Close to all the amazing places that makes Byron so special. Walking distance to restaurants, Main Street and lighthouse. Our family had a great time here x

Second time I’ve stayed in this unit. Still no blind on second bedroom window so room is not dark at night due to outside light shining in. Some cutlery & crockery wasn’t clean 😢. Overall the unit is great, spacious & user friendly. Perfect location. Grateful it has a secure garage. Shower is lovely. Great full size fridge & kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment is in a great location and is very spacious. The lines was clean. There are some issues which would make a stay more comfortable, some amenities in the kitchen like a dishbrush, detergent and cloth for wiping the benches are necessary. The broom had seen better days and was filthy. Curtains on the front window are necessary for privacy at night and to block out the sun. The garage is totally useless, it is impossible to park a normal sized car in it, this creates a dilemma as the grassed area is a tow away zone and parking in the street is limited to 4 hours and costs $5.00 per hour.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location, with beautiful beaches at your doorstep. Property clean and well maintained however some cockroaches were around at nighttime. Despite this would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Location was great and the bathroom and kitchen looked like they had recently been renovated and were clean. However when we entered the building there was a stale smell in the shared stairway. When we entered the apartment the stale smell was worse. We weren't sure where this was coming from but the lounge suite looked old and may have been the cause. The main bed was also old and the mattress not very comfortable. We stayed one night out of 4 booked and found alternative accommodation for our last three nights, as we couldn't live with the smell.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a weekend and despite torrential rain we had a great time. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and a variety of kitchen equipment made it very easy with children. Supermarkets close buy made it easy to meal prep and get snacks. The location was great and would have been even better if the weather played along. It was clean and easy.Highly recommend.

* very clean and tidy unit in a sensational location which is directly opposite the beach and short walk into town. A number of things would have made a massive difference to our stay for the family and possibly future guests: * most modern rentals nowadays have wifi. Unlimited plans are around $70-$90 odd per month and obviously tax deductible for the landlord. Cellular reception with our phones was poor ( through Vodafone and Optus). Given we were there staying in the unit holidaying for 9 days with 2 x teenagers it would have been a great bonus having wifi in the unit. Also watching netflix mirroring from phone using wifi would have been great at night! * no blind on main door out to balcony needs addressing for privacy. Also blind in room with bunk beds was broken. * beds probably need replacing (especially in main bedroom). They are incredibly dated and uncomfortable. Would make a difference having more modern mattresses that are more comfortable (especially for an extended stay). * most doors jammed and wouldn’t shut. Bathroom door needs a lock on it. * parking was an issue. I left my car in the front yard but was in the way of another guest using the next garage. We were in unit 2 which was impossible to get a 4WD into the connecting garage. Also the angle of the garage makes it impossible to use regularly. The challenge was you need to leave your car in the property boundaries as surrounding streets are all paid parking during the day and you risk getting a fine. * the PowerPoint in the bunk room was sparking when attempting to use and couldn’t be used. * the main road directly out the front between the unit and the beach was really noisy and very busy during different times. Hard to be too critical though as that was the benefit of staying right opposite the beach. Just need to close the balcony door during the day as you literally can’t hear people talking or the TV when trucks and motorbikes zoom past. Minor problem though just to be aware of. Other than these few things it was truly located in an awesome spot. Would definitely rent again with these few adjustments. Just feel fixing the suggestions would make the property more appealing.

The location is great, and what you see in the photos is what you get. The place needs some work however such as making sure all power banks work, and replacing the blinds in the bedroom with the bunk beds. There was also an expectation that we had to clean our dishes, however there was no sponge or soap to do so, which was disappointing as it came out of our expense to purchase these. Overall it was a good stay, however wouldn’t return.
