Want to start out by saying check in and check out were very easy and quick. Now about our stay. The property was well maintained and the staff and maintenance people were friendly and nice to deal with. The pool area was great except for music they played, need to update playlist to more of beach feeling vibe.Location was pretty good but no major bar and restaurants in walking distance. Stuff wasn’t far but had to drive to everything. The actual place we stayed in was clean for the most part but very outdated! I feel for the price we paid for the unit it should have been more up to date. For starters the carpet and rugs should be replaced and furniture had stains all over them. Great set up but very old looking.

The property is very nice. The pool and marina are great. We also enjoyed the fishing pier and game room. The unit itself could stand to be stocked better. For example, we had 8 people and stayed 5 nights and only got 2 trash bags and one laundry detergent pack. The views from the unit are beautiful. Be aware that the bottom bedroom is not attached to the upper unit, so it is not appropriate for children. We did not realize you would have to completely exit through the garage, and reenter through the front door with the key pad to get to the main part of the unit. Overall a nice stay.

Great views and pool!

The property was nice at one point in its life, but not during our stay. The carpet was dirty and the furniture is tired. Then the microwave stopped working and even though we called 2x the property management was “too busy” to come out and fix it. The rules around checking in and the rules for the property made it an unpleasant experience. I would stay here again, just not with Barefoot Rentals.

We had a nice stay. The pool is right out the back door which is great. Very nice pool area. We did have a few minor issues and the management was a bit slow to get back to us but overall a nice stay.

Our daughter was getting married down in Key Largo, and I rented several of these units for family and friends, and there was plenty of room, manangement very responsive to our needs. The only thing to be careful for, is if you are in the pool area, and you have to use the restroom out there, be careful because the floor in there is pretty slick. My sister in law slipped and fell and fractured her wrist while in the restroom. The management there did an accident report, she did end of having surgery this week on it to repair the bone here at home.

We loved it! The condo worked great for what we needed. Clean and lots to do. We would have liked the pool to be open later than 9pm. Our only other complain was that there was not beach/water access. The pictures looked like we could be at the water on property. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay here, the house was beautiful, there was plenty of room for everyone and the pool is amazing and located right outside the door. Great location, everything was nearby.

The property was the perfect location by the pool. Check in was easy. Entry to the property was easy with a code, so we didn’t have to keep track of a key or return anything. The property was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The facilities in the property were clean. My kids loved the pool, which was very warm all the time. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked and we had nice dinners cooked on the grills. The location was good for short day trips around.

Love it! Big rooms with nice bedding clean and updated-AMAZING view!! Fantastic pool! We recommend to feed the tarpon at Robbie’s Sunset casual dinner at Lorelei Fabulous dinner at the Fish House Terrific breakfast at Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen Thank you for allowing a late check-out when you can!!! They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Our Mariner’s Club townhome was great!

This is our second visit and we enjoyed it more than the first. Snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, all the standard good stuff :) Straight forward, friendly process.

Good location and good property with acceptable amenities. Gate guard was slow to react. We recommend Morning Star Sail & Snorkel on things to do. They were very helpful and replied to every email question in a timely manner. Easy to use and service by personnel was good

Everyone we delt with were great.

Mariners Club is a fantastic vacation spot. The only downfall is proximity to a beach. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Barefeet Rentals and would highly recommend their services.

