I love the location the perfect stay great view

Polite, helpful and humorous front desk! Room was clean, access to roof and partial views of Manhattan, great breakfast and we felt overall safe walking home from Melrose Ballroom about a mile (20min walk) at 2:30am. I added photos of the roof top views!
The bed was a tiny bit too soft for me, but that’s just personal preference. I cannot speak on noise as I bring a noise machine when I sleep so I didn’t notice any outside or hallway disruptions.

Personnel très gentils.
Sur 8 nuits passé à l’hôtel, le ménage n’a été fait que 2 fois. Et la 1ere fois n’a été qu’au jour de 4 jours. Et quand il a été fait, ça n’a pas été partout, c’était assez superficiel.
Un ascenseur sur 2 en service. Des fois l’attente était longue. Et le pompom, c’est quand celui ci est tombé en panne sur une journée… vive les escaliers!
Le petit déjeuner très peu varié. Les gaufres à faire soi même ont sauvé mes petits déjeuners. Ça c’était génial. Mais pour ceux qui n’en veulent pas, alors la, c’est un peu une galère. A fuir.
Et il est vrai que le quartier n’est pas très bien fréquenté. Mais nous n’avons pas été embêtée (2 filles)

The hotel is highly recommended, it has very nice and comfortable facilities, it seems new to me, you can clean your clothes, you have the option to buy snacks.
What I didn't like about the hotel was the area in which it was located, from my point of view it is not very recommended for walking at night or simply around the neighborhood. Although it is close to a metro terminal, it is not very frequent and you have to walk approximately 15 minutes to the other station.

Staff molto accogliente, camera grande e pulita, letti comodi, con un frigo grande e vari servizi se qualcuno volesse mangiare in camera. Colazione variegata (dolce e salato) abbondante.
La posizione. Si trova nel quartiere Queens in una parte piuttosto degradata. Nello specifico c’era molta immondizia per strada, cantieri semi-abbandonati. La sera non è’ sempre ben frequentato. Ci sono varie stazione dell’alta metropolitana per raggiungere Manhattan ma da alcune bisogna aspettare una navetta messa a disposizione dalla MTA (la subway di New York) oppure farsi 20 minuti a piedi per rientrare in albergo dalla fermata più’ vicina.

Nuisances : chambre collé a un local technique, allés retour toute la nuit
Propreté : Deux jours d'attente pour que le Housekeeping passe, mais uniquement pour vider les poubelles, pas de changement de draps, lit fait à l'arrache, chambre pleine de poussière.
Petit déjeuner : catastrophe, rien ne va au petit dej, et il faut etre parmi les premiers pour trouver quelque chose a manger.

Good breakfast
The cost of the room was exorbitant at 400$ per night. The basic to rate was 335 and fees and taxes brought it to over 400.

The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were polite and thoughtful. They made an effort to make customers feel comfortable which was really appreciated.
The neighbourhood was very rough and dirty. With the exception of a tiny Thai, there were no decent restaurants or coffee places around. Access to Manhattan via subway was not convenient.

Staff, breakfast. At the front desk - Antonio especially was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The hotel was very clean, and not too far from a subway station.
Area was not the best place to walk to and from the subway late at night. Seemed fairly safe neighborhood, but when out late you really need an Uber form the station.

Chambre spacieuse, lit king size, petit déjeuner inclus, personnel sympathique et prêt à nous satisfaire lors de petits problèmes il suffit de demander !
Le quartier pas au top est peu inquiété mais en fait il ne nous est rien arrivé !
On y faisait nos courses,on a acheté un repas préparé dans la rue par un gentil couple, bref il ne faut pas s'arrêter aux aprioris.

The staff were very nice and made sure to answer Al my questions. The rooms had mini kitchens with a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware.
Beds were comfortable. The rooms were roomy, had nice lighting. Came with a door mirror on the bathroom door.
This was a quality hotel. I didn’t get to experience all of its potential but I would definitely recommend and come back

I liked the welcome from the young man. very professional. When staff are kind and courteous’ it makes for a better stay. I would consider staying there just for that reason alone. The room was ok, it did it’s job. I liked the breakfast.
The area isn’t the best and not a bad walk to the subway; however, I wouldn’t walk too late. Be careful and take a Uber or taxi to the hotel.

Staff was great. Antonio, the female front desk clerk, and security guard Tyrone were very helpful and informative. They all went out of their way to make my stay great.
I paid extra for a view. And it was only of a construction site. False advertisement of a view.

Beautiful hotel, great bedrooms, everything was clean and the breakfast was okay (not bad, but could be better).
The neighborhood is not the best, we didn’t feel safe at first, we needed to take the subway everyday so coming back late was scary, but nothing happened.

I checked out before breakfast was served however I enjoyed my stay. It’s peaceful
