This beautiful cabin is all it claims to be. Perfect location for summer or winter. I would love to see it in the snow. Large wooded lot highlights this wonderful lodge. The factthatIcouldbringmy dogsmadeit forme. In fact, the entireareais completelydog friendly. You can bringthemalmostanywhere. The host was the best. The place was Stocked! Anythingyou can thinkof. Spa on the deckwas my favorite😍. !!! .

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is exactly as pictured and described. It was very hot so the air conditioning and ceiling fans were a big bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to the trail around the lake, grocery store 5 minute walk away, and cute shops. Our plan was to,walk down the street to watch the 4th of July fireworks over the lake but we were having such a nice time eating on the patio table that time flew by and fireworks started. To our surprise we could see them from the back yard. Everything was perfect. We should have stayed longer. It went too fast. Thank you Steve! You were a great host.

We had a great time and the home was located in an area that was easy to get in and out of. The map on vrbo shows the home in a different location than where it is actually located, however we still enjoyed ourselves alot.

We planned a last-minute visit to Lake Arrowhead to celebrate the end of the school year. Steve was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Due to painting on the back deck, we could only access the spa for one day, but Steve made accommodations to make up for the lack of access. The cabin has been thoughtfully decorated in a retro style that perfectly captures the mountain vibes. I highly recommend this cabin for some quiet relaxation in a beautiful setting.

The perfect mountain getaway exceeded all of my expectations. The cabin was cozy and well-stocked with everything you may need. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax and unwind, and the nearby hiking trails gave us the perfect opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Lake Arrowhead. Steve was awesome and went up and above to make our stay the best possible. I highly recommend this mountain retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Very pup friendly as well!!

Beautifully appointed house with a full kitchen including dishes and forks/spoons for toddlers. Even toys for them. Hot tub was delicious! Towels are abundant. Everything worked perfectly. Heat was very warm. Fireplace toastie. Blankets everywhere and all clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. A great family trip with grandma (me) and my kids. Loved the Montana feel and the cowboy vibe.

We lucked out that Steve's cabin was available for our quick weekend trip. Our party of 2 families (with 4 young kids in tow) enjoyed the space, the decor and location! Adults enjoyed some time in the hot tub. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Thanks so much Steve!

Let just say from the minute we booked Steve the owner was amazing!! So friendly and accommodating and stayed in touch the entire time we were there. We love his cabin! Plenty of space for my kids, husband, my dogs and myself. We enjoyed the jucuzzi a few times during our stay. So relaxing! The whole set up of the cabin is
just so much fun and you can tell Steve pays attention to details. We had robes for our leisure which was amazing after the jucuzzi. Games for the kids, tvs everywhere, massage chair so nice! I could go on and on. My point is book it! You won’t be disappointed ☺️thank you Steve for everything

House was great and Steve was extremely helpful. Weather didn't end up being great, but kids had fun with the games that were available and we were able to do some walks when the weather did clear.

Wonderful authentic cabin with original features in better area of Lake Arrowhead. Cabin was advertised as a place to use so you could "jump in the lake" but unfortunately we weren't able to access the beaches or even the marina entrance. It is reasonable to think that would be included without specifically notifying the owner. There were many opportunities to confirm our wishes before we arrived. If there isn't a response to a message it isn't really communication. A disappointing trip since getting into the lake was our prime objective. We have stayed in other cabins at the lake and this has never been an issue. It might better serve the owner to hire a management company.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The owner was communicative and quick to reply when anything came up. My kids loved the game/toy closet. That is always a nice bonus in a vacation rental. Also, I loved that coffee maker, made a great cup of coffee!

My family has stayed in plenty of wonderful homes along and nearby Lake Arrowhead. Unfortunately, this rental is not one of them. Upon arrival, there was a strong and foul smell in the house that we assumed was natural gas. The odor was so pungent, my kids, ages 9 and 8 were unable to stay in the house. I proceeded to check out the rest of the home, and found a disgusting scene in the kitchen. The sink was backed up at least 6" high with horrendously smelling brown liquid, and a plunger was sitting in the water. I contacted the owner immediately, and his response was: "There is no gas leak" without contacting anyone to investigate the issue. The house was not suitable to be rented, and not safe for my children to spend the night. The owner was dismissive and rude when I asked for a refund. There are plenty of other great homes, so I highly recommend not selecting this property.

We had a great stay in Steves lovely mountain cabin. Perfect escape for our family of 4 and our pug. The location was fantastic and the expansive backyard for perfect for mild sledding before driving to larger hills. The layout of the cabin was conducive to the entire family gathering together or having the opportunity for some time apart with both living room and den fully equipped for an evening of game playing or watching TV.
The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch.

This cabin built in the 1920s was the perfect setting for Thanksgiving with family. Warm wood interior, crackling fire and rustic furnishings all added to the experience. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

I've booked this house for a gateway for me and my mom and cound't have worse experience, END UP NOT STAYING IN THE PROPERTY and booked with another place since I was concern for my SAFETY!!! right after booking host send us a SEPARATE contract and force us to sign it, when we refused and ask to cancel (and VRBO told us not to sign) host was bulling us to sign and didn't agree to cancel the booking when he could just cancel (we cound't cancel ) HOST is an HORRIBLE person and just let us pay without staying the night there!!! This host should be BANNED from VRBO

We loved staying in the Steve's rustic cabin. It was so much fun for a girls' weekend - loved the games, kitchen and hot tub! The only thing was that we didn't realize that it was very hard to get to the Lake and access is limited so it wasn't as much of a lake weekend as we had planned. But the cabin itself was great!

This place is fabulous. Steve has thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly want and more. The location is great and we can’t say enough about this lovely cabin. Steve was very easy to reach and he is the perfect host. We would recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Cozy Cabin in woodsy area
We had a great time. Steve was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The cabin is charming in a woodsy setting. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard which is where we ate and full of shade, lots of trees. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night which was always a perfect way to end the day. I can only imagine how cozy this cabin would be in the winter. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

The History of Lake Arrowhead
Steve Tyler was a great host, even checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly, via text. When we walked in, it felt as though we stepped back in time, from the early 1900’s to the Kool of the 80’s (kids were excited).
Plenty of items to do with the kids, access to Lake Arrowhead was a bit challenging, yet Steve has that all down. Also only 15-20 minutes down the hill is Lake Gregory, cabana options and an awesome floating playground on site, highly recommended if you have kids and it warm/hot.
If your in to an insane burger and a shake or malt, a must is the Malt Shop.
Steve, thanks for the great experience and having the game Skip-Bo on hand, we had a blast.

4th of July Holiday Weekend!
Steve offers a quaint rustic cabin in the arrowhead woods area near Cedar Glen of Lake Arrowhead. His cabin is complete with a wonderful backyard for entertaining. I had hoped to entertain family and guests at my families cabin, but with the amenities such as barbecue, jacuzzi and outdoor seating and dining area, we decided to cook at Steve's place instead. Great for entertaining! Steve even provides the use of beach towels and even his ALA Cards for easy lake access. Thanks, Steve!

A Relaxing Retreat
My family of 6 (including Teddy, our maltipoo), had a great time at Steve’s place. We relaxed and enjoyed all the amenities available to us, especially the spa. Steve was very prompt with his responses to our questions. We definitely recommend this quiet, spacious house, minutes away from the village. We’re looking forward to visiting again!
