Questo affascinante bungalow sulla spiaggia si trova a meno di un isolato di distanza dalla spiaggia ea circa 200 metri dai negozi / ristoranti sulla famosa Pier Avenue. La struttura dispone di un ampio soggiorno con molti posti a sedere che è aperto alla cucina e alla zona pranzo. La cucina completa ha lavastoviglie, piano cottura, frigorifero e la zona pranzo può ospitare 6 persone. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice separata per tutte le esigenze di lavanderia e un bagno con doccia al primo piano. Al piano superiore troverete la camera da letto principale con un letto king-size e splendide VISTE sull'OCEANO, una seconda camera con un letto king-size e un bagno con doppio lavandino e una doccia di grandi dimensioni. L'ampio cortile ha un patio chiuso con un sacco di spazio esterno, barbecue incorporato, un tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere e una doccia esterna! C'è anche un parcheggio privato sul retro della proprietà per un SUV di grandi dimensioni o due auto di medie dimensioni.

We were blown away by the beauty and location of this property. We were steps away from the beach and it had all the comforts of home and an amazing view. We had a great family vacation. It was so relaxing and the property manager and host were so welcoming and helpful. We were so pleased with everything. The property was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and supplies in the house. The location was amazing. It was our favorite place that we have stayed. We can't wait to come again! Thank you so much for making our summer vacation so memorable and special.

What an absolutely beautiful home. I was in awe with the lemon trees in the backyard! Beautiful home, great location! Literally a hop and a skip away from the strand/beach/bars etc. amazing stay! I’m looking forward to book again.

This property is beautiful, clean, and extremely convenient to stay in. The hosts were very gracious with a delicious gift basket and with checking in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. The house also has AC which we didn’t realize until we arrived. So nice.

It is ideally situated a very short walk from the beach, which worked well with our two small children, as well as a short walk to restaurants and the pier. The area felt very safe. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the back patio. The ease of the private parking was critical for us as well. We were able to enjoy days spent just at the beach (when we did not use the car at all), as well as days driving to various points of interest around LA. This house, and Hermosa Beach in general, served as a great home base for our two week stay in the LA area. Would highly recommend.

I was in Hermosa Beach to help my daughter get settled after she moved. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property itself is beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, and there was plenty of space in the living areas. The back patio was large, a great outdoor space. Everything you needed to spend time at the beach was available for use, including towels and chairs. Located about a half block from the beach, it was convenient to restaurants, shops, the Strand, and the piers. I look forward to returning!

I appreciated very much how clean it was. I'm very picky about it and this is the first time that I find a rental house in such a clean and nice condition. The property manager was always available to help. The location was as described. It becomes a bit noisy by night but the house it self lays on a single parcel and it's enough isolated.
