Warned out appliances let the place down! Also the noise from construction next door was too much!!

All the place is just amazingly great. Nothing bad at all. I will add an extra info: we left from kuta to the north of the island over two hours away, then we realized we left over 1000€ in cash at the safe of the villa.I have sent a driver to pick it up and they helped me to get it back fully until the other side of the island. Incredible staff in general, they really deserve the best.

The location was perfect, and the personnel was sooo nice. There is nothing to be said about how helpful they were, they were amazing and speak super well English. Every afternoon you get a snack which was unexpected and so nice.

The construction seems to start to be a bit outdated, there was also rain coming in through the roof and walls. Next to that, the tiles downstairs next to the pool are so slippery it’s so dangerous. There is no sun at the pool either which is really a pity. Downstairs, since it’s open there are so many mosquitoes and little gecko’s inside which is a bit annoying. The construction next door was so loud, it’s the worst we’ve had in our entire stay in Indonesia. We don’t mind a bit (because we were prepared for it) but this was very early and very loud. The first villa we were in the shower didn’t run properly, so we got to change and that one was better. Although it was leaking water as well into the room. The airconditioning is pointing straight at the third bed in the 1BR villa which isn’t ideally placed.

The villas are absolutely amazing but there’s currently some nearby construction that can get pretty loud - especially in the mornings. Once that has finished they would be 10/10!

Breakfast choices are delicious. Villas are gorgeous. Lovely little ‘treat’ (snack and/or drink) waiting for us when we got home each day. Reception staff sooooo friendly and helpful.

The villa is beautiful and makes for a good photo. The beach towels and hats were a nice touch for a day trip to the beach

Although luxurious, it felt very cheap. There were gaps in the walls and the pool was dirty. Our view looked out onto a messy construction site which made it noisy at times. The shower pressure was week and We didnt feel as though it was worth the money and ended up leaving after night 1 of our 3 night stay. Beautiful place but needs alot of work for the price.

The surroundings of the building, especially if its raining or at night. We had to change villa because another guest wanted the place we were staying in, that was a little inconvinient. Breakfast is good if you stay a day or 2, after that it is limited/ repetitive. The last villa we stayed in the sun would not cover the pool, which was a shame.

The staff were amazing! There was a leaking right on the bed (didnt matter that much, it only rained a little) but they compensated us with 2 days of free breakfast… clean, high ceiling room.. love the pool, super worth the price!

The friendly staff, the pool and the breakfast was amazing. The bed was also so comfortable. Netflix and Youtube! We also loved the afternoon snack we got everyday.

The villa felt a little bit bad built, the tap was loose, it was a hole in the ceiling in the living room under the bathroom for example.

The property was as showing in the pictures, apart from some wear and tears due to time and weather. There is just everything one needs to spend a few days relaxing at Kuta. Whatever was missing at the property, the staff would provide immediately on request (via WhatsApp texts) very prompt response. There are a few villas with the same design but some of them won’t have some rays of sunshine at the pool unfortunately. But they are enjoyable anyway. The staff surprised us with some fruits in the afternoon every day. A little gesture that made our stay even more special.

There is currently (jan 2023) some constructions happening next door and they work from 8am until around 6 pm. 7 days a week. That was a bumper especially in the morning. There are some street dogs in front of the villa that gang up and bark at you when you go back home at night. Nothing major but still. breakfast is good but you get bored if you stay more than 3 days like us.

The villas come exactly as the pictures look. We were absolutely thrilled to have a private pool and the outdoor living space with kitchen and tv. The room was extremely comfortable with a great shower and well working AC. The staff was so friendly and accommodating helping us with everything from details of our stay to activities we wanted to do. There is a restaurant next door, La Cabana that will deliver to your door. This has been our favorite stay on our 2 month journey. We can not recommend Kabila enough!

Beautiful and peaceful private villa with wonderful, friendly, and attentive staff.

Would be great for them to a join a sustainable garbage management program. We had no issues with waste management, but heard a few other hotels participate in a program that helps ensure waste is better managed, so would be nice for Kabila to, as well. It is sad how polluted Indonesia is.

We loved everything. Although the whole property is a bit used, it didnt bothered us at all. Why? Because of quite location, nice architecture and design, and the very kind, helpful and welcoming staff.

Amazing villa with private swimming pool and very nice and large bedroom and bathroom. Staff is very friendly.

The water when filling the bath was a bit brown ish, so it was not very tempting to actually use the the bathtub in the bedroom.

This place is amazing! The actual villa is stunning - looks just like the pictures. Reception are very helpful and accommodating, they arranged scooters for us and for our washing to be cleaned. Breakfast is really good and brought to your room daily. You also get an afternoon snack brought to your room. In the evening, the staff light incense sticks around the villa. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is great. Although it's pricey for other places in Lombok, it's luxury. Location is great too, very short scooter ride (or a 10 min walk) from the main area. You are also not that far from places like Tetabatu village or the waterfalls. Beaches around the area are really good too.
