no chairs, water was not hot, only two pillows, shower was difficult to get into, very expensive (over $350 a night) although i recognize it was a special weekend but that is ridiculous for that level of room.

I liked absolutely nothing and I couldn't even cancel because even though the app says no cancelation fees, it still says - once I reserved - if I cancel I will pay full price of the reservation. This is horrible false advertising by booking.com

They gave our reserved room away. I was there at 3pm like I stated in the app- which is the check in time listed and when we arrived right before 3 we waited 15 minutes while the front person gave our reserved room away to a man that paid cash. He then told us at this time There were no clean rooms and we had to wait! I asked why I made a reservation when it means nothing to them at the front desk and he had no answer for me - just a lot of "I don't knows" and "I don't work this shift usually". When we were finally given a room the air conditioning hardly blew any air and it was hot so we had to go back down to the office where the manager was now this time next to the man that checked us in and once she looked in the computer she turned around and looked at the man and basically asked him why he gave our room away when we had a reservation and he had again no answer. At that moment I stated to her "so you mean I should have been asleep already?" I had a conference to go to at 5:00 so I figured I was going to show up at 3:00 get in a quick nap and be able to get there as it was right down the street and that was the only reason I chose this motel. Then the woman manager said about four times "it's not my fault" really loud instead of "I'm sorry about the inconvenience" or "I'm sorry that this mix up happened, let me make it right for you" - you know, the regular customer service etiquette statements... After going back up to the room and the manager trying to reset the air conditioning unit by unplugging it - it never even came back on. So we went back to the office and while she was looking through the computer for any room to give us, a big woman that they seemed to both know came in with bags in her hand and she started talking about doing drugs and partying and chit-chatting with them while we waited for a room.

The staff was friendly

In my 5 day stay not once did my room get cleaned ... The facilities were being worked on with loud banging hammering and sawing throughout the day and late into the night after dark. The people walking around mindless and clearly strung out on something and always banging on doors and screaming. The smell in the rooms and the shower didn't even have hot water and that wasn't even addressed after I talked to the front desk. The list could continue but I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to as I didn't feel there and nothing was taken care of

Horrible experience

Staff had closed office when I arrived. The room smelled. Room next to mine had loud TV and dog barking ALL NIGHT. I ended up checking out at 7am
