Everything was great! Perfect for our big group. Not to far from the beach.

Overall, the stay was ok. There was zero wifi or tv connection the entire stay (two of us were working part-time during this trip) and little was done to rectify the situation. It took the property manager many hours to respond to emails and texts if they even responded at all. It's too bad, because this house and location were very nice. Would not stay at this property again for this reason.

Our family raging 10 months to 60+ had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. The house was a couple blocks from beach. Lots of room in the house with no problems. A great time to relax and enjoy family time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marie’s place. She was so accommodating and responsive to our specific needs. We had more than enough towels for a girls trip and the house was beautiful and clean. Location could not be more perfect. Would recommend to anyone!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Blanca for Spring Break 23. Marie was incredibly kind and communicative. The house was extremely clean and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect. We were a short walk to the beach. So close we could come back to the house for lunch. We were within walking distance to Seaside as well. We didn’t have a golf cart and it was not missed due to the close proximity. The pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. There was ample seating in the house and a plethora of TV’s. This is a property was simply amazing and I would book it again.

Great house for our reunion trip
We are a group of college friends and enjoyed our getaway to reconnect and spend time together reminiscing and making new memories. Great house with plenty of space for us to spread out. It met all of our needs. Thank you for helping us have a great trip!

June stay
The location of this property is great. When we arrived the pool was a little green but Monday someone came to clean it. The amount of space and rooms is awesome. The floors in the kitchen were coming up a little and it hurt to walk barefoot on. Other than this the property was very nice and enjoyable.

Easter visit
Perfect location. Walkable to Seaside and beach. Bikes were fun and most of them worked. Outside porch and pool were perfect for small children. We wish there had been tv instructions, but we don’t watch much tv. We had a fun fire to roast marshmallows . It was a log of fun!

Awesome location!
We had a great time! The house is located just blocks from the beach! The only issue we had was that the dipping pool was really dirty but they had recently had a storm and Marie ended up getting a pool guy out to clean it! We would definitely go back and Marie was great!

Cute house!!
We stayed here for one night before we moved to the other house. If we didn’t have as many people we would of stayed there. It’s a great location!! The house itself is adorable. Highly recommend!!

Great trip to Seagrove!
The home was decorated very nicely, was perfectly clean and had a well thought out design with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great neighborhood and a very short walk to the public beach access. Definitely would recommend it.

We had a great stay overall. There were a few issues at check in but this was taken care of after I spoke with the property manager. Overall the location was amazing and we’d all stay again.

Great House and Loacation
Had a wonderful time, house was very nice and well cared for. The immediate outside surrounding area is prone to a lot of dust due to the unpaved roads so expect it. The location proximity to the beach is great even with a 3 and 5 year old. Seaside center is an easy stroll by foot. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and toys for the kids, no need to bring them with you. Enjoyed riding the bikes that came with the property every morning. Enjoyed our stay, family of 8 adults and two young ones was very comfortable in this house, great family vacation home with lots of room. Will most likely return in the future.

Amazing property, awesome location
Spent 5 days with five childhood friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Everything was perfection. Maria is incredibly accessible and attentive. The property is beautiful, full of attention to details. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, all the extra special touches of home. The outdoor space was wonderful for gathering as well as the living room. The bikes and beach chairs were an appreciated extra. Walking to Seaside and the beach are effortless. I have stayed at many properties in this area and this is a fan favorite for sure.

Recent Stay
The property was great for our crew. Great Location with easy, close access to a beach that was not too crowded, and a few blocks from the Market St Cafe which was perfect for easy, delicious food. Marie was extremely helpful in answering back any questions and concerns with expediency.

Seagrove
The house in Seagrove was great for us and our teenagers. Very close walk to the beach and to Seaside. Nice pool area at the house and plenty of space. Kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house and walking/biking distance to shopping and food on 30A!
The house was perfect! A TV in every room, high quality appliances, comfy furniture for a large group, and the house is in an awesome wooded area with tons of trees and foliage - 8 min walk to food and shopping on 30A. It also had a wonderful patio area with a small heated pool, fire pit, and grill! The property owners were very attentive and we will definitely stay there again, and soon!

Seagrove success!
We recently stayed at Casa Blanca in Seagrove during my kids’ fall break and really can’t say enough good things about it. Maria, the owner, began communicating with me a week prior to help coordinate/confirm check-in time, beach chair bookings, etc. She continued to be super responsive throughout the stay. The house is in a location we loved - it’s a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Seaside, Yet feels just removed enough from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations were great for two families of five - plenty of space and a nice big back patio where we could hang out and the kids could swim. The pool is quite small, and that is probably the only negative thing I can say about the experience. It was still better than not having a pool, and the kids had fun nonetheless. Maria had a beautiful charcuterie basket waiting for us upon arrival and helped us quickly swap out a TV that stopped working in the main living room during our stay. The house decor is comfy and classic “Seaside” in style - pictures are very representative. All in all, a definite gem that we will be likely to return to in the future!

