property was very clean and well organized, owner was helpful. Only problem was the bed, not very comfortable. It was worn, and should be replaced. Other than that, we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay.

This is a typical sun seeker location best suited to families. The access to the room could use a good cleaning but the room itself was very clean and had everything you could need. The patio space is very small and there is a small sliver of beach view if you stand up but that was fine for us. The pools were great for kids. We loved the bar in the building next door and the food in the restaurant was pricy but actually pretty good. Beach access was wonderful. The only concern was the bed. It was squeaky and felt like you were laying directly on springs with no padding…very uncomfortable. The linens were very worn as well. If it were not for the bed, I would give 5 stars.

The photos show the room well and it is well stocked with extras which is very nice. The location of the room is also very nice. Kind of tucked away at the end of the hallway with a private entry. I liked this! Quiet! The bed is a little too hard for us, but everyone has their preference. It might be nice to have a topper in the room for those that need a softer bed. I would stay here again!

A very clean, very nice place to stay at Myrtle Beach. Communication with the owner (Gordon) was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room and location was great, and the resort was fun. The host was polite and responsive. The cleaning crew contracted was not thorough, and didn’t wait until checkout to come in and start working, so she ended up barging in on us while we were still getting dressed and packed up.

Honestly this has been one of my favorite vacation rentals and/or hotel stays to date! The room was EVERYTHING that was promised and the property manager was attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had during the check-in process and during the stay. If you don't mind not having a oceanfront view (you can see the Atlantic Ocean from the side balcony but this is a side condo) this listing CAN NOT BE BEAT! The check-out process was as easy as it gets and honestly I am definitely considering returning again next year! I can not recommend staying here enough!

Very clean and perfect for 3 people. Little touches throughout that make this place unique like cold water and snacks upon arrival, extra towels and even sunscreen. The price can’t be beat. Perfect for what we needed for our time at the beach. You can tell the hosts go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Was very pleased with our stay. We were able to check in 3 hours before checkin time, and the process was very smooth. Room very clean and was stocked with everything you need. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with as large as the building is. Pools and amenities were well kept and very clean as well. Walk to beach was perfect! Will definitely stay again next time

Property was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the view. You could only see the ocean by almost leaning over the rail from the balcony and then you could only see a narrow strip between two buildings.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and stocked well with general supplies as well as personal items in case you forget. All staff was very accommodating and fun. You don’t even have to leave the property for a good time but there is plenty more to do if you take a quick Uber ride or walk on a nice day. We will definitely be returning!

We wanted a short vacation before school started back as I am an educator. This was the perfect getaway!! Loved it!! Great space, privacy, quiet, CLEAN, and easy access to the beach!!

Overall stay was good for our needs.
The check in process was very hectic. After waiting a long time for a parking spot, luggage cart, and elevators; We tried to enter condo and realized we received the entry instructions for the wrong condo. We were able to get quick communication with Gordon to resolve said issue. It was just a little crazy bc room was in a complete different tower of building. Other than that the check in process went smoothly.
Once we arrived in the room, it was nice with a welcome basket and water in fridge. The waters however were 1/2 drank and already opened. The kitchen had all the basics, would have been nice to have a full fridge with a freezer. My husband fished a bunch and we were unable to keep the fish due to lack of freezer. Also it stated there were extra paper towels, however none were provided.
I didn’t realize the condo had an open floor plan and there was no separate bedroom. This still worked well with our needs, but would have liked some privacy away from the kitchen.
The bathroom was fully stocked with hygiene products. The listing states it provided sunscreen, however none was provided. Not a biggie as I brought a bunch anyhow.
The owner entered the condo while we were gone and without giving us notice. Since we left many items in the condo it would have been appreciated to have advance notice to ensure any valuables were secured. Also it scared my 11 year old bc she was worried we would get another unannounced visit while she was changing or sleeping.
The resort was great! Right on the beach and loved the pools. The beach is not too crowded. Love having restaurants and activities right on the property.
We would still highly recommend. I would Just read the fine print more to make sure room and amenities fit needs best. Gordon was very thorough with communication and the room was clean.

Wonderful weekend even with the rain!! Condo was fully equipped with everything imaginable. Only suggestion is to replace bed pillows!!

Patio view
Would’ve liked a better patio view. Patio overlooked the roof next-door with lots of running air conditioners and there’s just a minor view of the ocean from that patio.

Unable to stay
There was a problem with previous tenants leaving mess and having smoked. Landlord was very upfront and great with canceling with no problem. Very honest.

One Week Getaway
Overall, everything was fine with the exception of the bedding. Both our backs were sore. My back from the first night and my wife after the fourth night. Possibly, we are more used to a firm mattress, but we were in a lot of discomfort. Other than this, the unit was pretty much as advertised.
