Our stay at this property was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the attention to detail. The entryway was welcoming, and the entire place was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. The rooftop deck quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning city views.
The host truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious hotel. The location in LoHi was ideal—convenient to local restaurants and bars, and just 25 minutes to both Red Rocks and the Denver airport (traffic permitting). We also appreciated the secure garage, which made parking a breeze.
We used this spot as a base for day trips to Boulder and Colorado Springs, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Denver, this is it. Highly recommend!

We came with another retired couple to visit Denver and go to a concert at Red Rocks. We had heard that this was a good neighborhood for restaurants and walking, which it was. The apartment/loft was perfect - comfortable and attractive with a spectacular view and lots of lounging room on the loft. The host really went the extra mile to have extra expresso pod delivered to the house during our stay. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was responsive to our questions and very helpful. The home had all the amenities one could want and then some. I rated the neighborhood 4/5 because of ongoing construction, hardly the fault of out host. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay over Easter in Denver so much! Everything about the checkin and rental was effortless and the house was beautiful. So many nice touches, too many to mention, from the kitchen supplies, condiments, spices, comfy furniture, great rooftop, very nice beds and beddings and the Easter basket that was left for us to enjoy. Will 100% stay here agian!!

Amazing location and incredible place! Loved that we could walk to so many places, the view of the city, and all features of the home. The area was safe, Brett was super responsive, and it was a plus to have the garage since we rented a car. One of the best places I’ve ever rented.

Brett's property is very clean, stylish and central to many Denver areas. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need if you want to eat in, but if you want to eat or drink out, there are so many great places within walking distance. I would highly recommend Brett's townhouse and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing townhouse
If you’re traveling to Denver, Brett’s home is a “MUST”. Everything you need is there….fully stocked kitchen (with beer in the fridge), comfy bed, luxurious linens, and a roof deck overlooking the stadium.
We walked everywhere, from restaurants to the liquor store. It’s very convenient as well, right off 25.
We won’t stay anywhere else when we travel back to Denver from CALI.

Awesome rooftop views in stylish townhouse close to best restaurants in LoHi
We stayed in this modern, stylish townhouse w/ garage in the heart of LOHi and LOVED it! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home, plus the convenient amenities throughout. The owner left us a nice note and some treats and his home was so welcoming - from the massage chair, to the well stocked kitchen to the integrated smart home technology and security system - this place has it all. By far, however, our favorite part of our stay was the rooftop deck, which boasted a magnificent view of the city of Denver at night and was complete with a gas Firepit and comfortable outdoor furniture. Overall, this rental home is just as described, if not better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great townhome in amazing location
My husband and daughter and I spent a long weekend in Denver at this property. The townhome is very clean, extremely well stocked and maintained and has about every amenity you can think of for a rental. The location is amazing with all kinds of restaurants and a pedestrian bridge to downtown. Gregg was extremely helpful with our stay and even accommodated us a little early given some problems we were having in a prior rental. I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is great for a small group! We loved the outdoor seating options, the balcony was great for breakfast and the 4th floor deck had a nice view of the city. The decor was beautiful and very up to date. Super clean and the host left all kinds of nice treats like chocolates and wine! The neighborhood location was perfect for walking and feeling at home. Lots of great restaurants are nearby. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Brett!

Hone away from home
It was very comfortable! The owner left treats to enjoy, masks, hand sanitizer, and lots of info on surrounding area. He thought of everything! It was wonderful to have a garage to park in! The bed was so comfortable! The rooftop deck was an amazing place to gather in the evenings! A great location!

Excellent in every catagory
This place was very well located, within walking distance, or biking to pretty much everything. Very well appointed and modern unit which was well stocked and lots of instruction as to where to find things, how to operate etc. Lots of thoughtful nice things like masks, hand sanitizer, wipes etc. to assist in this COVID-19 environment. I would highly recommend Brett and this condo to anyone. We had a great two week stay. Will be back!

Great property for us. Location, location, location! 20 minutes to LoDo, steps from some of the best restaurants in LoHi. Brett was a dream to work with, very hands on and always easy to get a hold of. Nicely laid out, very nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen with a great range and oven. View from kitchen, master, and of course the million dollar view from the rooftop deck. Hot chocolate, Christmas cookies and the firepit made our Friday night perfect!

This beautiful property is very much more than advertised. Spotless, beautifully decorated, perfect location, comfortable beds, fully set up kitchen, large screen tv’s, amazing rooftop haven looking out all over Denver, attentive and thoughtful property owner. Close proximity to hiking, skiing, Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown Denver a short walk, stores, Denver Market.... I could go on and on. Thank you Brett, we had a wonderland time and will be back often as our son is in DU law school for another two years. Lucky us ! 😊�
