The host was amazing. He reached out to us in advance with many restaurant recommendations and advice on the area.
The condo was in a great location, right in the middle of everything. We loved the view and really enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch. We spent one morning at the pool and that was nice. Everyone staying in the building was so friendly and we really enjoyed making new friends while at the pool. The condo was surprisingly quiet. I did not hear any noise from above on on each side of the property. Although the public parking is next door we didn’t hear any noise at night from the lot.
We really appreciated the chairs and stuff in the closet. We froze a few water bottles and used the cooler from the closet to keep our beverages cool at the beach.
We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm on a Sunday about 3:30. I had called in advance to make sure the office would be open and they said they would he open until 5. When we got there the office door was locked. I called the emergency number listed on the door and the guy I talked to on the phone and was super nice and made sure we could get into the condo.
I didn’t really like the sheets or towels, they were rough and cheap but I’m sure it’s hard to invest in nicer when people steal things. I felt like the condo could use a little detailed cleaning but I’m pretty picky about that stuff so maybe it’s just me.
We had a great stay in St. Pete.

Last minute booking and we scored this unit. First time here and it was great. Restaurants within walking distance because traffic and parking was crazy most places for the 4th. Hiat communicated wonderfully and Betty was veey friendly and welcoming!

We had a great time staying at this condo. We had eveything we needed, the unit was true to the listing, and the resort staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to the grocery and activities. The beach out front was pristine. Thank you for hosting us!

Traveling with my mom, we didn't need a big place, but wanted more than a standard hotel room. This condo was perfect for that. We were comfortable & safe and had everything we needed for our trip. There is a public beach parking lot directly next door which could get loud at night, but they got quiet before we went to bed, so it worked out fine. Really appreciated the beach closet and utilized the chairs, as we weren't able to fly with our own. Plenty of towels and loved having the noise machine, like I'm used to at home, but didn't want to travel with. Thanks for a great stay for this memorable trip!

We couldn’t have been more happier. The condo was perfect size for us. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking on those days/nights when you are beat from the beach, not to mention the outdoor gas grill which was awesome for grilling. also, washer & dryer , 2 bathrooms , spacious bedroom, balcony, what more do you need on vacation. The condo is located right on the beach. Private gated access. There are a ton of restaurants/ beach bars within walking distance if you decided not to rent a car as we did.
Grocery store is on the other side of the street!
Uber was readily available for longer destinations.
Truly a gem on St Petersburg Beach.Will definitely come back.

Overall, everything was wonderful. The unit has a great location, lots of bath towels, two bathrooms and two hairdryers. The beach chairs and towels were missing, unbeknownst to the host, who quickly replaced all items, including 2 great, new beach chairs. The bed is in need of a new mattress and the sheets are in need of being retired, but I’m sure this host will address these things as quickly as he did the missing beach chairs and beach towels. There were cleaning items in the unit, which allowed me to clean the light switches/panels and any sand we tracked in. The living and dining areas were comfortable. It was nice there were books and some grocery items in the unit. We would stay here again.

Good location, great beaches out front, and easy access to restaurants. We were surprised that the view off the balcony was about 90%parking lot-10% gulf. There was a white noise machine provided, which helped with the Gulf Blvd. noise. The upgrades mentioned in the write-up were good, but we felt there were other things needing upgrades too. We very much enjoyed our stay at St. Pete Beach, but found the condo just OK.

Lovely and cozy. I'd definitely stay here again. Clean, sufficient towels and bedding with extra bedding provided in the closet. The kitchen is beautiful. In unit washer/dryer came in handy.
One major complaint, I was required to take out the trash at the end of my stay. I, also, had to run the dishwasher as I left to prove I had actually cleaned the dishes. That was okay. Seriously, I have never been required to take out the trash anywhere I have ever stayed. The dumpster gate was stuck and gunky. Plus, the receptacle was filthy. No person that is clean and prepared to leave wants to do that dirty chore. The cleaning staff should be able to do trash.
Other than that, the condo was a place I'd return, especially if not required to do my own cleaning.

Awesome spot right next to the beach. We walked barefoot from our condo to the beach most days. Right across the street from everything you need. Highly recommend going deep sea fishing at hubbards, visiting fort desoto, and seeing the sunken gardens.

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very useful with an infant. This condo is in a great location as it's in front of the beach. The pool is shaded until noon (this during an Oct stay). The SunRunner express bus which goes downtown in 30 minutes was also useful for us. A Publix supermarket is also a 5 minute walk away. Host Steve was also very responsive to our questions and check in was easy.

The location to beach was excellent. The chairs in the condo were very much appreciated! Lots of restaurants close by. I did cook meals and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. I could have used a 3 qt casserole dish but I made due. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was some car noise from public beach access parking lot especially on a Saturday evening. Some traffic noise too but not much. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

My husband has been visiting St Pete Beach since he was a child but this was our 4th visit together. This condo was in a fantastic location. It was easy to get to, convenient to the shops and restaurants, and the beach location was awesome. We love doing the cabana rentals on the beach and were excited to learn at check-in we'd get 25% off. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've had in a rental, and loved the shower water warmed up quickly. The view from the patio was everything we wanted. The ability to program the door code to our own unique number was an added perk so we didnt have to worry about keys or remembering a random number.
The few downsides were more related to the housekeeping service than the condo itself: the toilet paper and bath towels were very rough, and the trash bags provided for the kitchen were tiny as they were the same as the bags in the bathrooms - I would recommend bringing your own if able to.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and wish the complex had 2 bdrm options as we'll need a separate room for our toddler moving forward. The pull-out couch would be great with older kids though and the unit & complex had a ton of toys for the beach.

We stayed at this property for a total of 8 nights. The beach is beautiful and location close to grocery store and restaurants. The office staff was excellent is handling any needs/requests that we had. The balcony provided a partial view of the beach as well as a public parking lot. This did not present a problem. We especially appreciated the second full bathroom and washer/dryer in the unit. We would easily recommend renting this unit.

First off, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for my wife and I. Thankfully bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the things people need. The ice maker even worked!!!! Very happy.
The location is perfect! Easy to walk to all kinds of eats and entertainment right on the beach. We spent most of our daytime hours lounging on the beach in a rented cabana watching the ocean and the people.

Homey like condo on beautiful beach in area with lots to do. Good restaurants nearby and also can drive to cities of Tampa and St Petersburg for special events and good eats. Uncrowded pool and ocean view from porch.
