Amazing location, great ocean views from the room. Comfortable beds.
Breakfast could be improved. Very little selection. Staff should at least speak a little basic English.

We had a nice stay here for the last week of our trip round Italy. The check in was easy and the property isn’t hard to find. The host Irina is very helpful, friendly and kind! Location is very good, its located right next to a Brilliant lido which we went to almost every day. The included breakfast is a nice touch as well, you get a good bowl of fruit and pastries. The rooms are excellent too, the bed is very comfy, the room is spotless and clean and there is great air conditioning. The view from the rooms is unbelievable as well! The value for what you get is perfectly calculated.
We would have rated this a 8-10 but for some things. The b&b is not very private; you share balconies with the room next to you with a bush in between, there is no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the hallways and down or up the stairs. We were woken many times by people talking loudly (including staff) before 9 am so you can’t have a lie in.
We were not made aware that room service and cleaning was done between 10-12 in which time you would have to make yourself scarce. Instead we had people enter our room whilst we were in bed and getting dressed, although we thought it would be polite for staff to knock just in case we were not out and hadn’t been informed.
The shower was also tiny in our bathroom so made it hard to wash. We also noticed the water did not run cold from the tap, although we know it was very hot in Italy when we visited, we did not experience this in any of the other 8 B&Bs we stayed at.

Super nice B&B, friendly and very helpful staff, clean and big rooms, good breakfast. Location is really nice, close to everything. Walls/windows block out most noise from the streets, residents from the same building do make a lot of noise but this seems to be an Italian/Sicilian thing 😅 we had this at all our accommodations during our Sicily trip.
I would definitely recommend this B&B and would return 😁👌🏼
Residents from the building do make a lot of noise, but this is everywhere in Sicily 😅 so wouldn’t judge the B&B for it

The accommodation is situated in a lovely fishing village and has beautiful views of the mountains and harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around if you don’t feel like travelling. There was a great breakfast provided on the top deck every morning and the room was comfortable.
Air conditioning was advertised when booking however when we arrived we were told that it was not working as it “was not hot though” although the temperature was mid 20’s. We were told that a technician would come to adjust the air conditioner for use however they never did. It was quite difficult to sleep as we had to keep the balcony door open due to the heat which let a lot of noise into our room. Ensure that the air conditioning is working before you arrive!!

Friendly and helpful staff and very clean. The room was very spacious too!
location is great but is only in a small village, so ideal if you have a car. the train station is a 10 minute walk if you’re happy to do that.

Amazong location, right at the sea front. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Irina helped us out with sightseeing/ restaurant and even parking space recommendations.
We also had a rental car which we could park in the garage right next to the hotel entrance - that was very convenient.
The elevator is a bit noisy. If someone uses the elevator you can hear that in almost every room.
We had 2 rooms, one with sea view (away from the elevator) and one without sea view which was right next to the elevator. However as soon as someone used the elevator that could be heard in both rooms and even on the terrace. Since there weren‘t that many guests in the hotel it wasn‘t a problem at all. There aren‘t that many rooms so the elevator wasn‘t in use that often. I still wanted to mention it. That would be something which could get improved. Apart from that everything was fantastic!

Staff very welcoming. Communication with Irina was amazing which made everything so easy. Being able to message and get quick replies was perfect. She sorted out any minor things very quickly. Chose room with balcony and lovely watching the street and the sea but had to wrap up warm. It is well situated with station 10 mins walk away so could get to Palermo easily.
All good with the b and b. Area is lovely but we were there off season and it would be different in the summer. We didn't have a car but got around with buses and trains to a limited extent. Would have been good to be able to sit our more without wrapping up! Beautiful scenery and walks along coast .

The owner is the best, very insightful for tips for the area, and also very helpful. She literally ran for us to stop the bus. Best Person ever, very happy for the service.

I stayed here for 2 nights in December the room was top quality spacious, very comfortable bed, super comfy, clean with great facilities, fridge wardrobes, tv, plants(was a nice touch too) and an exceptional shower. The owner/manager couldn't of been more helpful she messaged me on WhatsApp to check in on me, was very quick to reply made great recommendations where to eat was so friendly, really above & beyond felt like she was a friend and actually hadn't met her till i left where she invited me to breakfast. Which was lovely as travelling alone. Breakfast u have to take from a cafe/bar a few doors down which is also amazing so much deliciousness on offer and again extremely friendly people..u can eat there or take it back to ur room/balcony. Great location with views. Thankyou for a wonderful stay 😊

The location was perfect. The view from the Cefalù room was amazing of the bay. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The host was amazing and provided wonderful recommendations for me. Also arranged for a taxi to take me to Palermo for the next leg of my journey. The room was very clean.

