L'unità 1 camera da letto è molto pulita e ha ripiani in granito, doccia completamente piastrellata, cortile privato paesaggistico, ampio parcheggio dedicato proprio di fronte e aria condizionata, cosa insolita per la maggior parte dei noleggi nella zona.
Situato in una zona tranquilla a soli 2 isolati dalla famosa Moonlight Beach e 4 isolati dal centro storico di Encinitas. Encinitas è considerata da molti come una delle vere spiagge gemme della contea, offrendo molte opzioni per mangiare e fare shopping di nicchia.
I servizi includono un letto matrimoniale, pavimento in pietra e il sistema di intrattenimento include una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici con accesso per vedere e registrare sul DVR tutti i canali via cavo locali e standard, oltre a Netflix. Siediti nel tuo cortile privato che è lussureggiante e comprende un barbecue a gas Weber. Wifi gratis.

Positives: everything worked, provided all basics (lots of extra towels), A/C worked well, close to the beach and coffee shops, TV had streaming and TV stations, separate bedroom with closet space and bureau that both suitcases fit on top of, forceful shower wand
Negatives: bathroom much too small, couldn't open door unless you got in next to the commode and shower, when I sat down the toilet paper dispenser rubbed my shoulder, it is very difficult to get in and out of, clumsy and probably impossible for a heavyset person to use.The walk to the beach is about 2-2 1/2 short blocks but one of the blocks is mostly downhill/uphill so difficult if you older or have some mobility issues. Property is worn but clean.

Really wanted to like this property, especially since the location is perfect. Unfortunately we had the following complaints. I'm only providing them to inform future guests.
1. The address on VRBO takes you to the wrong location and the owner sends a PDF with the correct address, along with other instructions.
2. Owners live IN THE HOME and great you when you arrive. We like to rent a VRBO for privacy and didn't expect to feel like we were staying in someones basement.
3. They claim to be pet friendly, but were visibly upset that we had dog hair on our clothes (We had been in the car with the dog on our lap for 8 hours)
4. Perhaps the largest issue. There is a motion light that spooked our dog a couple times at night. When I say spook, I mean that the dog barked 2-3 times before we could hush him and he stopped (the dog was indoors). Each time this happened the owner called and texted both of our phones, telling us to keep the dog quite. Our dog doesn't bark often or for long periods of time and we've never received a complaint from owners or neighbors before. (4-5 VRBO stays per year). The fact that we were receiving calls at 1:00am, for 10 seconds of barking, was absolutely unacceptable and enough for me to write this review. When I spend money to rent a private home, I don't want to feel like I'm being monitored by the owner upstairs.
If none of the above concerns you, the location is great, the home was clean and cozy. We simply won't be staying again.

Quiet neighbourhood with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and dishes as well as a spice cabinet. Private yard perfect for reading and watching the hummingbirds.

The unit is great!!!! Description online is accurate. Private parking, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in, fully updated and furnished unit. We walked 2 minutes to sunset everyday. Warren and Meryl were great hosts. We really enjoyed the use of the bikes and the private backyard. We hope to come again.

Although the unit is small, it was very clean and is well stocked with detergents, papergoods, and most any kitchen requirement. Meryl and Warren are attentive, responsive hosts who are happy to attend to any needs. The neighborhood is great! Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Lovely accommodation 3 minute walk to town and close to a swim beach. Unfortunately the walk to beach was not dog friendly but we found a great dog beach 10 minutes by car

We were so happy to find this clean and cozy place with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable.
We were two blocks from Midnight Beach and less than a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants and activities. It was also less than a 20 minute drive to Carlsbad Village and 30 minutes to several good golf courses. We had bikes, beach chairs and laundry facilities available.
The host was on site (but on the other side of the property) and very responsive if we needed anything.
We will likely stay here again when we visit friends in the area.

Easy walk to Moonlight Beach as well as to coffee bars and restaurants and a central Encinitas location. The private back yard is a big plus, especially if you have dogs as we do. Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything you need. Hosts Warren and Meryl were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We were within walking distance from Moonlight Beach, the best coffee/pastry place, the best ice cream place, 2 pickle ball courts. Beach cruisers included and good advice about fun (not really hilly) bike route. Owners are very responsive to any issues/questions. Also comfortable beds! And your own little grassy area and patio area.

We really enjoyed our tme here. The place had everything we needed or wanted, and with a large backyard. The place is quiet and near restaurants and beaches.

Cute little place that welcomed us with a clean well provided “home”. Our small dog enjoyed the yard and the walks around the blocks!
Moonlight Beach doesn’t allow dogs, so we jumped in the car one day and went to Solana Beach where she met all kinds of friends! We went ourselves to Moonlight and enjoyed our day there too!

We absolutely loved our stay and the short walk to the beach and other great locations. Everything was clean and comfortable and Warren and Meryl were very kind and helpful. We hope to stay there again next year!

Warren and Meryl’s place was perfect for my husband and myself for a week escape from the heat. It has a great location and is well stocked with the basics. We had everything we needed. I enjoyed reading outside in the cute little yard. Dedicated parking is right next to the back gate. We definitely would stay again.

My daughter and I took a quick getaway trip to the beach from the hot desert of Phoenix and this rental did not disappoint! The location was our favorite part. Literally a couple of blocks from Moonlight Beach. We walked there to watch the sunset most of the nights we were there. The amenities offered were great too. We had access to using bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs. The size was great for my daughter and I. I liked that we had our own private entrance. The property was a couple of short blocks from the Coast Highway, which offers all kinds of eclectic dining and coffee spots. The kitchen area was sufficient for what we needed to use it for and it felt like a safe area. We hope to come back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and walking distance to the beach. We quickly realized that we made the right choice to stay in Encinitas over San Diego when we experienced some of the traffic downtown. The apartment was very clean, easy parking, check in was simple and communication with Warren was excellent. He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have what they need! Definitely felt like home away from home! We loved the beach stuff, he even had buckets and shovels for my daughter to use. We hope to be back one day! Highly recommend!

Good location. Quiet. Close to the beach and downtown Encinitas for good restaurants, nightlife and walking. Good size dedicated parking spot right by the entry.

We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with Warren. We ended up not being able to travel to San Diego due to the now–infamous Southwest ticketing debacle of December 2022, but Warren helped us to work out a solution that everyone was happy with. Next time we're in town we'll be staying there for sure!

Our stay was perfect…location is walking distance to the Main Street and moonlight beach, very friendly and helpful host, and the house was very clean and spacious.
