The location was good.

The room had the following problems which were all raised with the hotel but nothing was done: - Peeling paint in second bathroom - Tiles chipped in other bathroom - Door handle rings coming off - Dangerous electric socket on second bedroom (literally hanging off the wall with expose wiring) - Noisy beds, the springs creaked every time you moved. - Cutlery and china ware was a bear minimum. Mostly chipped/not matching - No wine glasses - No kettle - No wi-fi in the room, although this was mentioned after booking - No satelite TV choices - netflix, amazon or even BBC world new - Very noisy fridge that kept us awake all night - Noisy heating system - Second bedroom had a sliding door, which was noisy to use, but had a massive gap above it so it only acted as a partition not a door - Missing cushions on sofa We were also misinformed by reception staff about car parking, and made to pay 70 euros to park in the garage, when we could have parked outside for free. We complained above this to reception, and asked to move rooms. But were ignored. Even when we asked for a kettle, we were told it did not come with our level of room, but it does say you get a a kettle in your description. Use of the swimming pool was extra, which you failed to obviously disclose. You also needed to have special footware, swimming hat and the right swimsuit to use it, which we were not informed off before booking. So this facility that we wanted to use, we could not as it was ridiculously expensive to buy all these things from the pool for one swim. There was no shop in the hotel. The ski hire shop was not open at convenient times, so we used a competitor in the village On the second to last day the power actually blew out in the room, probably from the noisy/bad electrics, so we actually could not access the room at all. This is when the hotel changed our room, just for the last night.

Good location and self catering accommodation

The kitchen wasn't equipped, microwave didn't work. Overall the decor was very poor

Had to pay for toilet roll. The immediate deposit you have to pay on arrival. Longgggg walk to reception.

The room had a lot of space and it cleaning service was very good. The shower was small but the water was great. The temperature was very good and towels and shampoo were also nice.

The hotel is ugly inside, most of the facilites were not working, the walls are dirty and corridoors are freezing cold. Most of the staff does not speak english. The only nice guy was the one serving the pancakes in the morning. The rest has simply no empathy.

The food was good and the location was right next to the slopes. The bedrooms were large and clean.

This is not a 4* hotel by far. Don't expect any luxury or comfort that a 4* hotel usually offers. The staff is rude, the bedrooms have all sort of things broken: holes in doors, scratches on the wall, random broken stuff like pieces of wood from the doors, electrical outlets falling off... the hotel corridors are crazy cold, you have to wear an outdoor jacket to go from your bedroom to the breakfast and dinner restaurant. The floor of the bedrooms are cold, so bring your own slippers. The pool and spa are upon booking and they were always full or the app to book didn't work, so we couldn't enjoy any of those facilities. The ski lockers are super weird and don't work very well for snowboards, so we left ours in our bedroom. Overall it is a 3* hotel experience, saved by the food, location and daily cleaning of the bedrooms.

wife & I went with 2 teenage grandkids. had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt well laid out, clean. only property in Sestrière within 50 yards of the slopes with no steps in between. restaurant good value , cafeteria style with good selection (& better than food on the slopes - meaning we came back here to lunch). wife, non skier, delighted in using the spa. there is a pool but we didn’t use

Great location. Literally 50 metres to the chair lift and gondola. Very clean and functional. Not a luxury hotel, but perfect for a ski trip. Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner.

Excellent food, perfectly situated for the lifts, on site ski hire shop at good prices very clean.

Beds uncomfortable. Nowhere to put our luggage when we arrived so had to sit with our luggage until 5pm in reception. But when a large group arrived at 3pm they let them have there rooms.

The accommodation was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could hear everything, people arguing and banging doors it was a nightmare. So bad we left early.

The only one thing is the location close to slopes.

Don't like rooms, 8 days nobody come to clean the room towels where dirty, full room of rubbish bags. Only one word everything is bad in this hole.

Location was good, the room was large, simple game room that entertained us for sometime one night.

the whole structure is a maze, the rooms, garage, ski room and receptions were too far from each others, elevators were too few and not always functional. they skipped room service one day. The gym and pool were to pay extra.

Well, worst hotel I have stayed. In 8 days, our room wasn't cleaned. Toilet paper finished, towels were dirty, and duvets were very old with holes. SwimingPool is very small and costs extra. The sauna costs an extra 28e per person for 45 minutes. One of the rooms is dark, and there is no real window.

Clean, well maintained and close to the lifts. Food was excellent and any issues with our apartment (light flickering) were fixed almost instantly. The accommodation is spacious and modern.

Apartment was a long way from heart of the hotel and hotel is quite a long walk from the town centre.

staff is rude. the hotel and the room are really old, low maintenance, food is average. no wifi at the room. I will never return.

Didn’t use the kitchen as a few basics missing.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Garage for car was convenient with direct access from the appartment.
