Perfect property for a couple or close friends. Beautiful, quiet location that is close to everything but far enough away from town to relax and unplug. Owners were responsive and made the rental process pleasant!

We were able to enjoy the feel of rural Colorado while still being close to everything we needed. Our group of 3 senior citizens enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area and watched a family of foxes play along the ditch bank. The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you Justin

Great location for us in Fruita, easy access to biking trails and the nice downtown Fruita area. Apartment was clean and well laid-out. I don't want to write too good of a review as I want it to be available next time we need it but, yes all good!! Cheers!

Loved staying here while visiting family in Fruita. Jolene & Justin were great hosts. Everything was super clean and any questions we had were answered immediately. It’s a little off the beaten path so it was super quiet. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our family. I will also be recommending this place to other family & friends to stay here as well. It’s super close if you want to make day trips to Moab & other attractions in the area.

The apartment was in a pretty location. Beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed that there is no real living area. The sofa is in the kitchen, with no TV and no additional seating. Only two uncomfortable stools. Also, tile floors were not very clean and are cold with no throw rugs. No wine glasses!

The stay was great! The location is prime for our mountain biking trip we made-Fruita, GJ and Moab! The place is very clean, the beds were comfortable (we slept well), and the AC worked wonderfully! We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back here the next time we come out this direction!

This is a beautiful, clean and easy place to stay. The pastures around it were picturesque. It was clean and comfortable. Jolene responded to my inquiries incredibly fast. Checkin/out was a snap. The internet was a bit slow but we found that refreshing. It allowed us to focus on our trip. We loved staying here and would definitely go back again!

The ideal place for us to stay, just a couple of miles from our family. We had a very comfortable month long visit.

We stayed a night on our road trip, and this property had everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive as well. Parking was right in front of the door, so it was easy to bring stuff from the car and back!

Close to everything, clean, great place to stay for a long weekend of biking!

My necessary things are: internet, quiet, comfy beds, and very clean. Also refrigerator with freezer was helpful. Nit picking is there was only one small trash can. We had bread but this Vrbo did not have a toaster that we could find( maybe in a cabinet?) We felt safe and it was spotless clean except for a few little bugs on the floor..... but this was on the outskirts of town. This VRBO is A 10 minute drive to Colorado National Monument which is a worthy drive.

Convenient location in Fruita. Great location for bikers and hikers. We stayed twice, once when we sold out home not far away and again when we were house hunting for a new home. It was very convenient for us.

The property felt large (very tall ceilings). The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a kitchen.

Lovely and functional property. The kitchen/sitting area is beautiful, the bathroom is nice and big, and the beds are comfy. The owners were easy to get a hold of and happy to answer our questions about things to do in the area. Very close to Colorado National Monument and not a bad drive at all to some of the great national parks in Utah. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable guesthouse (nice AC in the bedroom) and getting out for some hikes.

It was actually larger than I expected. There is a bedroom bathroom and full kitchen. Owners were very nice and easy to talk to, but left me to myself. The property is gorgeous with great sunrise and sunset viewing opportunities. I just moved to the neighborhood, so was staying here for a week while I waited for my movers to deliver. Will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting as an overflow if we need extra beds.

We would definitely stay again. Clean and quiet. We had everything we needed for a few days rest!