Marie was an excellent host. She answered any and all questions quickly. She made sure that our stay was perfect. We really loved the quick walk to the beach. We had takeout from several local restaurants which was easy given our location. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect vacation
First, I would like to thank the owner for her incredible communication especially during uncertain times with Covid. She always had a prompt response to my MANY questions with phone calls back or texting throughout the planning process and up to arrival date. She gave us everything we needed to know about the area before we arrived. Thank you so much Marie, we appreciate you so much!
The house was beautiful and perfect for the 9 us with extra room to spare (4 adults and 5 teens). It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The dipping pool and firepit were bonuses in the backyard and a nice ending to every night. The house is a perfect location since it is 2 blocks from the small public access area where the beach tended to be less busy (compared to the center of Seaside). Also great location and biking distance to downtown Seaside and around the charming area of Watercolor. We were even able to bike to the Publix grocery store for small lists. The house comes with 6 bikes in great working condition which was perfect and we never really needed our car once we were there.
The area is just beautiful and so incredible charming. White sandy beaches with Caribbean colored water. We did not venture much into the shops or experience the restaurants for personal reasons around Covid but we definitely want to return and check everything our next time as it looked perfect.
Overall, I would recommend the location and the house. We will definitely be returning to the area and renting again from Marie.

Beautiful home and a great location
This home is situated on the sand roads of Old Seagrove. The lot is beautiful with large oaks. It’s removed from the hustle and bustle of Seaside but close enough for a quick walk. We didn’t use our car one time while there. We went everywhere by golf cart or bike. The beach is a quick, super easy walk...5 mins and the street literally dead ends into the Beach Access. I would most definitely rent this home again and the property manager, Marie, is the best communication we’ve ever had using VRBO. She’s great!

Beautiful Property
We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful property. Great home, beautifully appointed, Well stocked, in a great location. Old Seagrove is so charming and quiet, but also close to everything. Marie was a fantastic property manager who went over and above to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway
I seriously felt like I was staying at a high end retreat. The decor was amazing and had a wonderful feel and flow. The artwork was beautiful. It was nice to have many showers and bathtubs attached to the rooms. I have stayed in some places and it seemed like forever to wait for someone to get done with the shower. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with cooking utensils. The full size fridge allowed ample space to place beverages and the food we bought. I liked how there were bikes and we did not have to contact anyone about renting them. It was nice having them right there. The beach was very easy to get to, being it was a short 2 block walk. It was very nice not have to worry about sand in my vehicle from kids dirty feet. My kids really enjoyed all the tvs. They were able to connect to the wifi with their devices too. There was, I am thinking maybe 7 tv's in the whole house. I loved not listening to kids bicker over what to watch. That gets old real FAST!
Overall, I will say our stay was fantastic. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy! You come for the beach but, it is always good to have an amazing place to come back too. It was conveniently located near the grocery store and all the cute Seaside resturants. I also like the physical location of the house because, we could get in the car and drive to Destin, Panama City Beach and Grayton Beach. These are all other areas of the Emerald Coast we explored while staying at Casa Blanca.

Amazing end of summer vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was super helpful with tips and ideas for our stay. She went above and beyond expectations helping me get setup at a local gym. The house is very well appointed and clean and extremely close to the beach. The kids loved the bikes that were provided. We would definitely love to go back and recommend the property to others.

Great Vacation
The photos do not do the backyard justice! We were traveling with four little boys and the backyard was a perfect break from the beach for them. It was so easy to get to the beach with our crew. Maria is super easy to get a hold of and everything was ready when we arrived. We had a great stay in a gem of a house!

Exceeded expectations
Pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful house, and very well designed. Super delighted with the "penthouse suite" master upstairs (one of 3 masters btw). Great location icing on the cake. Our family was happy and beyond comfortable the entire stay. We can't wait to come back, hopefully this fall!!

Great house!
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca. We had 5 adults and 6 children and we all had our own space. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kids loved having the pool and it was lovely to make a fire at night. The house owner went WELL out of her way to make sure we were more than comfortable. Our only compliant was that we didn’t stay longer. We had such a great time! Thank you Casa Blanca! We will definitely be back soon!
