The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

NO PARKING. Horrible neighborhood at night and you have to drive around and find a parking spot on the street which is very very limited. I would not recommend this property if you have a car.

El barrio es conflictivo por la noche, no aconsejo llegar tarde al hotel andando. Alrededor del hotel no hay nada para cenar o pasear.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. You can tell the bathroom was built/modeled with professional care. The included breakfast had hot items. A rear thing to find nowadays. Has a good business center/room. Free coffee/fruit juices/water almost all day. One can relax in the first floor area.

One wall light fell off upon arrival (reinstalled it back). If you arrived late, no way/chance you will get the hotel parking spots that's in front of the hotel. You then will need to park somewhere else. Most likely a valet parking, i.e., you will need to surrender your car keys to the attendant. Don't leave anything valuable in your car and take a photo of your dash when parking to document you mileage and gas level. The surrounding streets/environment is not something a family would like to be in, especially during evening (don't go out). The pre-check-in was a scam. The hotel threaten you with "if not pre-checked in you will lose the reservation (I heard the front desk talked to someone over the phone)," and, entice you with "a pre-check-in can speed up the check-in process (how long can that process be? really....)." What the hotel doesn't tell you is that when you pre-checked-in, you have authorized the hotel to charge you.....the full amount plus security deposit, when you haven't even arrived yet (I guess that is to prevent you from not showing up or leave early). Although I stay the full length I reserved and would pay anyway, but I find this pre-check-in operation very slimy and unethical. Neither booking.com nor the hotel will tell you about this "full charge upon pre-check-in." Adding on the ghetto surrounding, I will not return to this hotel anymore.

El hotel es nuevo y con instalaciones practicas y funcionales. La limpieza y orden es buena y el personal calido y servicial. Como valor agregado todos los empleados hablan español lo que facilita mucho la comunicacion.

La ubicacion es el punto mas flojo, pero esta a 200 metros de la estacion de subrerraneo de Queenbridge y esta solo a dos estaciones de distancia de Manhattan, por lo que es muy practico llegar a todas partes.
