We are returning guests. Love the proximity to downtown Fruita, ease of accessing the bike trails, and the walkable neighborhood. The home decor is simple yet gracious and comfortable. It's ideal for a couple and a pet, and Jeremiah is a welcoming host.

The property was delightful, well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. The back yard was a nice place to chill after a long morning of biking. The location is excellent and the property manager welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return!

This was one of our most enjoyable stays. The home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Located just two blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to my email questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we could have wanted was at this rental including bike racks in a locked shed, an outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen. We will definately return.

We are on a long road trip and this was the ideal place to stop. The house is in a cute neighborhood so close to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. The house is clean and updated. We loved it.

This is an outstanding property for a couple or family with 2 small children. The house is small but very nicely remodeled with nice finishes and updated everything. My wife and I stayed here for the nearby Country Jam festival and it was a great base camp. The outdoor living space is large and nicely furnished with plenty of seating, grill, and fire pit. It's just a couple blocks from "downtown" so close to bars and restaurants. We loved the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in this area.

This little house was everything we were looking for and more! As soon as you pull up to this house you are overwhelmed with the sweet, cozy charm of it. The house was very clean and had all the amenities to make us feel at home and extremely comfortable. The best part was the backyard and covered porch where we spent most of our time relaxing. It is just down the street from Fuita’s little downtown and a couple breweries. The host was also extremely kind and accommodating! We would happily stay here again and I would recommend this charming house to anyone!

The house is very clean and awesome for me and my daughter. One block from downtown. The AC worked quickly to cool the house when we arrived. Jeremy was very responsive!

Lots to appreciate in this immaculate house and yard. The landscaping and every detail inside and out well planned and maintained. I appreciated the various wood treatments outside, and the natural edge countertop separating the well stocked kitchen from the spacious family room. Comfy bed.Nice shower.

We loved this house. From the back yard to the patio and the inside, everything was exactly as described. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home the entire trip. The host was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable right away. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Fruita.

Adorable little house in the cutest little town. Things were well cleaned and maintained! Short walk or bike ride away from Main Street, and 15 or so drive from Grand Junction. We had a blast!

Came to town to mountain bike and relax. The property was clean, modern and comfortable. Host was extremely communicative and accommodating. A mountain bikers dream with storage for bikes, an area in back to wrench on bikes and a super nice home. Thank you!

My wife and I loved this little house in Fruita. Perfect for a family or small group of friends. It had everything we needed for making meals and hanging out. Walk to restaurants, bars etc. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. The shed is great for securing your bikes. The driveway is huge. Easy parking for an RV, trailer etc. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

Very well thought out remodel. The kitchen was equipped with all essentials - including sharp knives, a rarity in many rentals. A large private backyard and covered patio to enjoy the outside. A fine location for walking to downtown. Easy access to biking trails and nearby sites like Black Canyon and Colorado National Monument.

Loved our long weekend at the Mulberry House. The location is absolutely perfect for walking to the coffee shop, breweries, etc. and also very centrally located for all the mountain biking around Fruita. The house was great for the two of us and our dog - very nice remodel, comfortable beds, and good kitchen equipment. It was great to have the backyard too. We’ll be back!

Just a few blocks from downtown and the bike paths, this home has a great location. It has been tastefully updated, a perfect and welcoming space for a couple. We had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying town and the outdoors, and just relaxing, and we appreciated the storage shed for our bikes. We definitely plan to return.

We had a very good stay. We hiked and biked in the area and the location was perfect for walking to breakfast and dinner. The house has been newly remodeled and everything is very nice. So you can also cook if you prefer. Much nicer than a hotel. The only issue we had was that there were multiple trains going through at night. My wife is a lite sleeper so it woke her up. Not sure if this has to do with the supply chain disruptions or not. The trains didn’t wake me up. Overall a great location and a great property.
