Sono stati aggiunti tutti i nuovi impianti idraulici, i ventilatori a soffitto e le lampade, nonché i nuovissimi mobili costieri e le lussuose lenzuola! Siamo pronti per la stagione estiva!
Il nostro condominio South Padre Island si trova a Saida, che ha un'ottima reputazione per i servizi che ha da offrire. I servizi includono 3 piscine, 4 vasche idromassaggio, 4 campi da tennis e shuffleboard. 24 Hour Security è un'altra caratteristica che lo rende il migliore complesso dell'isola! I panorami sono mozzafiato dal nostro balcone al piano attico! Abbiamo un grande tavolo con sedie e chaise longue lì per il tuo divertimento! Una volta sul balcone vedrai ciò di cui ci innamoriamo, la vista più incredibile sull'Ocean Shoreline che si estende in entrambe le direzioni!

La nostra sala da pranzo è molto spaziosa con un grande tavolo con 8 sedie e 4 sgabelli al bancone e una vista spettacolare sull'oceano! Un bar incorporato con mini frigorifero, frullatore e bicchieri Cuisinart rendono divertente uno scatto! Abbiamo un plasma da 60 ', soundbar e Ipod Player nel soggiorno e LCD aggiuntivi nel master e nella camera da letto a castello. WiFi gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti. Le camere da letto hanno i seguenti letti, Master-King, la 2nd Room ha 2 letti XL (che possono essere uniti per un King) e la 3a camera ha un letto a castello Dbl / Dbl. Abbiamo anche un letto Queen Size EZ di Frontgate che può essere utilizzato nella zona giorno. Karyn was very gracious and communicative. Place was clean and nice corner unit closest to beach for a great view. Will definitely try to stay here again for the times we make it to SPI. Fit our family of 6 easily.

The property is very clean and the condo has a wonderful view. There were a couple issues in the beginning but they were resolved by the owner. The property itself is very boring. There are no activities at the pool and the owner does not provide any type of items that could be used to float etc. I ended up buying items and left them there otherwise there was nothing to do but sit or walk which I enjoyed but at times got boring. Maybe a water aerobic class something to look forward to for the day. The island itself was very lovely. Overall i enjoyed it.

This place was fantastic! The view was amazing! The living space was very open and beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed. One of the pools was very warm, which was great for us with 70s during the day and 50s at night. It was nice to have access to the beach right from the pool area. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful penthouse condo facing the gulf. The host was very welcoming. The condo is very spacious and comfortable.

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. It's on the top floor of a 6-story building, right on the beach but on the quieter end of the complex, which is perfect for us. Our favorite thing is the view off the balcony. The bar height table affords an unrestricted view of the ocean. We spend a lot of time out there. Lots of extra beach towels come in handy and there are pegs on the wall outside to dry all of our swim wear. There are beach toys in the outside closet the kids always use. Very clean condo with plenty of space. We travel with 7 people and don't feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a coin laundry on the first floor hidden in the right stairwell - $1.25 per wash, $1.00 per dry. Bring quarters with you to make life easy. It's a great place to stay - we definitely recommend.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs all over the country and this is by far one of the best. It's designed beautifully. It has everything you could ever need inside and is really spacious. The beds are so comfortable that everyone remarked abut how well they slept. It's nicely kept up, so it didn't feel like a "rental" but like staying at a good friend's awesome house. The views were simply breathtaking. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and staring at the sunrise and every evening we sipped wine and watched the light over the ocean as it faded. I'm already thinking about when I can go back!

Condo is in Great location. Sitting on patio is a must for us. Over looking beach!! Property is wonderful. It was March, so we had a few a days but we didn’t care. Pools (3)are good. You can order drinks or food in the larger pool. We traveled to the sea turtle rescue. Wonderful place!! Yes we would stay here again!!

The property was great. Loved the large balcony with tall chairs so that a short person (like me) could enjoy the fabulous view. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and glasses and the master bath was exceptional. Karyn was very, very prompt to answer inquiries before arrival and after arrival. The second bath was small, but adequate with a great shower. I titled the review "almost perfect" because of the location of the second bathroom. It's a little awkward with the master bedroom being between the second bedroom and the bathroom door. The third bedroom is on the other side of the condo. The other almost perfect thing is there is no washer or dryer in the unit, although there is a quarter laundry room on the first floor. I almost missed this in the property description, but caught it a couple of days before we left home. So I packed more clothes than I had originally intended. We stayed with another couple and we had a terrific trip and great visit with each other in this beautiful condo.

On the 6th floor closest to the beach. Plenty of room and beautiful view of the Gulf, big balcony. Will definitely put this on my list when I return to SPI. Thank you Karen for a wonderful last minute get away, best decision of our trip.

It's conveniently located near the foot of the causeway and has a beautiful covered deck on the top floor of the building overlooking the beach. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's nicely decorated and so comfortable. Beds were comfy. There were lots of beach towels and hooks to hang them! It's also walking distance to shops, coffee, and some great restaurants. The owner is great to work with. We had no problems at all with anything and hope to be back again soon! I would highly recommend this condo for your SPI adventure.

Beach Paradise
Our family had a great time. The condo was even better than described. It felt like home away from home. The ocean view was excellent! There were beach chairs n towels n lots of other beach related items available to use. The owner was very nice n easy to reach. This is the kind of place we would like to visit every year.

The property and surrounding area were very clean and well maintained. Very easy to find from the airport and just out of the way enough to be quiet and relaxing. We were looking for a an area that was not a resort atmosphere but provided access to resort amenities. This place covered all out bases.

Great Family Trip
Our stay was wonderful and the kids loved every minute of it. When I asked my 4 year old her favorite part of our vacation she said “the big comfy bed!”

Excellent choice for a condo!
This was an awesome choice for our stay. Very clean, beautifully decorated, awesome views. Everything we needed was supplied..we will definitely stay here again and refer others! Check in, check out, all went smooth! Communication between owner was excellent. All beds were comfortable and AC worked perfectly!

We had a great time! The condo is clean, updated, and it just like the pictures show. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. Would definitely stay here again!!
The washer/dryer situation isn’t ideal as it’s a combo unit and kinda hard to get clothes dry. Other than that. It was pretty perfect!!

Wonderful experience and vacation!!
We had such an amazing time visiting South Padre and loved our condo so much. The balcony, and it's view, was by far my favorite part! The kitchen was well stocked and made for easy meal prep. The condo was clean and neat and made us feel comfortable staying during the covid pandemic. We were able to contact Karyn with any questions. She was quick to respond and so kind and helpful. This was my husband and daughter's first trip to South Padre and they both loved every minute of it! We will be back and plan to book this condo again. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit.

The pictures were exactly as it was. Clean, comfortable and had an incredible view! Anything basic you’d need was there, such as appliances, coffee maker, linens, towels, soap etc. It was awesome having beach towels ready to go! The pools were heated and the property was clean and secure. We really couldn’t have asked for more. We made the memories we hoped for and would most definitely book here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us, Karyn! Your communication was the best!
