This home had all we needed for a great vacation, and even more! The home had great appliances, soft comfy beds, couch and 2 recliners to sink into while watching tv. The bay was a short couple of blocks away to stroll to. The owner is super helpful in sending tips on what sights to see (Farmer's Markets!!) Beautiful back yard with bbq's and lots of seating outside. Awesome place, we can't wait to go back!

Comfortable, clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard with a choice of gas or charcoal grills.

The property is dog friendly, and the host goes out of his way to let you know where dog friendly attractions are. House is in a quiet low-key neighborhood, with coffee places and eateries a very short walk away.

Appreciated that it didn’t have dog Oder or hair. Great backyard and fun activities to play and laugh

My wife and I and our two corgis spent three wonderful days in Baywood Park. The house is clean and had plenty of room for our needs. There is an enchanting backyard that we spent a fair amount of time in as well. The dogs loved it and so did we. The place is about 4 blocks from the bay and nearby dining options. We enjoyed morning breakfast at the Nautical Bean, dinner at La Palapas and had a great calzone at Nardonne's. The place is a short drive to the Elfin Forest which was a fun hike and a slightly longer drive to Morro Rock and shopping and dining. Lastly, we had a delicious meal and a great hard cider at the Olde Alehouse in Los Osos. It was a fun trip.

Great visit to Neil’s little house in Los Osos. Cute and comfortable two bedroom home. Close to the bay, parks and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Great stay! Nice little house with all the comforts of home. Neil allowed us to bring our furry family and it was absolutely perfect for them! I’ve got a couple of old Rescue girls that travel well,but need the calm vibe of a home vs the hustle of a hotel. The back yard is fenced and beautiful. Easy to clean up after the dogs were out there. We cooked a few meals there and everything you’d need was there for that(even some basic condiments in frig). Found some great new friends at one of the local ale houses in town. Truly was a perfect visit to the Central coast! I hesitate to leave such a great review as I want to go back and not have it booked! Lol!!

Great place to stay if you have doggos but just a great place overall. We enjoyed our time to the fullest. Thank you Neil! We will stay again!

House was more equipped than expected and clear instructions checking in and checking out. Will use house again hopefully soon.

A quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom home in walking distance to the "back" area of Morro Bay. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing simple meals and the backyard was very pretty.

We had a great stay at Neil's home. Home was very comfy and looked recently remodeled and updated. Not too many homes have a built-in fire suppression system, but this one did! Beautiful and relaxing backyard, with your choice of 3 BBQ to use. Overall, everything you need will be in this house for a comfortable stay at a great location.

The house is wonderfully appointed and was perfect for us. Everything is top notch and delightful. Neil (the owner) was very responsive to our questions about restaurants and things to do in the Los Osos/Baywood area. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing time staying at Neil's place. The house was the perfect size for the four of us and our two small dogs. Speaking of dogs, Neil's was one of the few affordable dog-friendly places in the SLO area. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and had three different grills to cook up anything our hearts desired. Awesome! It made for a perfect place to relax and unwind after our adventures around Pismo and Morro Bay. We really appreciated how clean and comfortable the place was as well. It had modern amenities with a nice touch of charm. The beds were super comfortable and we slept like babies. We also loved the converted garage room! The proximity of Neil's place to bars and restaurants was great as well. He provided us a list of some of his favorites and they did not disappoint! We had a great time at Merrimaker Tavern and Beerwood. During the day, we checked out The Olde Alehouse. Great live music and incredible food. One of the best parts of our stay was how accommodating Neil was. He was always very responsive to our messages and extremely friendly and helpful. We accidentally left some items at the house and he shipped them back to us at no charge. Now THAT is an awesome host. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be staying at Neil's!

I throughly enjoyed the stay. Neil is a very considerate and thoughtful host. The home and yard was perfect, and so many local things to do. I will definitely stay again, soon I hope. Craig

The place was great. We were there to kayak and the place was perfect. Dinner in the back yard was great. Well stocked , both in terms of cooking implements as well as having condiments. The only reason I did not give it five of location as it is in a development which worked for us. Everyplace we wanted to go was within 10 minutes or less. Neil was easily reachable and helpful.

