All good. A few hundred yards fron the slopes. Peaceful. Clean.

self catering. the apartment was a good size for 2 people. it was very clean and the kitchen was very modern with a good microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher. the shower room was clean with a good shower. reasonably close to the ski area, 5 min walk across road

Please provide more kitchen ware. there was no bottle opener for my beer and i think there was 1 cereal bowl. the knives were terrible. no chopping board

The location was great, easy 5 mins walk to the slopes and a small supermarket. Lots of restaurants nearby. Booking host may not respond during the weekends or evenings because they have 90 apartments under management. I did have a good experience with Elina and our property manager Eliza was truly wonderful. She waited for us at check in and helped us the luggage. She also solved a blocked bathroom drain very quickly, booked a taxi for us with short notice, and she also brought extra towels for us because of the drain incident. She was very responsive and helpful. That made a huge difference to our stay. The apartment was spacious, just as advertised, nice large balcony with the view of the mountain, very reliable WIFI, good modern kitchen and bathroom, clean and quiet. The radiators did have running water sound like the others said, but it didn't bother us. No problem with the deposit, I saw the temporary hold on the deposit disappeared within a day or two, the host didn't reply when I asked as I thought it may take 7 days.

Nothing major, maybe adding a chopping board to the kitchen, something very small, but very useful for the guests.

Wonderfull apartment! What a surprise! Me and my boyfriend spended really good times in Cerbiatto Apartment. The apartment is exactly like in photo, everything is new and work very well. Kitchen, bathroom television and internet. Last but non least the Staff was kind and helpfull. We will return, i hope for more days.

To Leave the apartment at the end of our vacation :)
