waterside. We liked how open and bright the house was. The home had everything we needed. We were comfortable and cozy. It was lovely. We liked that there were bikes to ride and chairs to bring to the beach, what a nice touch! Enjoyable time
I stayed here a week with my boyfriend and we had a lovely time. The weather wasn’t very cooperative, but that was ok because the house is very cozy and there’s much to do nearby. The bikes were great and we were so close to great bike/walking trails.

Average stay
Overall we were satisfied with our stay and felt as though the posting was accurate. It was enough room for a few adults at a decent price compared to other properties nearby. We would have liked it to feel a little cleaner. We wiped down the counters on arrival. We also noticed a few bugs when we arrived- ants by the kitchen sink, a dead earwig on the bedroom carpet and a spider on the bed. Otherwise our stay was great. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the bay nearby.

Would definitely recommend this beach house and would stay again. The house was very clean and organized. The bikes and the beach chairs are an added plus to the quiet location.overall it was a very nice get away and I look forward to staying again.
