Location was nice. Quiet neighborhood, but with local restaurants, bakery and small supermarket. A 10 minute bus drive into the center of San Sebastian - with different lines as options. Walk possible as well.

Property was extremely well equipped, clean, in good condition and comfortable. Lovely pool and garden as well with BBQ.

Nothing. It’s about 20 minute walk to the beach and very hilly - fine if you like walking - which we do - but also bus into the beach/town if you don’t

Bright, clean, great pool and garden. Plenty of outside seating. Comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful with booking us taxis’s, we did not speak Spanish so it was difficult for us.

Some traffic noise, however I guess it is to be expected when you are a 25 minute walk from San Sebastián!

The villa was spacious and well equipped.

The building site next door! A lot of building work being carried out everyday, noisy and intrusive ( not visible on any photos or mentioned by the host in advance ) with a huge crane overlooking the pool and garden!

This is a lovely house, equipped to a very high standard. Everything is new and works perfectly. It is very tastefully decorated so a pleasure to spend time in. Spacious as well. The host is very generous with toiletries and kitchen staples. We had nothing to buy except food. The garden is large and private. The walk to the beach/old town is 15 and 25 mins respectively. We liked the walk but it is hilly so wouldn’t be great for unfit people or young kids. There’s a great bus service, though.

The pool was a little cold!

Immaculate, beautifully furnished and fully equipped house. Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to town either on foot or by bus. Very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended
