Bella casa sulla spiaggia 5 camere da letto in gated Wild Dunes Resort. A piedi dalla spiaggia (250 metri) o sala dalla piscina privata circondata da una grande piattaforma recintata con vista sul campo da golf.
All'interno troverete una pianta molto aperta con tanto spazio per grandi riunioni di famiglia. Cucina rinnovata con ripiani in granito, grande isola centrale, si affaccia sul soggiorno. Soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo hanno tutti molta luce naturale e si affacciano sulla piscina privata e sull'area della veranda recintata. Nella sala da pranzo, c'è un grande tavolo da pranzo over-size con un sacco di spazio per incontri di famiglia meravigliosi.

Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The house, pool and deck were just what we were looking for. All on the same floor but good amount of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for everyone to spread out. We rented bikes for the week which was perfect as there is a long bike path to ride them on. Overall the week was fantastic!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! We were able to easily catch an uber to Charleston, Shem Creek and Sullivans Island areas all for under a 30 min ride. We also loved the walk along the golf course to view Wild Dunes resort as well as the walk along the beach back home! Plenty of space for a large group and the pool area was an added bonus!

The house was nice, but it was also okay. Way too much vegetation surrounding the home, especially the back deck by the pool. Vines flowing into the pool, caterpillars falling from trees all over the deck and into the pool. Not great if you are looking for sun coverage. The back deck needs a lot of work. Poor landscaping in the front. Beds were stiff, except the master bed. Poor working AC unit in the home. Bugs weren't terrible, but not great either. I'm not sure how much of that can be controlled in the warm weather, and the overwhelming vegetation doesn't help either. The back can get a little loud with the cars driving by and people walking by, but it's not terrible and still feels private enough. The xfinity and/or the roku didn't work on most of the TV's. The home had the amenities we wanted-pool, close beach access, wash/dryer, key code access. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. It was nice that they took care of the trash/recycling for us. Not sure I'd stay here again, would look elsewhere first.

The layout of the house was great for a large group. The pool was a nice size and deck was lovely to have. The furniture in the living room needs updated. The chairs were uncomfortable to sit in and rugs need replaced. The ice machine wasn’t cleaned and needs replaced. Although the deck is a nice size, it needs sanded and refinished. We had several toddlers who would fall when walking because the deck was so slick. I ended up buying doorknob covers to prevent kids from accessing the pool, which made us all nervous. It’s a good trek to the beach, because you can’t hop right across Palm Blvd. I will be using another realty company to book our next house.

The stay was great and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The cleanliness of the home wasn't 5 star. There was hair in the showers when we got there and cobwebs on the light fixtures that you could tell hadn't been dusted in a while. Minor things like that stand out to me since I have a cleaning business. The ice machine at the bar area did have a ton of black mold in the inside. I sent a picture into the office and never got a response on it. We had to block it off so our children wouldn't get into it. Upon check in I had called to see if the home was available to do early check in and was told it was but when one of my guests went to the office to check in the lady in the front was very rude and told her it wasn't available.

Our family has enjoyed staying at “The Blue House” in September for four years now. We like the location. With a golf cart to drive the short distance to the beach and then to drive around Wild Dunes, the location is great. Very private. We love having our own private Pool for our four grandchildren!! The one level and floor plan works great for our family of ten. We have a ten year old in a wheelchair and the floor plan is great for him. The only thing that would be helpful is to have a handicap ramp on the side of the house to the back deck where there are no steps to inside of house would be wonderful. Carrying him into the house at front entrance gets harder each year as he grows. This year we noticed that the house and furniture needs some TLC. Cleaning inside and out. Power washing sides of house and just sweeping off the front entrance so you do not track in leaves etc would be nice. A new mattress in one of the bedrooms is needed. Furniture in living room dirty and feathers coming out of the couch. The main problem we had this year was the water would not go out in the shower in master bedroom. Called maintenance and plumber came out but he could not fix it and said someone would come back with bigger tools but they didnt. I just told Island Realty that we would put up with it until we left the next day. It was a Saturday and they said they were having trouble getting someone out there. But this was not pleasant to deal with and I was disappointed that this happened. One other thing that would be nice is to have a ceiling fan on front porch to keep mosquitoes and bugs from going in front door. So, we love this house. Island Realty is great. Love Wild Dunes. Just think it is time for major cleaning and maintenance which happens in all houses...especially rentals. Thank you to Island Realty and the owners of “The Blue House” for four years of making GREAT memories for our family.

The floor plan of the house was great and fit our needs. Having a private pool and walking distance to the beach was a plus. However, the home wasn’t clean and was in poor shape. I have discussed the issues with Island Realty, they were very professional and apologetic. Our issue is definitely not with Island Realty, they were great!

To start, the approach to the property was horrific. The frontage appears to have never been mowed and a dirt/sand/leave covered front steps and porch meant tracking it into the house as we unloaded our gear. There were many issues that showed neglect for the property: 1. Window blinds were ripped, torn, shoddy and raised unevenly- showing a lack of care for the property. 2. The furniture was beaten, worn and stained.3. Many appliances weren't functional or in need of replacement (dishwasher had rusted out racks and required pre-and post cleaning of dishes, the hand mixer has parts floating around inside it and the beaters did not stay in the mixer when in use, one of the blenders didn't have a matching top, pots and pans were mismatched with some parts, (the steamer/deep fat fryer not fitting any pan in the home), etc.4. The master bathroom had mildew and worms in the shower which needed removal upon arrival-not the best first impression. There was also a giant stain on the wall in the master bathroom that couldn't be washed away (I tried).5. There was a broken tile along the side of the pool which one of my daughter's almost injured herself when stepping around the outside.6. There was an abundance of trash and broken toys around the outside of the deck.8. There was a hornets nest in the outdoor shower.9. There was an abundance of flies that seemed to knowingly arrive at dinner time-don't know what that's about or how to fix it.10. There was a big smudge on the outside of the picture window overlooking the pool.11. The AC was inadequate to properly cool the main living area of the home let alone the upstairs 3 bed bedroom. The AC was set as directed and the house was at 80 degrees during the day. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot and needed to be avoided during the day. We moved a rotating fan into the room to create at least an air flow-but to have a room with 3

My family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in this house for a lovely week in July. The location was perfect and the house was very comfortable. I would like to mention some issues. When we pulled in the "grass" was over grown and the property did look dirty. No yard work was done during the week we were there. The pool was nice and clean. Would have been nice to mention that someone would be by to clean and treat the pool. The house wasn't very clean. If we weren't so worried about Covid and having extra people come in the house I would have called to have it cleaned. Large spill in the refrigerator that hadn't been cleaned. Tons of bugs alive and dead along all windows. We lived in the Low Country for 10 years so we know about the bugs but they should have been cleaned up. There is a dead large plant in the dinning room that should be thrown away. Broken towel rack in the en suite bathroom. 2 deflated floats were left on the deck with rain water collecting in them There was no gas in the grill. Not sure if that was listed on the website but the tank was empty. I would think rent would cover a full tank. I would definitely rent this house again but hoping next time it would be clean and the grass cut. Hoping this virus won't be a issue next time because I will be calling.