We had a great week at Mariners Club Resort in unit 411. Everything was clean and well maintained both in our unit and on the property. The pool side location and beautiful view were the favorite parts of our stay. The air conditioners kept us very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the basic supplies we needed for cooking and serving. The bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of towels and extra bedding. We had the maximum of 10 adults in the unit. The four bedrooms all had comfortable beds. The view from the master bedroom was stunning! We had 2 of the adults in the lower glassed in patio area. We chose to bring a queen sized air bed for that area instead of sleeping on the couches. There was plenty of extra bedding and pillows available in the upstairs bedrooms for us to use on the extra bed. The AC in that area also kept that room nice and cool. We were aware that there was no indoor access to the main floor from the downstairs sleeping area, but our adult children were fine coming up the outside stairway to the screened in porch off of the living room to use the bathroom. The resort felt very secure and we were comfortable leaving that patio door unlocked at night. The downstairs is also accessible through the garage, so if you had a house key with you down there, you could lock the patio door off the living room and come upstairs through the garage and front door. Mid week we had trouble with the oven not heating up correctly and the ice maker in the freezer not turning out ice. We called Barefeet rentals and they sent a serviceman within the hour and addressed the problems. A few tips for future renters: Make sure to bring your own beach towels, as only bath towels are provided. A starting supply of paper towels, TP, dishwasher detergent and tall kitchen garbage bags are provided. Remember to bring or buy more for your stay. There were plenty of filters for the coffee maker. We brought ziploc bags and aluminum foil from home. There is salt and pepper but no other spices, oils or condiments for cooking. If you have favorite cooking spices, you could also pack those from home. There are some outdoor gas grills available on the property. The closest one to unit 411 is near the south side of the pool. We would highly recommend this property!

Property was very nice. The community felt very safe. If the unit truly accommodated 10 guests it would have been a great stay. MGR RESPONSE: Indeed the townhouse does accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, however, as in the description, it only sleeps 8 in beds. Due to the strict occupancy limits of Mariner's Club, we always like to be very clear about the maximum number of guests each of our units allows. We're happy you enjoyed your stay overall! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place, few complaints for sure. House had just about everything we needed to use to prepare meals. Check in was quick and painless with a nice welcome package including what to do/ where to eat etc.

Great place Great service

Had a great time! The setting was beautiful and the unit met all of our needs it was well maintained and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was adequately stocked. They were all so helpful. I spoke with Mary, Sheila and Debbie over the phone. I had a few anxiety attacks and they were able to help with all my questions and concerns. I’m not sure why the previous question only had 3 1/2 stars. I would give them 5 stars!

Great Place Beautiful View. Even though pool was under construction and would have been a nice place to hang and enjoy the days, we were pleased. (Oasis pool scheduled to reopen weekend of Dec 8, 2017!) Great People, had an awesome time

Property was in good shape. Everything was good. Annie the security person was extremely nice and helpful. Mary was very professional and helpful. She is an asset. From beginning to end very informative.

We loved the location of the unit! Especially with 4 children ages 12 & under that loved swimming in the pool. The unit was clean & comfortable. The only issue was the ground floor suite not having at least a 1/2 bath and not having inside access to the upper level. It worked out but did make us feel a bit isolated from the rest of our family & made the need to use the bathroom during the night somewhat inconvenient. Overall, we were very happy with the unit & the Mariner's Club. The grounds of the complex were amazing!! I would definitely recommend to others but would have to be honest with the lack of bathroom in the downstairs suite at 411. MGR RESPONSE: We felt our description of the ground floor unit was very precise stating there is no inside access to main living area and baths. We will review how we can make this even more clear. I was very happy with the whole experience! Mary & Sheila from the rental office were very kind/personable/helpful. The location was great & the unit was very clean & comfortable. Check-in & check-out was extremely easy considering both were outside of office hours.

Loved it! Clean, pretty, great accomodations! Friendly, helpful and easy to rent a place! Needed help on wifi and someone came out to the unit to help.

The condo was as great as it was described. So close to the pool. I was clean and very accommodating to a group of 9 women. They were very understanding of the fact we had 2 car loads of women and were great about letting us in and out of the gated community. Very accommodating.The accommodations were fabulous. The rental company was great to work with. The late check in directions were very easy to follow. Check out: just as easy as the late check in experience. Just drop the key off at the same place we picked it up

Stayed at the property for son's wedding. The unit was nice but a little small for 9 adults. The view was spectacular and easy access to the pool. Would definitely stay in the same development again.

This is our second year staying in unit 411. We absolutely love the place, and it’s location. We have already booked it for next year. Place was clean, well stocked, and right next to the pool. Beautiful view of the ocean also.