We couldn’t say enough good things about this house and our experience overall. Amazing location, great house fully equipped, and just a perfect spot for a vacation. Amazing running trails, so close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Not to mention Neil is a great host and everything was so easy. We can’t wait to go back.

Property was very nicely located and accessible to water for kayaking. House was clean. Garage was great for storing kayaks and other gear. Backyard was great for our dogs. Nice swing to relax. Used gas bbq twice and that was nicely maintained: not rusted out and with clean grill. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Overall great time, and would stay again!

Neil was very responsive and we had a wonderful stay. Location is beautiful - there is amazing access to beautiful corner of California.

First of all, communication with Neil was the best experience we have had in renting a property! Fabulous host. Property was clean, with comfortable beds and all the goodies you need. The game space in the garage was a blast, and the yard was heavenly. Los Osos is a gem of a town, and this house is the same. Will return for sure!

What a cute place, lovely backyard space, and clean! We stayed for a week while searching for a new home in the area. It is a great place to explore San Luis Obispo County. The house is also walking distance to restaurants and the bay. Neil was very helpful and responsive. Thanks Neil!

I traveled down to California with my family and 2 dogs. The stay was great. We had a BBQ and great back yard. The beds very comfortable. House just renovated and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location with short walk to the bay. I had to work remotely and the desk set up wifi worked well. I highly recommend it

Place is clean and we'll supplied with nice sheets and towels. Not sure if that's because the owner lives there time-to-time or for guests. We were going to give a good review, but had a heating issue and the owner was accusatory towards the issue. It was fixed within two hours but not fun. We also lost part of our deposit to a plumping issue which was after we left and claimed by there cleaner which I believe the cleaner caused. My suggestion to anyone renting this place take pictures and/or get secondary insurance.

We enjoyed our stay in the Baywood area of Los Osos. The house was small, but well equipped with plenty of cookware and cooking staples. Lovely backyard with grilling options. The street was a little busy as it is a main thoroughfare through the neighborhood. The location was convenient walking distance to the water and to local restaurants, stores and an amazing bakery.

This is a very nice house near the water.

We rented this house right before Thanksgiving and were very happy with everything. We brought our two young teenage daughters and two dogs and had a great time. The location is great, easy to get to SLO, Avila Beach, Morro Bay and Hearst Castle. We walked down to the little town in the bay for breakfast, it was a nice short walk on a beautiful day. As others have said in reviews, the beds are crazy comfortable! I’d like to know what mattress Neil bought!We used the fireplace a few nights and it was so cozy while watching movies on the tv. The house is very well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed as well as the bathroom. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, I could have sat out all day under the umbrellas enjoying the weather and peace and quiet. Neil was very easy to communicate with and gave us a lot of good suggestions for restaurants, dog beaches, etc. We definitely recommend this property.

We really loved this house, exactly as pictured & described. Very clean & complete with everything we needed. Great location. We loved walking to the bay every morning, so nice & relaxing. The house is centrally located, only a few minutes to Morro Bay & a short drive to other neighboring cities like SLO, Cambria, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, etc. Neil made our stay really pleasurable. Very friendly & accomodating. He was always available to answer any questions we had, very quick response. He recommended the best restaurants & places to go to in & around the area which made our stay so much more fun! We will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this place to our friends & everyone else. Thank you Neil for making our stay a very enjoyable one.

House was very clean and nicely updated. The game room (converted garage) was a lot of fun. Loved the back yard BBQ area! Our dog loved it too--there was lots of space to explore in the back yard.

The newly remodeled home was very comfortable with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. Even our bulldog enjoyed the experience.

Very nice and clean home in Los Osos. Looks like it has been recently remolded and in a very professional way, I might add. The backyard is very nice and our little dog enjoyed running around outside. The yard is fenced and we never had to worry about him getting out. Many times I find that the photos of a place are deceiving. This is NOT the case with this house. The home is very much as represented in the photos. I will say that the home is in an older part of Los Osos but we never had any trouble and always felt very safe. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Morro Bay area.
