We absolutely love this condo and have stayed here before. We've also stayed at Jaime's and Olga's other condo, a 1 bedroom. This 2 bedroom is on the 5th floor, beautiful view of the Beach thru the balcony off 2nd floor and a beautiful view of the bay on the 1st floor. Condo is totally renovated. So clean and updated. The resort is immaculate with families and staff laughing and smiling all day. Beautiful landscaping. And so close to all the main shops. The beach is a walk away and you can take your canopies, chairs, beach toys, etc...OR you can just rent one of their beautiful already setup umbrella and chairs on the beach. You can also rent their canopies. We always bring ours though. Communicating with the owners is tip top. If i call, Jaime answers. If i text, he responds. Its just top knotch. We already booked for next June/2 weeks. And who knows, we might spontaneously book a trip in October. South Padre Island IS the most beautiful beach in Texas. I mean that sincerely. This was just as described. Very nice and clean. 2bd downstairs, with the kitchen and laundry upstairs. There is a balcony off the bedroom and upstairs off the living room. Excellent view. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful time would stay here again

We loved the location of the property and the views of the bay and beach! Owners were attentive and available when we needed them. Would only recommend bringing a darkening curtain as the beautiful SPI sunrise comes in early!

This condo was beautifully updated. The hosts were quick to respond and communicated effectively. It had everything our group needed for our stay. The Murphy beds are a great addition!

We come to South Padre a few times a year and I get random AirBb/Vrbo. This is the first property that I will book again.
The owner was very communicative. This condo was spacious, updated, clean and fully equipped.
The view was beautiful and way better than the pics show.

We loved this condo! Very clean, everything was as expected. Our teens even liked the pull down murphy beds. Washer/dryer worked great, great coffee maker. Views from each side was good. Very easy check in/out and good communication with host, although none was really needed. I highly recommend!

The condo had everything for a relaxing vacation. What a BEAUTIFUL Condo!!! fully equipped place. The stay was perfect. The house was clean and had a great layout. I could have spent more time in the condo for the view alone. The condo had everything we needed and the only regret we had was not enough time in South Padre. The owners were easy to work with and appreciated their timely response when we had questions. Definitely a great place to stay!

The views are amazing and the property is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated inside, with everything you will need for your stay.

The condo was exactly as pictured! Great TV, Internet, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The view from the balcony was amazing.
The only negative was the parking lot lights in the bedroom at night. I would suggest room darkening blinds but nothing that an eye mask couldn’t fix!
Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Owner is very responsive prior to, and during the stay. The property is very nice, modern and clean. The layout is wonderful with ocean views on one side and bay views from the bedrooms. We loved having the bedrooms separated from the living room and kitchen by floor. All appliances are new and modern, the air conditioning works well, the location is great, so all around the best stay we've had on the island we've had in the past 6 years. We will definitely rent here again.

We had a great time in this condo. The location was great and the host was very responsive on minor issues we encountered. Great pool close the the beach and plenty of shopping/eating establishments within walking distance. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again when we come to SPI.

The stay was nice and condo is as shown, there aren't any instructions for anything as far and door codes, wifi password and things like that on the vrbo site for your stay. The location was nice and close to everything and we did occasionally walk to go places.

Overall the inside of the condo was very nice & clean. However the building itself was very dated.

We have no complaints. If allowed to nitpick the only improvements we would recommend would be a vacuum for the beach sand that always shows up on the entrance floor and bedrooms. An addition of a crockpot in the kitchen would be welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and unit!
We have been to Sunchase IV in the past. We Love the facility. Close to the beach. Very comfortable. Clean. The unit was fantastic! Really appreciated the dish washing detergent and little things like coffee filters. Great conmmunications with the owner. The master batch could use something to make it less slippery. Other than that it is a great unit!
