Questo appartamento a due piani offre tre camere da letto e due bagni con zone giorno su entrambi i livelli con la camera matrimoniale e il bagno al piano inferiore e 2 camere da letto, bagno e seconda zona giorno al piano superiore più un ampio garage. Splendidi filtri della luce nordica nella zona giorno della cucina open space al piano inferiore con aria condizionata a ciclo inverso per farti stare comodo sia in estate che in inverno, TV LCD da 40 pollici, lettore DVD, impianto stereo e WIFI wireless gratuito. Goditi la vita all'aria aperta, fai un barbecue nell'area del cortile pavimentato o chiudi a chiave e lascia la macchina alle spalle e fai una passeggiata sui sentieri forestali vicino al fiume Margaret.

What more can I say?
At the end of the holiday I asked the family what they thought-
Wife: "Very good - the Townhouse is so close to everything!"
1st child: "Very comfortable and very luxurious Townhouse and so spacious!"
2nd child: "Very fun with so many board games and books!"
3rd child: "Can we stay here again next time please?"

Thank you Tina and Steve for the Townhouse - we have had a terrific holiday despite the Pandemic! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Great place to stay
This property was perfect for what we needed. The location is great, on a quiet backstreet a short walk from the shops and restaurants. There are 2 sitting areas so great if you have kids. The outside area is small but plenty of room to sit 6 people around the table and have a barbecue. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you need and there is a Nespresso machine! A lovely place with plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.

Comfortable, spacious space, awesome location
Very comfortable and perfectly spacious for small family. Really Awesome location in Margaret river town - restaurants, grocery stores and shops all walking distance- but also conveniently located as a base to explore nearby vineyards/beaches/playgrounds. Host provided all the amenities one would need for normal day to day needs - there were even good puzzles and some kids books/ toys. Beds were comfortable and even had heating pads- which came very useful the first night when the temperature was quite chilly. The bathrooms have heating lamp and strong shower pressure Really truly enjoyed our stay here. Can’t wait to come back.

Great central location
Well furnished property in a great location just off Bussell Hwy. A short walk to shops and Swings Taphouse restaurant is just through the back gate - leave your car behind! Minor problem with electrical fault was quickly sorted by the property managers - thanks guys.

This house is awesome, stones throw from town, GREAT, spacious property with wonderful amenities. It was sad to leave! A Super comfy, home away from home!

Beautiful spacious townhouse!
The townhouse is exactly as described and looks on the website. Very spacious, clean, and a very well equipped kitchen. A very short walk to cafes restaurants, couldn't ask for a better location. Whisper quiet meant that we were able to relax when we were there. Beds extremely comfortable, and linen very clean.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying in Townhouse 212. The townhouse looks exactly like the photos - so it was perfect! The house was very clean and all linen was provided. The house was also centrally located in the heart of Margaret River. I would highly recommend people visiting Margaret River to stay at Townhouse 212. It sleeps 6 people comfortably (2 sets of couples and 2 singles).

We loved staying at Townhouse 212. Having not actually stayed in Margs, when we have been down south, the location of the townhouse was awesome. So close to everything. The house is well kept and very clean. The separate living areas would be fabulous for those with older children or two couples sharing the house. Having two small children, it was good to see that there was a decent portacot & highchair available for use as well as some children's games.We would definitely stay here again.
