Completamente ridecorato quando l'abbiamo acquistato nell'autunno del 2016 e aggiorniamo continuamente arredi e oggetti in casa per tutto l'anno.
La casa comprende due master suite e un terzo master con bagno di collegamento alla camera da letto per bambini / giovani adulti! Un totale di 4 camere da letto complete con 3 1/2 bagni c'è spazio per tutti! Tutte e quattro le camere hanno il proprio guardaroba. Oltre 2870 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo interno con ulteriori 700 piedi quadrati di area della sala giochi nel garage al piano inferiore e 1600 più piedi quadrati di spazio divertente all'aperto completo di piscina, spa, vista, capanna palapa / bar, pozzo del fuoco, due ristoranti all'aperto aree, divanetto, 2 comode sedie, un'altalena, 2 bilancieri, due posti a sedere da bistrot e una cascata! Questa casa resort può ospitare la tua festa di otto adulti e quattro bambini, straordinariamente comodamente!
Questa struttura dispone di ripiani in granito, splendidi pavimenti piastrellati e camere da letto con moquette con TV HD in ogni camera, camera familiare e area patio. From February 1 to March 15 we stayed at this beautiful property in Lake Havasu city and I would highly recommend this location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with great views from the pool area. The Host Laurie was amazing at getting back to us in a matter of minutes if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Having access to the BLM trails, the beautiful and large pool, and the ambiance of the custom home was very nice!

We have stayed here 2 times and are excited to return again. The house is beautiful snd very clean. All the appliances and amenities are high quality in good working order. Pool is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. House has 2 full bed/bath suites on one side then a queen room and 2 bed room on ither side with a jack and jill style bath between. Also has half bath and laundry. Owner us super responsive and easy to work with. Loved our stay!!!
(Havasu is scorching hot in july and pool was still refreshing and AC was in perfect working order. )

Besides of it having alot of stairs, this wonderful home is spacious with a great back yard and a pool for family fun also a game room and what made it really worth the stay is the communication with the property manager. Laurie answered and reply to text promptly.. Thank you again Laurie

The property has all the required comforts and so many extras! Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. The pool is amazing - a must have in Lake Havasu City! Lots of shaded areas for reading and relaxing as well. Great location - near all the attractions, restaurants, grocery, coffee, and more, but in a very quiet neighborhood with open space for privacy on either side of the house. The game room is so much fun as well. This home will be our first choice for future visits. Laurie, the manager, is wonderful to work with. She is a great communicator and took care of every detail imaginable for our stay. I feel I have also gained a friend.

We enjoyed our stay. Wish the pool was heated. We visited in November so really didn't get to enjoy pool but we did enjoy the hot-tub. Our 11 yr old grandson was with us so the game room was a hit! There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the front door and the side driveway is very steep but, if you go up the side driveway you can go in the back slider door and avoid those stairs . We will rent the home again if we come back to the area.

The home was very spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool! Adults enjoyed all the amenities the kitchen had to offer to prepare meals. We spent two days on the lake and the evenings in the pool and jacuzzi. Laurie was readily available to communicate with by phone and text messages.

This was such an epic trip. The house was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We had everything we needed. The owner/host Laurie is a DOLL! My husband and I invited some friends to meet us in Havasu with about a week notice. After going through all the listings, we landed on this property on Arizona Blvd. The property was clean inside and out, which is very/most important. It has a nice pool and spa area, grilling area and covered outdoor eating area. The downstairs game room was fun, we played ping pong, pool and foosball. Laurie was so nice to work with, everything was outlined and straightforward. It was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. We were all very happy and I gave 5 stars overall, which is deserved. Minor *personal* preference items that would have been nice: kitchen cups that are dishwasher safe, newer seating sets by the glass doors - the current sets have seen better days, more lounge chairs (2 currently) on pool deck and that lay all the way flat, allowing the thermostat below 72°, new mattresses.This truly was a great rental that made for a fun trip.

I stayed with my family for 6 nights for my birthday and spring break. The house was amazing, clean, well stocked, welcoming, and the host was extremely accommodating. She was extremelyresponsive and helpful. The game room was a perk (a pool table, hockey, foosball, and ping pong. There’s a lot of room for boat parking and/or off road vehicles, etc. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying in the future.
