Comfortable big clean room with AC. The pool areas were great. There are 3 pools on the property. Yuli and staff were so friendly and helpful.

There is no hot water in the rooms but hot water is available in the shower blocks.

Yuli's is a beautiful place, and the staff are amazing! Location is great, situated about 80m just off the main street. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely recommended to all travellers, including families.

Towels were a bit old, need to be updated.

Awesome place, super friendly staff, they organized everything for us with ease. Probably the most helpful place we stayed. Great facilities, clean room etc. Pools and ground were immaculate.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Yuli and the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room which was spacious. You’re spoilt for choice with the three pools they have on the property. It’s also in a great location, only a short walk into the centre of Kuta.

The whole team at Yuli’s always make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Kuta. The property has added touches to make the stay there memorable..such as a traditional Sasak meal evening.

There is nothing not to like about the property for the price you pay.

Big breakfast and so nice staff. They provide a fridge with drinks, which was really convenient. Yuli is a heartwarming woman who was willing to help with everything we needed. During our stay there was a power cut, but it was solved within only a couple of hours.

It’s a wonderful and nicely arranged accommodation/property. Yuli and her staff are helpful and kind. it’s very peaceful and walking distance to the main road. the room is very spacious and has all you need, the bed is comfy. we were able to hire a motorbike from the for a few days to explore beaches in the area. also airport shuttle was arranged. breakfast is nice.

this was not an issue for us, but the wifi was weak in our room so we had to sometimes go outside. the shower in the room only has cold water, communal showers have warm water which didn’t bother us.

the atmosphere! the staff and especially Yuli and her daughter who will go to the end and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. a place with no fuss! if there’s a problem, no problem we will fix it. scooter rent, cheap and they will just give you the key.. no passport or signing or anything. there’s a fridge with cold drinks, no bartender just say how much you drank when you check out. on some occasions the have an evening where local women come and cook traditional food to support their community. it’s all you can eat and is absolutely the best we had in Lombok. Yuli is mom when you are away from home… it’s hard to describe just go :-)

it’s a Muslim country and the homestay is close to a mosque and the guy in the minaret is by no means shy :-) we didn’t mind but some people might find it annoying at 4 am.

Excellent well trained staff, very clean and comfortable accommodation, and superb hosts, Yuli and Mike. They bend over backwards to help and gave us great suggestions for beaches to visit and organised transport for us. My wife and daughter wanted to do an Indonesian cookery course in Kuta but it was booked up, so Yuli suggested that they did a course with her sister who cooked food for the hotel - and they loved it. We stayed in 4 different places on our trip and this was our favourite. Beautiful landscaped gardens, 3 pools, and a calm chilled environment - the six of us loved it. Would definitely stay again!

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, drinks honesty system, good breakfast, multiple swimming pools, A/C, hot water, scooter hire, family room etc.

Not much really. No complaints and would recommend for a family of 4.

Very beautiful homestay. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Made to feel very welcome and go out of their way to help. Kitchen and fridge if you want to do your own cooking. The rooms are confortable. Air conditioned. Everything you need can be organised by the staff.

Hot shower would be nice

Yuli is the loveliest person alive! And so accomodating in every way. The accommodation is clean, beds super comfortable, and the great breakfast is great. It's quiet down a side road from the hustle but still close enough to everything as well. Scooter to all the main surfing spots with ease. Highly recommend!

Very good value given the room, grounds and breakfast. Yuli is a very sweet and helpful host who made me feel at home right away. And like others may have said it’s more like a hotel or resort as it’s very spacious and may have 20-30 rooms. Loved the two little kitchens where you could get coffee, tea or beer 24/7.

Very lovely family! Very affordable homestay with 3 pools, kitchen area and a big garden! Also perfect for families. Located in the heart of Kuta. Yuli and her team were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had! We definitely recommend her homestay and we would also come back again. We are very looking forward to visit her again!

Wifi - apple devices did not work at all, I tried asking staff several times to reset modem or call their service provider. The answer I got was always , “yes, later ok” -AC leaked badly, and ruined one of our charging cables due to the large puddle of water we had everyday on the floor - This was fixed on the 3rd day. -Bad odour coming from bathroom -Hot shower is in a shared space. Only cold shower is available in the rooms. -Breakfast was one of the tastless we had during our 4 weeks of traveling and juices are a joke, mainly water with a touch of fruit. Unfortunately we had abit of an issue. A dog ate one of our trekking shoes (ripped completely to a point we left them there). We spoke to the owner, Yuli a well educated women and after showing her how much they cost online (190EUR) and abit of arguing the best she could come up with was a 33EUR discount from our 4 nights of staying there. To her that seemed more than fair, to us it was ridiculous but I didn’t really bother continuing to argue, don’t like bad vibes, especially on our honeymoon, figured I’d leave it in the hands of Karma. The next day new guests arrived, the owner didn’t bother warning them about the dog and same thing happened to them, even worse.. ripping ALL their shoes. Please note there is a hangar outside for your wet clothes so it was evident that everyone can leave stuff outside your room without an issue. Laundry service - This was the most expensive laundry service we paid for during our travels, probably to claim back the “discount” she had just given us. Motorbikes, the two we rented were in a dangerous state. One of them didn’t even have front brakes working and again we were overcharged for this service also, to gain some more money back I suppose. Location is very good, in a peaceful side-street and a short walk from center. Place in general is nice, clean and spacious but not much shade next to the pools.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff, especially Yuli. Nothing is too much trouble. 3 pools to choose from in a peaceful garden setting. Use of 2 kitchens and so chilled and relaxing.

Friendly and helpful staff on hand all day. Yuli is absolutely lovely and will help you however she can: whether it be suggestions of where to visit, transport or just life in general! the pool was lovely- right outside my front door, breakfast was good and the room was cleaned regularly.

The Wi-Fi was often very poor
