This stay was absolutely perfect for us. We loved having full kitchen facilities and a nice big bedroom to come home to. This was one of two apartments that were attached to what I believe was the host's home. The patio was a shared space, but we had it all to ourselves the entire stay, which was amazing to have some extra room. The location is PERFECT. It's in a quiet neighborhood within a 10 min walk to the heart of Palm Beach and other neighborhood gems. The shopping mall at Palm Beach was a bustling area with bars, shops, and restaurants. The beach area is dotted with many hotel and restaurant seating areas, but it's possible to walk the entire length near the water. We were happy to make use of the well-loved beach chairs and coolers kindly provided for use at the apartments, but there were also many chair and umbrella rental companies on the beach happy to offer you beach gear and activity/tour booking if you need it. We took a lovely snorkel and sunset cruise that left from the dock area on the beach within a 15 min walk from the apartment, as well as a UTV day rental that left from the parking garage within a 10 min walk of the apartment. A slightly longer walk got us to some great host-recommended restaurants including Local Store and Linda's Dutch Pancakes. We chose to do a lot of our own cooking, and since we rented a car, were able to make quick trips to the VERY nice Super Food grocery store and shopping plaza. Pro tip: bring your own reusable grocery bags to avoid the plastic bag fee. Do note that the walk is through a neighborhood trail that leads you across a pretty busy road that does not have a stoplight or crosswalk. We had no problem waiting for a gap in traffic to get across, but families with little ones might want to be aware. Also be aware that the trail is unlit, so we used our phone flashlights to light our path when crossing at night.

Not much! The listing perfectly reflected the apartment, so we were very happy that we got exactly what we expected.

Great apartment with all the facilities needed. We didnt use the laundry facilities but these were just outside the apartment.

The lock on the front door at times played up and needed a few tries to lock. The location was not the best for walking home alone at night, but fine during the day. Nice quiet area.

Everything was great about Julia's apartment! Location was great...it was exactly as pictured and super easy to access. Would definitely stay again!