What a wonderful place to stay! Super clean and tidy. Irina the host was so kind and helped with everything we needed. Made us feel at home and making our stay a memorable one. Wonderful location, Sferracavallo is a quaint fishing village with good transportation by bus and train. Neighbouring towns beaches and Palermo city are all under half an hour by train or bus. Good food is available in the many restaurants at the time we were there. Fresh seafood is abundant. People innthe village are friendly and kind. We had a front row view of the sea from the huge balcony of our room. A great savory and sweet breakfast with excellent coffee was served each day on a terrace with an incredible view of the bay. Great convenient location with many restaurants within walking distance. Strongly recommended!
Like many parts of Italy the beaches are littered with plastic and other rubbish. This is a real shame for the seas and animals that live there and it certainly spoils the beauty of the area. It would be wonderful to see the State and local councils with the help of enthusiastic citizens, recognise this. Take pride and clean the mess that is there. Impose meaningful fines for those that litter and put that money into cleaning up the mess. This would make these towns even more inviting and make it an even better place to live for the local people.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous. Towels and linen fresh. Aircon worked great.
Location wasn’t great as nearby beach was actually a harbour. Beach 20mins walk away was much more interesting, worth a visit but would recommend water shoes as very pebbly/rocky. We took the bus to Mondello beach instead which was very easy there not so easy back as October is off peak. Shower was luke warm in the evenings which didn’t bother us. We booked transfers through the hotel. Pick up was perfect but the taxi did not arrive for our return trip to the airport . I couldn’t get hold of the hotel manageress to get help and the two members of staff do not speak any English and I don’t speak any Italian. I called another cab company and luckily they came to the rescue. No further response from hotel on the matter. I recommend booking your own taxis so you have the contact details.

Very nice location on the port with so many restaurants.
We appreciate the perfect guidance from our host to park our car in a safe private parking 2mns away from the flat.
The breakfeast on the terrace was lovely.
We will come back when we'll visit only Palermo.
Nothing. All perfect.

The location of the B&B was so nice, across the street from the picturesque bay where there were a variety of restaurants. Our room had a big balcony with sea views. The B & B was nicely decorated with much artwork. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was fabulous! They served us a delicious breakfast on the 3rd floor terrace and were extremely accommodating to all of our needs. Several helped us with our luggage as well. Irina was especially friendly and helpful with ideas of places to visit in the area. Gated parking nearby. A bus stop is right outside the B & B, the train not far. It is about a 20 minute drive to Palermo, and so much more quiet and relaxing.
Nothing, all was excellent!

Arrived by a direct train from Punta Raisi Airport (about 30mins ) and then a 10/15min walk (a bit difficult with a suitcase) without pavements at intervals. But the charm of Sicily was already there. The hotel is separated from the sea-front by a small, busy road. Irena welcomed me with open arms . She was very considerate and professional throughout my stay ( 6 nights ) She gave me a brief description of keys and air conditioning .The room was just perfect, impeccably clean . I was in Erice which had a large & very confortable " single bed ". I wanted to bring it back home with me! The bathroom was very clean and the shower rather small but for me it was okay. I had the luxury of a balcony with a table and chair and a great view of the sea and mountains . I also had a little fridge which was ideal to keep bottles of water, sicilien wine and fresh products ( caponata, mortadella, olives and cheese :)) ..)
Sound proofing was excellent from the street, once the windows were shut. Unfortunately the walls between rooms were rather thin. The breakfast is between 9:00am-10:00am on the terrasse. Copious and delicious. It's difficult not to crack for the variety of specialities that are proposed each morning. The freshly pressed orange juice was just delicious. There's a car park associated with the hotel if you are hiring a car . I used the buses to go to Palermo on one occasion. It takes over an hour . You have to change once at the Stadium . Bus tickets are valid for 90min and cost 1€40 sold in the tobacconist shop just next to the B&B. There are lots of restaurants along the sea front, just a few steps from the B&B . You have the choice ! Pizzas, sea food & pasta ! There's something for everyone. There's a little shop in the street where you can buy local products.
Irena was the only member of staff who spoke english . I unfortunately don't speak Italien but we all managed to make ourselves understood.
There was nothing I didn't like

The Host Irina was amazing, she was very kind and gave a lot of tips for us. The location was very good. The property was very cozy and beautiful. Our room was with the sea view, very big and very nice. Everything was extremely clean and smelling amazing good. We had included the very nice breakfast option in the amazing restaurant other side of the street, just a half of minute from hotel.
